Closing Thought–08Sep21

From The ‘Can’t Fix Stupid’ Files…..

Now that there is a Select Committee that is investigating the failed coup attempt by followers of that ‘other guy’…….the GOP leadership and members are trying to intimidate companies that cooperate with the investigation.

Some members have sent a letter to Yahoo threatening them if they turn over records to the committee……the problem is…….

Eleven Republican lawmakers sent a letter to Yahoo urging the company not to cooperate with a House investigation into the Jan. 6 insurrection, except they addressed it to a CEO who left more than four years ago.

The lawmakers, including Reps. Mo Brooks (of Alabama), Madison Cawthorn (N.C), Marjorie Taylor Greene (Ga.), Paul Gosar (Ariz.) and Lauren Boebert (Colo.), sent letters to 13 businesses telling them not to comply with requests from the House select committee investigating the events of Jan. 6.

The committee requested that certain phone and social media companies preserve the records of individuals not publicly identified as linked to the insurrection as well as those involved in the “Stop the Steal” rally. The House probe is attempting to determine who was actively involved in planning the violence aimed at overturning the presidential election. Some of the relevant subjects could involve Republican lawmakers, including some of those who sent the letters.

Almost daily the GOP proves the point of ‘Can’t Fix Stupid’……

But I ask….was this the GOP being stupid or was it paid for by companies to give them cover?

I trust corporation much less than I mistrust the politicians in the GOP…..

Is This ‘Winning Through Intimidation’?

The GOP is quickly becoming an authoritarian party….something we have not seen in this country for a very long time.

I thought the GOP and RNC were pro-business….but apparently not.

The House has a select committee that is investigating the 06 January insurrection and for some reasonb the GOP is running like a very scared rabbit…..to the point that the minority leader of the House has issued a threat to business that cooperates with the hearings…..

Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy is threatening social media and telecommunications companies that comply with the House’s investigation of the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol, while warning of a Democratic “surveillance state.” The California Republican on Tuesday took issue with investigators’ Monday request that more than 30 companies—including Apple, AT&T, and Verizon—preserve records relevant to the attack. He claimed compliance with the request to save records from April 1, 2020, to Jan. 31, 2021, would be a violation of federal law and “put every American with a phone or computer in the crosshairs of a surveillance state run by Democrat politicians,” per Politico.

Appearing Tuesday on MSNBC, Rep. Adam Schiff said McCarthy and former President Trump are “scared” and “don’t want the country to know exactly what they were involved in.” The Democratic-led committee, which includes two anti-Trump Republicans, wants to get a handle on communications between Trump and members of Congress, including McCarthy, on Jan. 6, though there’s been no request for records yet. “We’ve asked companies not to destroy records that may help answer questions for the American people,” says a spokesperson. “The committee’s efforts won’t be deterred by those who want to whitewash or cover up the events of January 6th, or obstruct our investigation.”

“If companies still choose to violate federal law, a Republican majority will not forget and will stand with Americans to hold them fully accountable under the law,” McCarthy threatened, claiming such companies would be “subject to losing their ability to operate in the United States.” CNN reports McCarthy’s office would not provide “a specific federal statute that a company would be in violation of if it complied with a duly empaneled congressional committee.” While the committee has subpoena power, requests for phone or social media records, especially those of members of Congress, could result in a legal fight, per CNN.

Could this be obstruction of justice?

https://www.alternet.org/2021/09/kevin-mccarthy-obstruction/

As I stated previously the GOP has become a party in search of authoritarian rule.  (More on this in a future post)

This swing to authoritarian swing should scare the s*it out of the American people….but instead they are embracing the stupidity.

House Select Committee Hearing—Day One

The insurrection will be televised….and it failed….now time to bring the leaders to bear.

I post this for all those Americans that were too busy to keep up with the doings in the Hearing…..and those that just do not care.

The hotly contested committee hearings on the events of 06 January has begun…..

This who;e affair could be disastrous for House Minority leader, Kevin McCarthy, who is slobbering over becoming Speaker…..

“McCarthy is playing a terrible hand here.”

