My last day of ZEN….my last day of total relaxation and contemplation……my last day of sanity……oh well here goes….
I remember a talk I had years ago with my grandfather on marriage….NO! Not that talk….but rather what to expect……he told me there are two things to remember…..1–women marry men because they want him to change…and he does not….and 2– men marry women and hope they will not change….and they do….and that most assuredly involves sex……
Now here is a good idea? (sarcasm)

The group, started by a group of Muslim women who also support polygamy, says women must believe in God and be hot in the sack to keep the peace. “A man married to a woman who is as good or better than a prostitute in bed has no reason to stray. A woman must do all she can to ensure his desires are met,” Rohaya Mohamed tells the Straits Times.
So if women screw like a high paid call girl they will keep their hubby happy and the abuse will cease, is that about it? What a crock of crap!

The proclamation has unleashed a storm of criticism. “To hinge fidelity, domestic violence, and the fulfillment of a husband’s responsibilities purely on a wife’s capacity to be obedient, stimulate sexual arousal is not only demeaning to wives, but to husbands as well,” said Shahrizat Jalil, the minister for Women, Family and Community Development. The last line says it all for me.
If men would be truthful then they would admit that their “significant other” would be a lot more bearable if they had sex like a hooker….but to come out and say it in no uncertain terms is just…..well stupid!

Why is it stupid to tell the truth? Your Grandfather was spot on – 100% right – it’s just the stupid situation that has arisen in modern society and often encouraged by daft pseudo religious ideas.
The truth is that men want hot sex with a fit chick and women are often AFRAID to admit even to themselves that they want hot sex with a fit guy.
If hookers don’t provide what men want, then why is it the largest global business that expands even in a recession, always HAS been and why are the majority of their clients married?
Why should men feel forced to lie. There’s no shame in wanting what they want and female suggestions that “there is more to a relationship” is plain BS. Of COURSE there’s more to an LTR, but that doesn’t stop sex being the first and the prime driving force in it. If that part fails, expect the rest of the relationship to follow – UNLESS, of course, you are one of those couples who can manage an “open relationship” well and separate sex and caring and love entirely. NOt easy in our society.
ALL THAT SAID – your point that sexual or any other sort of frustration is an excuse for abuse and brutality is UTTER crap is ABSOLUTELY RIGHT! There is NO excuse! Any man who physically or sexually abuses a woman (unless she’s going after him with a knife at the time – and that DOES happen) is 1) a coward, 2} an asshole, 3) almost certainly inadequate and 4) just plain despicable and should be castrated and thrown in a hole somewhere.

Really Quinn? The whole male gender? I don’t think so. Maybe for some, but it’s a fantasy thing with both and it sure as hell shouldn’t be a dominant theme in anyone’s marriage if there is to be any long term relationship, especially when kids are involved.

My take on it is that men with small penises think too highly of themselves.
