Just Another Predator Freed By Donny

Shortly after becoming the reining d/bag Donny pardon the 06 January ‘protesters’ (I think they were a bloodthirsty mob) it seems that one of these ‘just good folks’ has been nailed as a pedo.

A Jan. 6 rioter pardoned last year by President Donald Trump was found guilty of multiple state charges, including molesting a child and exposing himself to children in Florida on Wednesday.

Andrew Paul Johnson, 45, was initially arrested in Tennessee in August and extradited to Florida, where he pleaded not guilty.

Johnson now “faces up to life in prison,” William Fogie, the chief assistant state attorney for the Fifth Judicial Circuit in Florida, said. He will be sentenced in March.

The sheriff’s office revealed that they were made aware that “two juveniles had fallen victim to lewd and lascivious acts over a many-month span,” a probable cause affidavit revealed.

The document adds that the mother of one of the victims, who used to date Johnson and had lived with them, noticed that the 45-year-old had sent “inappropriate” Discord messages to her son, who was aged 11 at the time.

After noticing the messages, the mother asked his son whether the man had “done or said anything inappropriate.” That is when the child revealed that “between April 1 2024 and October 2024,” Johnson had “molested him three times,” the affidavit reveals.

The sheriff’s office also argued that Johnson tried to keep another one of his victims silent, telling the child that “since he was pardoned for storming the Capitol on January 6th, 2021, and he was being awarded $10,000,000 as a result of being a ‘jan 6’er’… that he would be putting him in his ‘will’ to take any money he had left over.”

“This tactic was believed to be used to keep [the victim] from exposing what Andrew had done to him,” the affidavit reveals.

President Trump has discussed paying restitution to defendants of the Jan. 6 attack. However, it remains unclear if he will follow through with these plans. So far, no Jan. 6 rioters have been compensated, except the family of a woman who was shot dead by police during the attacks, for which the administration agreed to pay $5 million.

War On Porn

Last year my state of Mississippi passed a law that requires age verification before entering…..and Mississippi is not alone this movement has swept through the South in break neck speed.

The idea was to protect underage viewers from accessing these sites to look a porn.

My question is how successful has this battle been?

The panic over porn has spread through the South, with Pornhub’s parent company Aylo cutting off access to its sites in states that have instituted age-verification requirements: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, and Virginia.

These laws are positioned as protecting minors, though we’re not seeing the same enthusiasm for legislation to close a loophole allowing videos featuring children. That’s because the ultimate aim of the age-verification laws is not to promote the welfare of children but to criminalize access to anything pertaining to sexuality or gender that conservatives find objectionable.

The Pornhub bans are part and parcel of a movement seeking to return to a time when obscenity laws were thinly veiled curbs on LGBTQ+ rights. As Aylo notes: “Any regulations that require hundreds of thousands of adult sites to collect significant amounts of highly sensitive personal information is putting user safety in jeopardy.” (The company has instead backed device-level age verification.)

With these laws, children are (non-voting) pawns used to justify discriminatory measures, from Florida’s Don’t Say Gay law to Target being successfully cowed via social media to hide or remove Pride merchandise from its stores. 

The conservative Heritage Foundation states that one of its objectives is to ban pornography in the United States—not just for minors, but for everyone. Yet it repeatedly tries to bring the focus to children and LGBTQ+ issues when it makes its arguments for the eradication of porn. 

In its Mandate for Leadership: The Conservative Promise, which is part of Project 2025, Heritage Foundation President Kevin D. Roberts writes that “children suffer the toxic normalization of transgenderism with drag queens and pornography invading their school libraries.” He adds that “educators and public librarians who purvey [pornography] should be classed as registered sex offenders.”

Why “Missionary”?

It is a Summer Sunday and I have tale to tell….and of course a bit of history to brighten your day.

My readers know that I try to explain the mundane….the stuff that few actually think about so I do it for them.

