Ever have one of those days when the media has so much to say about nothing that it gives you gas?
Years ago I was at the New Orleans Jazz Fest and performing was one of my faves, Linda Ronstadt……I was told by my compatriots that I was just wasted enough to ask her too marry me…..apparently she said NO! Just another disappointment in life…..
Any way….she had one of the best voices around……a shame that Parkinson’s has silenced her…….

It was likely more the thought of living in Mississippi that scared her off Chuq. 🙂

A real shame, I never got to see her in person but her voices was pure. I miss her too.

one day Ill stop looking at that poster I still keep up in the bar. A remarkable voice, stepped away from the celebrity bs by choice years ago. Saw her interviewed a few months ago – looked great for 68 and ill. An orignal treasure
