David Broder, a respected columnist with the Washington Post, recently wrote when talking about Obama’s chances for re-election in 2012:
Here is where Obama is likely to prevail. With strong Republican support in Congress for challenging Iran’s ambition to become a nuclear power, he can spend much of 2011 and 2012 orchestrating a showdown with the mullahs. This will help him politically because the opposition party will be urging him on. And as tensions rise and we accelerate preparations for war, the economy will improve.
In other words if Obama wants a second term he must confront and mobilize against Iran….and they call me a bit far-fetched! This guy is an idiot….just what we need here in the US …..another war to add to the list of the ones we are already fighting…..BRILLIANT!
A conspiracy theorist perhaps; a bit far-fetched, maybe… But doesn’t it have a horrible ring of the likely truth about it?
Much stranger things have happened a whole lot less publically… don’t be surprised if that or something similar occurs – just like there’s always seemingly a new “terror threat” just when governments most need a “distraction”
Sad to say it does have a ring of truth to it…..and sad to say…I would wager that it is a plan for the future….be prepared for the nominees….should have them ready by the 1st of December….
