I would say they were biased. Hard to make an argument that they were not. Only alternative I can see would have been not to try them at all.
Trials by independent countries to be just would have also tried our political and military leaders for war crimes they may hazed committed. I think some on our side also committed war crimes. But none of them were punished. Does seem unjust and one sided.
war crimes are hard to prove but I think it was all show for the world to show that the Allies were fair and just chuq