“He’s trapped politically between the Democrats and former President Donald Trump. Democrats want someone to pay for Jan. 6, and not just the Trump supporters who viciously attacked the U.S. Capitol Police and illegally entered the building,” the report states before adding, “McCarthy needs Trump heading into 2022 elections — or at least he needs Trump not going after vulnerable House Republicans — so McCarthy has to stay loyal to the former president. It’s a lose-lose for McCarthy. “

https://www.rawstory.com/capitol-riot-hearing-2653977063/

I hope it does dash his ambition for he would be a horrible Speaker and he proves it everyday.

……and it started with a bang.

Rep. Kinzinger let the idiot Right have it with both barrels…..

Rep. Adam Kinzinger, one of two Republicans on the new select committee investigating the Capitol insurrection, on Tuesday called out members of his own party for treating January 6 as another “partisan fight.”

Read his opening statement, as prepared for delivery, distributed by his office:

https://www.cnn.com/2021/07/27/politics/read-kinzinger-remarks-0727/index.html

Harsh words for the morons in his party…beginning with McCarty and on down the line…..

The Hearing began with testimony from Capitol police officers that had to deal the the crush of slobbering Trump supporters….

Four officers present during the Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol told harrowing accounts of that day as a special House panel began investigating what happened. Details, via the AP, the Washington Post, Politico, and the Wall Street Journal:

  • Capitol Police officer Aquilino Gonell: He described losing oxygen while being crushed by rioters. “This is how I’m going to die,” he remembered thinking, “defending this entrance.” He added that “there is a continuous and shocking attempt to ignore or try to destroy the truth of what truly happened that day, and to whitewash the facts.”
  • DC officer Michael Fanone: He described being “grabbed, beaten, tased, all while being called a traitor to my country.” Doctors would later inform him that he suffered a mild heart attack during the melee.
  • DC officer Daniel Hodges: “I did the only thing I could do, scream for help,” Hodges said, recalling how rioters crushed him against a door and beat him in the head and face with his own baton. “To my perpetual confusion, I saw the thin blue line flag, a symbol of support for law enforcement, more than once being carried by the terrorists as they ignored our commands and continued to assault us.”
  • Capitol Police officer Harry Dunn: He recounted how people screamed the n-word at him, saying it was disturbing that “people demonize you because of the color of your skin.” He added that other Black officers were subjected to same treatment. “January 6 still isn’t over for me.”
  • Gonell: “It was not antifa. It was not Black Lives Matter. It was not the FBI. It was (former President Trump’s) supporters that he sent … over to the Capitol that day. And he could have done a lot of things. One of them was to tell them to stop.” Gonell said it was “insulting” that Trump later praised the rioters as “loving” people. “What he was doing, instead of sending the military, instead of sending the support or telling his people, his supporters, to stop this nonsense, he begged them to continue fighting. I’m still recovering from those hugs and kisses that day.”
  • Fanone: “I feel like I went to hell and back to protect them, and too many in this room … are now telling me that hell doesn’t exist or hell actually wasn’t that bad,” he said, referring to lawmakers who he says want to downplay the riot. “The indifference shown to my colleagues is disgraceful.”
  • Before the hearing began, House Republican leader Kevin McCarthy called it a “sham” orchestrated by Nancy Pelosi. In contrast, Liz Cheney, one of only two Republicans on the panel, said they should investigate “every minute of that day in the White House.

On a side note….

Federal authorities have arrested a Donald Trump supporter caught on video bragging about macing police at the Capitol on Jan. 6.

Samuel Lazar, who was arrested in Pennsylvania on Monday, spent the months after the Capitol attack attending political events in support of the former president and his political allies. The case against him was unsealed on Tuesday.

https://www.huffpost.com/entry/samuel-lazar-fbi-doug-mastriano-trump-capitol-attack-jan-6_n_60be410be4b099fb31ca9350

Goes to show that the mental midgets that support Trump support the police only when they are killing people of color.

I have heard and read those slugs that try to deflect from this Hearing saying why not have a hearing about the protests in the cities?

Well for one the violence they refer to happened in a city and the insurrection was an assault of the nation…if they cannot see the difference then they are just plain stupid!

I will try to keep my readers informed on the Hearing as best I can.

Clown Show Cancelled

The House Select Committee on the events in and around 06 January will proceed without GOP participation. The Speaker refused to emit two members that were instrumental in the attempt to deny Biden the count and Minority leader McCarthy saw the jig was up and pulled all names for the Committee….

