We hear in the media that the young candidates, win or lose, are the future leaders of our country and that we should be paying attention at what they have to say….because they will be the ones making policy…one day…..
The link below flies into the face of that absurdity…..
Christine O’Donnell’s WILD debate performance. http://huff.to/9xTXLm
Remember: “If you get enough stupid in one place, you can elect anybody”
Well, of course – but then O’Donnell is off her trolley, isn’t she? (that’s English for nuts, in case it doesn’t translate).
Then again, that seems to be the norm in politics these days, isn’t it? So maybe you’re right…
She is so beyond nuts that it is scary……send in the clowns!
I have to admit that, just like much of the rest of the world, I do find that America makes me nervous much of the time, at the very least…
In the past, I’ve always put that down to either how much behind the scenes control is exerted by big money and/or the outside chance that someone like Sarah Palin could wind up as President by default (if the old guy who was actually Prez died for instance).
However, if there’s even the remotest chance that a total fruit cake like this woman could actually be elected, then I have to say it would then be the American electorate’s level of stupidity that would scare the sh*t out of me!
Once again…it is the Rational Ignorance Effect……I agree….I am just waiting to see just how moronic the voter really is…..she is not alone…there are about 5 others just as idiotic as her…..and yes scary is a good description….
