I recall shortly after the election of 2012 the GOP decided they needed to change things up if ever they were to win a national election……they did a party autopsy and found places that they needed to change to come more into line with the voting public…..at the time I thought it was a good idea but doubted if they would buck the radical fringe…….
I was right……they ignored everything they discovered to go down the losing road they have been on since 2008…..
But read more if you doubt what I say…….;
2016 Republicans are completely ignoring the lessons of their 2012 ‘autopsy’.

Very interesting “autopsy” report. Thanks. To quote the last thought on that report: “It’s almost as if no Republicans bothered to read the Republican autopsy report. They’re making the same mistakes once again.”
I think that when the “old-timers” decide not to run again, or they leave office due to “attrition” (their opponent won office), and conservative leaders will step down, the younger Republicans will probably bring some change that is sorely needed. “…making the same mistakes once again” could be a “death knell” for all Republicans running for office. Only the ultra-conservative voters (who usually come out in droves) would keep the party’s candidates alive in the political process.
At any rate, these are good thoughts for Independents and Democrats and for those who are still sitting on the fence. All we need now, is for these party affiliates to “come out in droves.”
The GOP has seen its last winning election…….without coming into line with the American people they are just wasting money trying to win an election….
They evidently like wasting money – that’s a no-brainer! Look what they’ve done to our economy.
They make it all back after the elections no matter who wins….so for them it is a win-win proposition….