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy submitted his picks for the committee investigating the Jan. 6 Capitol attack Tuesday. But the Republican included two congressmen, Reps. Jim Banks of Indiana and Jim Jordan of Ohio, who vocally supported objections to finishing the electoral vote count and formalizing President Biden’s election. After House Speaker Nancy Pelosi objected, McCarthy said he would pull the rest of his picks, too, NBC News reports. Pelosi was set to approve the other picks, including Texas’ Troy Nehls, who also supported objections on Jan. 6.

“How people voted on the president—affirming the election of Joe Biden—is not a criterion for service,” Pelosi said Tuesday, per the Hill. Pelosi’s picks for the committee include Rep. Liz Cheney of Wyoming, who was one of the few GOP House members who voted to impeach Donald Trump. Pelosi can veto any of McCarthy’s picks she doesn’t like. She said the selection of Jordan and Banks would damage the “integrity of the investigation.” The committee is scheduled to meet July 27. McCarthy said that unless Pelosi seats all five of his nominees, ” Republicans will not be party to their sham process and will instead pursue our own investigation of the facts,” McCarthy said, per the AP.

Not to worry these GOP sycophants may not be featured in the Center Ring they will have ample time and opportunity to spew their hatred and chaos from the side rings.

The Hearing will not be as amusing without the mental midgets in the GOP…..but they are not going away.

The GOP theater of the absurd is alive and well….and should provide the media with endless reports on the antics of the sidelined clowns.

Insurrection Clown Show

Since there will be no commission similar to the 9/11 commission around the insurrection of 06 January…Pelosi has decided to have a House Select Committee….and McCarthy has named the GOP Reps that will be on this commission……

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy has made his selections for the five lawmakers he will appoint to the select committee probing the January 6 attack on the US Capitol. Jim Banks of Indiana, chair of the Republican Study Committee, will lead the group, whose other members will be Rodney Davis of Illinois (top Republican on the House Administration Committee), Jim Jordan of Ohio (top Republican on the House Judiciary Committee), Kelly Armstrong of North Dakota (a lawyer who was on the House Judiciary Committee when then-President Trump was first impeached), and Troy Nehls of Texas (a former sheriff who helped Capitol Police get rioters away from the House floor).

They won’t be the only Republicans on the committee; Liz Cheney was among the eight members named by Democrats. Politico notes McCarthy has chosen experienced lawmakers who will likely have no trouble countering Democrats on the committee. All five voted against impeaching Trump after the Capitol riot, and three voted to overturn the 2020 presidential election results. They’ll need to be approved by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, the Washington Post reports. The first hearing will be held July 27. In a statement Monday night cited by the AP, Banks said, “Make no mistake, Nancy Pelosi created this committee solely to malign conservatives and to justify the Left’s authoritarian agenda.”

3 of the GOP basically refuse to say that Biden won the election…..these slugs should add to the absurdity to the proceedings.

Now do you see why I say it will be a clown show…..with the GOP providing the clowns.

I like the comment of the authoritarian Left as well…..if you believe that BS then you are definitely a Trump supporter and a moron.

I expect nothing from this committee other antics and silliness that has defined the GOP since 2010.

All this stupidity proves that the GOP, especially McCarthy, has only one aim….chaos and instability and ass kissing….such a pathetic mob.

The FBI’s Story

Insurrection Hearing–Part Two (or did I lose count?)

And the circus continues……

Not the 1959 movie starring Jimmie Stewart and Vera Miles….but rather the head of the agency and his testimony on the 06 January insurrection.

Many Congress people want answers as to why the notice of the possibility of a riot was not disseminated better….

