Mr. Trump’s recent speech on immigration got me thinking…..his statements seem to say that everyone in the US has got to be “white”….I am not talking about race or skin color….nope I am talking about everyone has to act in a prescribed manner.
Think about this the Civil Rights Act….was it truly about some sort of equality or was it more that maybe the blacks will see the benefits of living and acting “white”?
Personally I think his statement in his speech……”So who can come to the US? “It’s our right as a sovereign nation to choose immigrants who are the likeliest to thrive, and flourish and love us.” That statement smells like a “white” moment to me.
While surfing I found an article that is written along the lines of my thinking……The Correspondent” written by Sarah Kendzior…..
Trump has retweeted white supremacist groups and has the backing of the Ku Klux Klan. He uses whiteness as a weapon, and his candidacy on a major party ticket threatens to put the country back some 200 years. What does Trump’s vision of whiteness mean for a diverse country like the U.S.?

If a person moves here, we presume they like us and will abide by the laws of the country they have chosen. Too many move here simply to take advantage of slack laws and loopholes. We can all remain individuals while still being lawful. Perhaps Trump used the “white” reference in poor taste being as 88% of all black persons shot – have been shot by other black men. The gangs put off a very bad reputation that so many good people suffer from the feed back. (I do hope I’m being politically correct in trying to explain my opinion.)
I’m thinking poor taste is the key….
Do not fear the “Politically Correct” syndrome. “Politically Correct” is designed by people who want to control your every thought to make you change your language and your way of thinking. “Politically Correct” is a direct assault on your freedoms to express what you really feel. Do not apologize to “Politically Correct” and do not apologize “For” it either. Regardlewss of what the “Politically Correct-ers” think or what they want to do to us, we still have The First Amendment and we had better be willing to fight to protect it or it will simply disappear.

You become white in America through the union of two consenting and legally wed caucasian parents and you are born into a society founded by white people on white principles and which was that way for a couple of centuries before the demographic began to change. But the rein of whiteness is coming to a close in America now and the hangers-on had better get used to the idea that we are eventually going to be servants and peons to a horse of a different color … so to speak.

Yes, it was the white people who brought the black people to america and it was lincoln who tried to free them with the emancipation proclamation … but did you know he had already begun to have the navy build ships to ship them all to some other country once they were freed and he was assassinated before his plan could be completed? But yes, it was the whites who brought them here in the first place and it is a black man who is now trying to fill the country up with Muslim immigrants in case you have been following.
Well, he better hurry up, becuase he’s only got till January and so far Muslims only make up 1% of the American Population.

Actually, Mr. Hayes — I do not believe they were actually slaves. They were given a roof over their heads, clothing to wear and food to eat and I understand they even got Sundays off work for their relaxation and religious activities. I believe their transportation to their countries of origin was provided without cost and there were no resettlement fees involved in assimilating them into the economy. There are some people who would even argue that they had it a lot better in the American South than they ever had it in the countries where they came from. But I guess all that is a matter of opinion and depends a lot on whether or not and how History has been written to fit the leftist narrative. Personally I do not know the truth about any ot this and … could care less.
I remember some time ago Pat Buchanan saying immigrants are destroying our culture. I always wanted to ask “what culture is it to which you refer? Your Irish Catholic one ?” That’s not my culture. Italians got to be white when Joe DiMaggio got on the Yankees. I remember one headline from that time “Joe says no more garlic” Man o man, was that ever racist. Some of our greatest presidents were Italian: Washingtonelli, Roosevetti and Abraham Linguine.