This post begins with me and one of my sessions where I was reading and writing for about 5 hours…..finally about 4 in the morning my eyes were tired and burning so I decided to give them a break….in the background as usual the TV was on some weird ass show (it is on for company not entertainment) and I decided to put my feet up and close my eyes to help them relax….well that eye closure resulted in about a 35 minute snooze and when I awoke there was some cheesy movie on and two guys (bad actors) were arguing about sexual positions….one was sure the best was “Doggie” and the other was arguing that ‘Missionary” was the best….after about 5 minutes of that torture my brain kicked in….I understand the ‘Doggie” thing but where did the “Missionary” originate?

Sue has always said that I need to give my brain a break…..but that seems like a monumental task……but back to the tale…..I decided that as an FYI I would explain the term and educate my readers and hopefully entertain as well….

The term “missionary position” is an anthropological enigma. The most prominent explanation is that it has something to do with prudish Christian missionaries. However, that seems to be a big misunderstanding tied back to one of the most famous sexologists of the 20th century, Alfred Kinsey.

For the uninitiated, the missionary position is a sex position in which the female lies on her back with the male on top, facing one another. 

Other cultures have a variety of inventive terms for this sexual stance. Some Arabic speakers refer to it as “the manner of serpents” while in Brazilian Portuguese, it’s colloquially called posição papai e mamae (literally “daddy and mommy position”). The term missionary position has since been transplanted into other languages, including French (position du missionnaire) and German (Missionarsstellung).

Countless anthropological studies suggest the term “missionary position” relates to the coital pose favored by Christian missionaries in the early modern era. So the story goes, the position was seen as more “decent” compared to more “animalistic” positions. When the missionaries made their unwelcome arrival to distant lands in the colonial era, they attempted to teach Indigenous peoples to have sex in this more righteous and Christian way. 

This retelling of the story appears to stem from the 1948 book Sexual Behavior in the Human Male by Alfred Kinsey, in which he tried to show that the missionary position was not perceived as the default position in most other cultures.

Getting Their ‘Freak’ On

The big story yesterday was the Feds busting a prostitution ring operating in the DC area….

“Pick a profession, they’re probably represented in this case.” Those were the words of a federal prosecutor in reference to what CNN describes as the “sprawling client list” of a network of high-end brothels operated in the Washington, DC, area as well as in Massachusetts. Those clients included, per the Justice Department, “politicians, high tech and pharmaceutical executives, doctors, military officers, government contractors that possess security clearances, professors, lawyers, scientists and accountants.” The DOJ has charged three people with running the network, two of them in Massachusetts and one in California, Politico reports. As for the clients, they’re being investigated.

The three defendants, Han Lee, Junmyung Lee, and James Lee, allegedly rented expensive apartments and advertised rates ranging from $350 to $600 per hour for sexual services to pre-approved clients. They allegedly mostly advertised on websites promoting sex with Asian women; Fox News, which has a screenshot of the alleged “menu” of services one client provided to the feds, reports the websites included photos and measurements. Women’s flights and transportation were allegedly paid for. The feds say they’re interviewing alleged customers and looking at cellphone location data, surveillance video, and financial records amid the investigation, and that there are “potentially hundreds of yet to be identified customers.”

Sex And The Debt Debate

I read a headline while I was surfing last week and came across one that made me just have to read…..The debt ceiling deal could make America’s STD problem much worse”….I immediately thought….what does sex have to do with the debt deal?

And yes I had to read the story and I would like to share it here…..

Senior Biden administration officials and public health leaders are warning that debt ceiling negotiations around clawing back unspent Covid-19 money would have an unintended consequence: increasing sexually-transmitted diseases.

The potential cuts — one of the few seeming areas of agreement between House Republicans and the White House — could sap as much as $30 billion from state and local public health departments that are struggling to rebuild as Covid-19 wanes. Funding clawbacks would undermine work to slow the spread of syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhea, HIV and hepatitis, and leave the country weaker in the face of future pandemics.

States and cities are counting on unspent Covid funds to support the ranks of local public health workers who test people for sexually transmitted infections, find and contact others who were exposed, and direct people to treatment, efforts crucial to limiting the spread of STDs.