FBI Director Chris Wray categorized the Jan. 6 Capitol riots as “domestic terrorism,” but made clear that the bureau has no evidence it came at the hands of far-left violent extremists. “We have not to date seen any evidence of anarchist violent extremists or people subscribed to antifa in connection with the 6th,” Wray testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Tuesday. “That doesn’t mean we’re not looking, and we’ll continue to look, but at the moment we have not seen that,” he said. The Hill details some of the instances in which former President Trump’s allies pushed the antifa theory, including comments from Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz made on the evening of the 6th, in which he alleged some of those who breached the Capitol were antifa “masquerading as Trump supporters.” More:

  • The New York Times digs deeper, with a lengthy look at how the antifa speculation spread like wildfire, beginning with a 1:51pm tweet by a right-radio host with just 13,000 followers that made its way minutes later to Rush Limbaugh’s radio show.
  • Wray was also asked about the cause of death of Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick, days after reports emerged that video evidence allegedly shows a person going after Sicknick and other officers with a chemical irritant, possibly bear spray, during the attack. Wray said the FBI is “not at a point” where it can speak to the cause of death.
  • The AP reports it marks Wray’s first appearance before that committee in nearly 2 years and has his defending how the FBI handled intelligence it received in advance of the attack. Wray maintains that while he didn’t see a Jan. 5 report from the FBI’s Norfolk, Virginia, field office on web chatter regarding a “war” in Washington the next day, it was properly shared with Capitol Police and others.

For me there was more questions raised than answered.

Then there was the idiotic questions asked by the GOP slugs….they had little to do with the crimes committed by Trumpian toads and everything to do with trying to obfuscate the day….

There is more to come…..more questions and more antics…..

Insurrection Hearing

Day One

We all have our opinions on what happened on 06 January 2021 with the breach of the police line around the Capitol and protesters entered into the building and began their hours of terror.

Senators on Tuesday began trying to unravel why Capitol rioters were able to advance as far as they did on Jan. 6. On the hot seat for testimony: Former Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund, former House sergeant-at-arms Paul Irving, former Senate sergeant-at-arms Michael Stenger, and acting DC Police Chief Robert Contee. The first three resigned under pressure after the riot. Some highlights:

  • FBI warning: The day before the riot, the FBI’s field office in Norfolk, Va., issued a warning that said extremists were calling for violence on Jan. 6 and heading to DC “ready for war,” reports the Hill. However, of the four security officials, only Contee actually saw the warning, per the Washington Post.
  • Didn’t advance: “I actually just in the last 24 hours was informed by the department that we actually had received that report,” Sund said. Underlings at the Capitol Police saw it, but it never got to Sund. Nor did the House and Senate sergeant-at-arms see it.
  • No phone call: Contee, the DC metro police chief, did see the FBI warning in the form of an email, but he said it was “raw information” and not “wholly vetted.” He added that he believes a genuine warning of that nature would “warrant a phone call or something.”
  • National Guard: As the AP sees it, a “remarkable breach” emerged between Sund and Irving (the former House sergeant-at-arms) about calling in the National Guard. For one thing, Sund says he made a request at 1:09pm, but Irving (one of Sund’s superiors) says he didn’t receive such a request until after 2pm.
  • Guard, II: Irving also denied the allegation that he resisted calling in the Guard because it would look bad. “I was not concerned about appearance whatsoever,” he said. But in his prepared testimony, Sund said Irving shot down a request for troops in a Jan. 4 meeting. Irving “stated that he was concerned about the ‘optics’ of having National Guard present and didn’t feel that the intelligence supported it,” Sund said.
  • Reluctance: Contee, meanwhile, said he was “surprised” and “stunned” at what he termed the Army’s reluctance to send in the National Guard as the riot was unfolding, per the Hill. He told senators that he was on a call with Sund, Army representatives, and DC officials, and that Sund was “literally pleading” for troops, per the Post. “I have officers literally fighting for their lives,” said Contee, but the talk “seemed like an exercise to check the boxes” instead of one focused on taking action. “I was stunned at the response from Department of the Army,” said Contee, per the New York Times. Guard troops did not arrive at the Capitol until 5:40pm.
  • Failures across the board. Sund said the arrival of the mob was like nothing he’d seen in his 30 years of policing and argued that the riot was the result of failures across the board, not just by the Capitol Police, the AP reports. “No single civilian law enforcement agency— and certainly not the USCP—is trained and equipped to repel, without significant military or other law enforcement assistance, an insurrection of thousands of armed, violent, and coordinated individuals focused on breaching a building at all costs,” he said.

Questions were asked….some wanted to know who, what and why this happened….and others wanted to know why the national guard was still in and around DC…..

The Repubs looked like clowns during the testimony….they were checking their phones, twirling pens and looking bored….even those that helped incite the insurrection looked like they were thinking of Cancun.

