I do a lot of research daily…..when I decide to write a piece I try to get as much information as I can…..it is what one must do when preparing to teach a class or write an informative article……or one could just regurgitate the mindless ramblings of “false prophets”………

That’s some seriously disturbing shit! There is absolutely NO such thing as “paranoid” anymore. It is fairly safe to assume everything you say, do, write, etc is being recorded for the possibility of using it against you in the future…or at least for shits & giggles for the person recording.
Once upon a time, back when people had rights, I was pretty sure it was considered illegal to record audio without a warrant. But now that we’re all forced to love Big Brother, he can go through your septic tank to dig up shit on you anytime he wants.
But I LOVE how even a “critical” report exposing this kind of bullshit still shades things in a “positive” direction. It’s all about “good guys” spying on “bad guys” to keep us safe. Forget about the thousands of other private conversations snatched up in the process. For example, the bus-stop conversation between 2 teenage girls describing last night’s sex with her boyfriend….or her boyfriend’s brother. I’m sure these devices pick up all kinds of shit they weren’t “officially” after…passwords, bank PIN numbers…Who knows what people talk about when they think nobody is listening? FBI agents listen to ALL of it (and cut & paste the “good stuff” onto a disc for “personal use” later…or boost their income with a little blackmail.)
Of course, the “good guys” are using methods that, even if legal, shouldn’t be. And the “bad guys” are supposed to be presumed innocent (Hahahaha!) until proven guilty by a court of law…that follows the law itself. For example, getting a warrant to invade their privacy rights of suspects vs unwarranted driftnet fishing of everyone in the hopes that somebody says something wrong.

Gee, he has to ask his boss first. That will keep any abuse from happening! Gee, I wonder what his boss will tell him? “I don’t care if it’s supposedly legal. We aren’t going to record people’s private conversations just in the 1 in a million chance the guy we’re after spills the beans at the bus stop.”
Yeah, right! This is how the invasion of everyone’s privacy on the flimsiest of grounds happens. This is how fascism takes over.

This is the state of communication/information today. Everything is stripped down to 7 second snippets/140 characters with precious little meaning, or actual information, left. In the process, valuable information is devalued and complete garbage can easily substitute for valuable information. Everything might as well be poured into a giant blender of bile and poured into water pistols to shoot at each other.
