  1. I thought Mr. Raimondo was less than clear at pointing to the exact legislative language that concerns him than he might have been. I also feel he misses by decades the beginning of US authoritarian state management. To back door my argument, todays historians and constitutional scholars would site laws that came by way of SCOTUS’s call on Brown V Board as the last centuries most important legislation. Thirty to fifty years from now a consensus will point to The National Security Act of 1947 as trumping all. That is, if a private group consensus… is still allowed.

    1. I think about the days of my youth when I was targeted by the COINTELPRO….I admit that I was a radical but I was under scrutiny for writings not much else……so I am not too shocked at what is going on today and the way things are going it may not be allowed…..