The Repubs were a bunch of redundant slugs!

Then the tensions were broken by the car crash of Tiger Wood (I am sorry but that had nothing to do with the drama of the day)

On to Day Two…..

Dems Play Games

I have often said that I think our Congress is a waste of time and money…..they spend more time running to a camera or massaging the genitals of donors or playing silly games.

The newest game is by the Dems on the SCOTUS committee vote…..

The Senate Judiciary Committee is due to vote Thursday on advancing the nomination of Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court—but the panel’s 10 Democrats will not be present. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and the Democrats on the committee said Wednesday that Democrats will boycott the hearing to protest the “sham process” of rushing Barrett’s nomination through, the Hill reports. “We will not grant this process any further legitimacy by participating in a committee markup of this nomination just twelve days before the culmination of an election that is already underway,” they said in a statement.

The Democrats said Republicans were violating the “promises and rules” they established in refusing to grant Obama nominee Merrick Garland a hearing in the nine months before the 2016 election. The Democrats said Judiciary Committee rules require two members of the minority party to be present when business is conducted, but committee chairman Sen. Lindsey Graham said he would proceed without them, NPR reports. “I will move forward,” the Republican said. “She deserves a vote.” Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has signaled that he wants to hold a full Senate vote on Barrett’s nomination Monday, which would install the conservative justice on the court in time to rule on election-related cases.

The Dems are by NO means the only game players…..

This theatrics will accomplish nothing…..the nominee will go to Senate for a vote……and the Dems will look like pouty little brats.

It is stunts like this that I say the Congress is a pack of tired old political d/bags.

And the GOP is just as guilty….McConnell is playing a game for this nomination as well…..but he is playing with lives…..

Senate Majority Mitch McConnell told his Republican colleagues Tuesday that he has privately been urging the Trump White House not to strike a coronavirus relief deal with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi before the November 3 election, warning that an agreement could interfere with his chamber’s plan to confirm Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court early next week.

McConnell’s remarks, first reported by the Washington Post, came during a closed-door Senate GOP lunch just ahead of a Tuesday evening deadline for a relief deal set by Pelosi and agreed to by the Trump administration. While the deadline came and went without a deal, the House Speaker told Democratic lawmakers late Tuesday that the two sides “have been making some progress” and continued to voice optimism that “we can reach an agreement before the election.”

Supreme Court Drama

The hearing for the newest nominee for the Supreme Court is being held as I type…..I also thought that a small idea of the theatrics might be amusing for my readers….(this may be the only post I do on this silly game)….

The day went something like this….

The actual questioning of Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett has begun on Capitol Hill. However, Barrett is following the tradition of nominees not answering questions about how they might rule on key issues—in this case, ObamaCare and abortion, notes Politico. “If I give off-the-cuff answers, then I would basically be a legal pundit,” she said. “I don’t think we want judges to be legal pundits. I think we want judges to approach cases thoughtfully with an open mind.” Some highlights:

  • No deals: Barrett insisted she didn’t discuss ObamaCare with President Trump or anyone in the White House. “Absolutely not,” Barrett said in response to a question from the GOP’s Charles Grassley, per the Washington Post. “I was never asked. And if I had been, that would have been a short conversation.” Democrats fear Barrett will help the court undo the Affordable Care Act. A key case is on the docket in November.
  • Abortion: After Democrat Dianne Feinstein asked Barrett her views on two landmark rulings establishing a woman’s right to an abortion (Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey), Barrett declined to offer her views of them, per the Hill. “If I express a view on a precedent one way or another, whether I say I love it or I hate it, it signals to litigants that I might tilt one way or another in a pending case.” Feinstein said it was “distressing” not to get a better answer. “I have no agenda to try to overrule Casey,” said Barrett. “I have an agenda to stick to the rule of law and decide cases as they come.”
  • Abortion, II: Barrett declined to say whether she agreed with mentor Antonin Scalia that Roe v. Wade was incorrectly decided. “I don’t think that anybody should assume that just because Justice Scalia decided a decision a certain way that I would, too,” she said. “I can’t pre-commit or say, ‘Yes, I’m going in with some agenda,'” Barrett added. “I have no agenda.”
  • More on agenda: The AP highlights this quote: “Judges can’t just wake up one day and say I have an agenda, I like guns, I hate guns, I like abortion, I hate abortion and walk in like a royal queen and impose their will on the world.”
  • Election: Barrett declined to say whether she would recuse herself from any election-related case involving Trump, reports the Hill. Democrat Patrick Leahy pressed her on the issue, saying recusal is necessary “where impartiality might reasonably be questioned.” But Barrett wouldn’t go there: “It always happens after consultation with the full court, so I can’t offer an opinion on recusal without short-circuiting that entire process.”