“There’s no doubt” the cuts would hurt efforts to “rebuild our public health infrastructure,” Leandro Mena, director of the CDC’s Division of STD Prevention, told POLITICO at the annual conference of STD Directors in New Orleans. “If we don’t have a robust workforce ready, who’s going to be there when we have our next outbreak?”

Mississippi’s capital city has the second-highest rate of sexually transmitted diseases in the U.S., according to a new study. Innerbody used data from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) to determine the list of cities with high rates of STDs. Jackson was the only Mississippi city to make the list and is second to Memphis. New Orleans ranked sixth. With 1,358 cases per 100,000 people the state capital city ranked second in the U.S. Jackson reported 105 HIV cases, 6,144 chlamydia cases, 3,587 gonorrhea cases and 607 syphilis cases. Jackson has a population of about 149,761.

This tine it is that idiot from Florida (go figure), Gaetz, on the abortion issue…..

Appearing before a Florida convention of young people, Rep. Matt Gaetz said Saturday that women demonstrating for access to legal abortions are too unattractive to become pregnant. “Why is it that the women with the least likelihood of getting pregnant are the ones most worried about having abortions?” Gaetz told the group. “Nobody wants to impregnate you if you look like a thumb.” The Republican lawmaker was speaking to about 5,000 young people at the Turning Point USA Student Action Summit in Tampa, USA Today reports.

“Calling women unattractive is kind of Gaetz’s go-to schtick,” Laura Bassett writes for Jezebel. He made a complementary point in a tweet when the US Supreme Court threw out Roe v. Wade, posting, “How many of the women rallying against overturning Roe are over-educated, under-loved millennials who sadly return from protests to a lonely microwave dinner with their cats, and no bumble matches?” Bassett calls Saturday’s remarks by Gaetz, who is under federal investigation on suspicion of sex trafficking, “cartoonishly misogynist.”

The crowd did not boo the comments, which Gaetz included in his Twitter feed. Democratic Rep. Tom Malinowski of New Jersey called Gaetz’s speech “brain-dead misogyny” in a tweet, warning that after the midterm elections this fall, the next Congress will include more lawmakers who think that way. Former President Donald Trump also addressed the student audience and referred to Gaetz. “What a wonderful guy,” Trump said.

This from a guy that is under investigation for his sexual proclivities….

Before I am accused of being a dirty old man, that this movement is more about equality than just flashing one’s breasts…I would be a liar if I said that it is not enjoyable for me…there is so much more to this than you would think……

There have been many women’s movements….like
“Ban The Bra”…..the push for acceptance of public breast feeding…..of course the Puritan wing of the GOP have always been afraid of women’s breast in one form or the other….

“Free the nipple” has made headlines yet again, this time over Instagram’s public apology to director Pedro Almodovar for censoring the poster for his latest movie Madres Paralelas. The image, designed by artist Javier Jaen, features a lactating nipple cropped to appear as a crying eye, and it was widely removed on the platform for violating Instagram’s guidelines. The apology issued by Instagram resulted in Almodovar proclaiming victory over the algorithm, and an abundance of media attention including the New York Times’s article.

The body-equality slogan “Free the nipple” is so ubiquitous that it sounds as though it belongs in the annals of history alongside “Make love not war” and “Votes for women,” but actually this international rallying cry is barely a decade old. Born into the Instagram-age and made infamous through it, “Free the nipple” has regularly popped up on social media accounts, despite the fact that #FreeTheNipple itself is invisible on the platform: Type in “#FreeTheNipple” in the Instagram search bar and it will direct to a stark notice: “This Hashtag Is Hidden.” Alternatively, add a year to the slogan such as #freethenipple2021 and it works, effectively rendering the movement a yearly trend rather than the full-voiced campaign for change that it is.

Personally I do not understand the fixation of women’s breast…..I would be lying as a man if I said it did not matter….but let’s be real….I am a man and I am not dead yet….the concern should be for the 300+ mass shootings this year so far and less about what breasts are doing.

