I have listen to the concerns of those that fear the influx of refugees because of the possibility that ISIS or AQ will infiltrate and take hold in this country.
For some it is an all consuming fear….
I have spent some time trying to explain the situation to those most concerned but as usual mostly my comments have falling on deaf ears. People that have been put into a state of fear and hate cannot be reasoned with on any level. They delude themselves with cover words like “warning” but to me that is just a defense mechanism to cover the hate born of fear.
Every time I try to set the record straight I get push back and sometimes to the extreme….when that occurs I think of something my grandfather use to say….”when you teach pigs to sing…you waste your time and piss off the pig”…..it applies here.
Disregarding what “Gib” use to say….I will attempt one last effort…..

After that I will get push back on the religion of Islam. Few want to believe that the beliefs of ISIS and AQ are a minority belief…..they will not accept that there is a “liberal” version of Islam….that is a shame….a religion of 1.5 billion is condemned by a small percentage of the believers.
Islmophobia has become a spreading disease….a poison growing in American society….why? Only because of misinformation and an unwillingness to listen.

This situation is getting out of hand…..even a presidential candidate has said that a follower of Islam should not be “allow” to lead this country…..a purity test of sorts? Does that sound familiar to anyone else?
All Americans should see this as a disturbing trend in a “free” society…..don’t cha think?

It goes without saying that Islamophobia is more dangerous than ISIS or AQ because it will turn those disaffected by this country towards those radicalized and I agree, minority, fringe aspects of Islam. Makes you wonder if that isn’t the RWNJ plan all along?
As my grandfather said…”haters are going to hate…..just give them a reason”…..the media does a good job at giving them that reason…..
After reading the 130 violent passages from the Holy Book I have suddenly concluded that either the 1.5 billion have never read them or they have miraculously become apostate and do not include them in their belief system any more.
Have you bothered to read the violent passages from the Bible/Torah? You condemn all for a book….I will never change your mind because you do not want to change it….so I will just say that all is not what you read.