The Dems are still playing to the camera….they do not have the votes to block this silly pathetic endeavor so their acting is moot.

Would A Censure Be Better?

Paper #4

We now await the process to continue in the saga of the impeachment of a president….,the process is waiting to be given to the Senate for their part of the impeachment process…the Trial……

The games being played along partisan lines is just a waste of time for the “trial” will not be a impartial one….I say that because of what the Majority leader has said and the chairman of the Senate judiciary Committee, Sen Graham….they have made it clear that they will not be an impartial jury.

Praise be!  Looks like the partisanship in DC holds……the political center will fail…..and the broken system and process will remain badly broken…..and the president will survive the trial in the Senate and Trump will retain the seat of power.

I have tried to give my reader all the information I could about the impeachment process….the evidence, the analysis, etc.

https://lobotero.com/2019/12/19/the-house-on-impeachment/

https://lobotero.com/2019/12/20/impeached-now-what/

https://lobotero.com/2020/01/07/that-senate-impeachment-trial/

Personally, I think the GOP did all they could to obfuscate the process…..and there is what I see….the GOP has nothing to bitch about but the process…I keep waiting for one of them to talk or rant or bitch or moan about the evidence….so far I got nothing but theatrics.

Not to worry….the Dems are just as much a coward as the GOP…..especially those so-called moderates…..

Progressive Democrats in Congress directed contempt at several of their centrist colleagues for holding a meeting Monday where they discussed censuring President Donald Trump for his alleged attempt to bribe the Ukrainian government rather than impeaching him.

According to Politico, the conservative Democrats attending the meeting included Reps. Josh Gottheimer (D-N.J.), Kurt Schrader (D-Ore.), Anthony Brindisi (D-N.Y.), and Ben McAdams (D-Utah.), who represent districts that Trump won in 2016.

Progressive Democrats offered little sympathy to the members, who are potentially vulnerable in their 2020 re-election campaigns.

https://www.commondreams.org/news/2019/12/11/exactly-why-some-people-hate-democrats-progressives-rip-moderates-proposal-censure

Censure?

Believe it or not censure is not something new.  The so-called liberal group MoveOn.org was a censure move for Clinton called “Censure and move on” during his impeachment process….and the group has been a Clintonian mover and shaker ever since.

But a censure?  What the Hell does that mean?

It is less severe than expulsion, a censure (sometimes referred to as condemnation or denouncement) does not remove a senator from office. It is a formal statement of disapproval, however, that can have a powerful psychological effect on a member and his/her relationships in the Senate. In 1834, the Senate censured President Andrew Jackson – the first and only time the Senate censured a president.

Censure is a formal disapproval that can be adopted by one, or both chambers of Congress. Unlike impeachment, censure is not a power provided by the Constitution, said Gregory Magarian, a professor of law at Washington University in St. Louis. The House and Senate have adopted internal rules that allow them to draft and approve a censure resolution, which provides a public record disapproving of an official’s actions. Such a resolution is a rebuke, but does not carry any material punishment like removal from office.

https://www.pbs.org/newshour/politics/what-does-it-mean-to-censure-a-politician

But there is a bit of a problem with a censure…..many know the word but not many know what it is in reality….https://historynewsnetwork.org/article/166736

Back to me.

Censure?  NO go full tilt boogie or go home.

Do I want Trump impeached?

Yes I do.

Truth be told (something that is sadly missing in this process) I kinda hope that the president walks on the Senate side.

Yes I said I want him cleared by the Senate in case you were confused.

Yes, I want him to remain in office and doing what is doing.

Why?

I want the Dems to learn from their time against the GOP……the later is far better at politics and dirty deeds than the former.

Dems need to learn and learn the lesson hard.
