Since Mr. trump began this unprecedented run for the GOP nomination I have been asking anyone to tell me just what are his positions on issues….we know about some wall….or that he may want to keep “certain” people from immigrating to the US…..then there is fits of rage during this primary season…..he and his opponents have been acting like jr. high kids around the playground….slinging insults and innuendos at each other….I have asked …..when will trump start acting like a serious presidential contender?
I may have my answer……..
In the wake of Saturday night’s victory in South Carolina, Donald Trump acknowledges he probably needs to act more presidential and says he’ll do so “pretty soon.” The often brash Trump tells Fox News Sunday, ”I think I’ll be very presidential at the appropriate time. Right now, I’m fighting for my life.” Trump’s victory comes after a week in which he threatened to sue one rival, accused former President George W. Bush of lying about the Iraq war, and even tussled with Pope Francis on immigration. Trump says he “can act as presidential as anybody that’s ever been president other than the great Abraham Lincoln,” who he says was hard to beat. As for speculation about his inevitability, “I don’t want to say (the nomination is) mine.”
I wish I could say that that was good news……but I cannot…..now I would ask….why would there be a schedule for presenting one self as presidential?

To answer your question, “Is this the type of person you would want for your next president?” I can reply with all gravity and seriousness ( rare for me) that not only is this the “Type” of person I want for my next president but given the alternatives (God and Theocracy under Cruz) (Childlike Innocence and inexperience under Rubio) and (God only knows what under another Clinton administration …. maybe a ressurection of the old Clintonism under what could become America’s first Two-Headed Presidency — Given the alternatives, Trump is indeed THE person I want for my next president. I wish I could say I am alone in this but — as circumstances and statistics have shown …. there are millions more just like me. Millions of us who are fed up with the same old crap and who seek something other than a rehash of what has gone before.
I am sorry but I cannot see anything good coming out of a Trump presidency….I look for level headed people I could care less about their public face….you do not see a problem when someone says they will start acting like a prez soon?
He is pragmatic. He does not see the benefit in putting on a persona that he doesn’t already have a right to adopt. When he is president he will be presidential. Right now he has to appear candidatial … and he is ….

I do not “Debate” issues — I comment on issues. Debates are for people with common sense. I am not ordinary. I am an entertaining troll with a perverted sense of humour — (Maybe inverted instead of perverted) — No one wins debates with me because they debate and I do not …. I respond …I offend … I make people think ….Debates are for the intellectually-inclined. If you read my stuff you already know that I am basically basal, anal, irrelevant, uncouth, uninformed and otherwise …. a linear eccentric genius.