This is the story I read that got me to thinking about the movement…..and of course the trolls on social media that attack the young woman….

Who would have thought that a sheer hot pink dress worn by an award-winning actress on the red carpet of a fashion show could have the power to send the internet into such a tizzy?

But it was never really about the dress, was it? It was about what’s under the dress and, more specifically, what exists just under the surface of society. The sheer fabric of a Valentino dress not only revealed Florence Pugh’s breasts, but shone a spotlight on the thinly veiled misogyny that remains rampant 2022.

This past Friday, Midsommar star Florence Pugh walked the red carpet at Valentino’s haute couture show in Rome wearing a fuschia tulle gown designed by the brand’s artistic director, Pierpaolo Piccioli. A nod to the emerging Barbie-core trend, the ensemble was all pink and featured a gauzy halter bodice that exposed the actress’ breasts and oh-so controversial nipples.

“Technically they’re covered?” Pugh wrote on Instagram, a platform known for its censorship of the female form. Posting these beautiful images to her following of 7.6million, it wasn’t long until the trolls crawled out of the woodwork.

It is the 21st century in real time but still Victorian in some eyes…..I do not understand the taboo-ness of nudity these….I mean one click on the PC and anyone can see all they want and much more graphic than some woman’s nipples.

I am old but I would to think that I have matured with time….I try to keep my thinking moving forward….I refuse to let it go in reverse.

Shacking Up!

The weekend begins and I found a great story to lead off my posts.

Apparently there is one Ohio politician that is concerned about sex and ice fishing.

It’s highly doubtful that an ice fisherman shivering in a shanty on a frozen lake would think to bring a sex worker along for company, but for one Ohio official, it’s a distinct possibility that needs to be considered. Per Cleveland.com, Mayor Craig Shubert aired his concerns Tuesday at a Hudson City Council meeting, where the topic of whether to allow ice fishing on Hudson Springs Lake—a recent request by “a number of residents,” according to Council President Chris Foster—came up. Multiple officials at the meeting pushed back on that request, expressing concern over people potentially falling through the ice, burdening local first responders and adding liability risk for the city.

Foster also noted there’d been fatalities in the past on the lake, per the Washington Post. Shubert then jumped in with his own worry: “If you then allow ice fishing with shanties, then that leads to another problem: prostitution. And now you’ve got the police chief and the police department involved. Just data points to consider.” Foster, seated next to the Republican mayor of two-plus years, can be seen in a video of the meeting reacting with surprise at Shubert’s remarks.

After a few seconds of confused silence, another councilman, Chris Banweg jokes, “That’s why I’m not in favor of shanties.” The Post notes that the clip of Shubert’s comments soon went viral, earning more than 739,000 views by Thursday afternoon. The day after the meeting, FOX 8 managed to get a statement out of the mayor on what exactly he’d meant, in which he noted his comment “stems from my experience as a former television news reporter covering law enforcement agencies, which have made arrests for acts of prostitution in ice fishing shanties.”

Apparently this tool does not understand what extreme cold does the male anatomy.

For me I would rather have sex than fish….but that is just me.

More Trouble For Hefner

Hugh Hefner one of the founders of the ‘girlie” magazine has been dead for years but now there is a push to bring some of his abuses to light.

And the saga goes something like this…..

A new 10-part docuseries paints Hugh Hefner as a rapist who drugged women at his Playboy mansion—and Playboy says it supports those accusing Hef of sexual misconduct. “We trust and validate women and their stories, and we strongly support the individuals who have come forward to share their experiences,” it posted in an open letter over the weekend. “The Hefner family is no longer associated with Playboy, and today’s Playboy is not Hugh Hefner’s Playboy. Today, our organization is run by a workforce that is more than 80% female, and together we are building upon the aspects of our legacy that have made a positive impact, including serving as a platform for free expression and a convener of safe conversations on sex, inclusion and freedom.” More on A&E’s Secrets of Playboy:

