I do believe that the Constitution has a provision in it about the killing and holding American citizens…..but yet we launch drones that have assassinated Americans….how can this be?
It is not like America is a stranger to assassinations….ask Vietnam’s Dien or Guatemala or…..but what about the assassination of an American citizen?
There have been many who have been droned to death because they were “suspected” terrorists. I would call that profiling.
Yes I would too…..but unfortunately it is not over…..it may get worse in the coming years….
I am sure it will get worse. I am surprised that we haven’t used them yet to kill or maim in the US.

Actually, you don’t have to be proven a terrorist. You don’t even have to be suspected of being a terrorist, as the events surrounding the killing of al Awlaki’s son shows…depending on which version coming out of the Obama administration you believe.
A) White House spokespersons’ “The kid chose the wrong parents.” This was a preemptive strike against a kid who would have grown up to be a terrorist.
B) Eric Holder’s version “This was a Signature Strike. We had no idea who he was.”
Signature Strikes are the killing of completely unknown persons supposedly based upon their exhibiting “suspicious behaviours”. In other words, they are male and their skin is off-white or darker.
In short, the American Empire reserves the right to kill anybody they want anywhere in the world purely because some “high ranking official” feels like it. Think of it like “Stop & Frisk” only the frisking is being done with bombs.
Americans need to wake up……all modern presidents have used this type of thing in the past and wrote it off to national security…..the norm has becomne that Americans are losing rights and at an alarming rate all due to fear that has been sold like any other commodity….