  • Who’s involved: Multiple former Playmates, others associated with the magazine and Hefner’s empire, and former girlfriends of Hefner were interviewed, CNN reports. Among those is Sondra Theodore, a girlfriend of Hef’s from the late 1970s, who calls him a “vampire” who “sucked the life out of all these young girls for decades.”
  • What’s described: Another former girlfriend, Holly Madison of The Girls Next Door, describes a “cult-like atmosphere” around Hef, including people who made sure what happened at the Playboy mansion stayed there and Hef’s name stayed pristine in the media. Others, including a former exec, echo those allegations. Rampant drug and alcohol use, including by those under 21, is also alleged.
  • Bestiality and snuff films? Theodore says she once walked in on Hefner engaging in sexual activities with her dog, the New York Post reports. And a former “bunny mother” says she once saw Hef force a woman to give oral sex to a German shepherd. Hefner is also alleged to have been into snuff films, the Daily Beast reports.
  • More disturbing allegations: Women say they were forced into sex with Hefner and, sometimes, others (both male and female) while Hefner watched, often without using protection. Some women were allegedly pressured to get plastic surgery, and Hef allegedly berated women abusively, including Madison, over their appearance.
  • Bill Cosby: Cosby, a good friend of Hefner’s, gets brought up by the former bunny mother, who says the comedian sodomized her so violently she bled. Men who frequented Playboy clubs and the mansion were also accused of drugging and raping dozens of women, with Hefner being accused of “pimping out” women to some of them.
  • “Protections” in place: Hefner allegedly hid cameras around the Playboy mansion and threatened to release photos and videos of “depraved” sex acts if anyone spoke out against him. Madison says Hefner blackmailed her with photos and that was why she stayed with him for so long. Hef’s widow and fellow former Girls Next Door star, Crystal Hefner, confirmed that she found “thousands” of such photos after his death and destroyed them all, People reports.
  • The rest of the ‘Girls’: Bridget Marquardt, an original Girl Next Door alongside Madison, is also in the docuseries, but Kendra Wilkinson, the third original star of the E! reality show, is not, Distractify reports. Crystal Hefner, who was Crystal Harris at the time, joined the series later, as did twins Kristina and Karissa Shannon, who spoke to Radar in advance of the A&E docuseries’ premiere.
  • Defense: Hefner’s son, Cooper, has come to his defense, E! reports. “These salacious stories are a case study of regret becoming revenge,” he says. At least one former Playmate also insisted the allegations are untrue, the New York Post reports.
  • Same-sex affair: Multiple people also allege in the docuseries that Hefner was in love and had a sexual affair with his male physician and best friend

I am sorry….but the man is dead and cannot defend himself….these allegations may well be true and if they are it is intolerable ….but where were these allegations when the supposed acts took place?

I read a lot and sometimes I read something that just makes me step back and ask the question…..Really?

One such article was from the “Daily Caller” (not one of my regular reads) it was about some allegations about Playboy’s Hugh Hefner…..

Holly Madison said Monday the late Hugh Hefner allegedly took “sexually explicit” pictures of her and other women that she called “non-consensual.”

“When girls would go out with Hef, in the limo, in the nightclub and come back to his room after, he was constantly taking photos of these women on his disposable camera,” the former Playboy playmate and former girlfriend of Hefner shared during her appearance on the the “Power: Hugh Hefner” podcast.

“And they’d be invited out and oftentimes would be pressured, not necessarily directly by him, he would have some of his girlfriends do it too, pressure them to come upstairs,” Madison continued.

Seriously?

You try out for the men’s magazine that features women in sexually explicit photos and yet you want to try a get a payday out of your actions?

I question this accusation….the timing is a bit suspicious for me.

I understand the ‘consent’ thing….but I can also see the consent was applied when you voluntarily want to be naked in a magazine for all men to admire and desire.

Plus they are accusing a dead man….no chance for his response.

Maybe I am just from a by-gone era.
