Donny’s Goebbels Moment

Our clueless boob has had his moments and many of them are straight out of Goebbels playbook….especially his attacks on the press that does not massage his genitals….the newest threat is aimed at NBC and ABC….

President Trump issued some late-night threats to ABC and NBC, accusing both of bias and threatening their broadcast licenses.

  • In one post, he suggested the networks functioned as “an arm of the Democratic party” and “should, according to many, have their licenses revoked by the FCC. I would be totally in favor of that because they are so biased and untruthful, an actual threat to our Democracy!”
  • Short of having the Federal Communications Commission pull their licenses—the president does not appear to have the authority to do that— Trump wrote they should at least “pay up BIG for having the privilege of using the most valuable airwaves anywhere at anytime!” Such a fee could be millions per year, he added, backing an idea previously endorsed by Elon Musk, notes Forbes.
  • Trump spared CBS from his criticism, and the Hill provides some context, noting that FCC chair Brendan Carr has lauded parent company Paramount for promising “to retool the editorial bend of CBS News to represent what it is calling a more ‘diverse’ set of viewpoints,” per the Hill. Paramount also settled with Trump over its 60 Minutes coverage of Trump on CBS.
  • Trump also asserted that he has the highest poll numbers he’s ever had, despite what the “fake news” says. Axios says it isn’t true. A Reuters/Ipsos poll had his approval rating at 40% last week, the lowest level of his second term.

How long will the ignorant f*cks keep supporting this boob?

He has attacked almost every part of the Bill of Rights….he has sent troops into cities as occupiers and now he wants to stop anyone that does not kiss his ass.

What would these mindless dick weeds say if a Dem president was floating any of this manure on the country…..we could hear the fools scream and have a stroke.

After 7 months and the hits just keep coming….our republic is dying  and withering and few seem to care….it is DISGUSTING!

Mississippi Declares An Emergency

I have written a lot about my state of Mississippi how it is always at the bottom of good things and the top of bad…..and we are having a rise in infant mortality and the state reacts….

Mississippi has declared a public health emergency as its infant mortality rate climbs to the highest level in 14 years, highlighting urgent concerns about healthcare access and deepening racial disparities. The state counted 9.7 deaths per 1,000 live births in 2024, nearly double the national average, per CBS News. State officials say that over 3,500 infants have died before their first birthday since 2014. The emergency declaration is rare, but health leaders argue it’s necessary to treat infant deaths as an urgent crisis.

The declaration is meant to speed up efforts to close gaps in care, including expanding prenatal services in underserved counties, improving emergency transfers, and boosting programs that offer home visits and community health support. “Every single infant loss represents a family devastated, a community impacted, and a future cut short,” said State Health Officer Dr. Dan Edney, per CBS. “We cannot and will not accept these numbers as our reality,” he added, per ABC News, which reports the leading causes of infant death include congenital malformations, premature birth, low birth weight, and sudden infant death syndrome.

Racial disparities loom large. Black infants in Mississippi are more than twice as likely to die before turning one compared to white infants, and the gap is growing. National data show similar trends even in cities with better healthcare, highlighting the role of broader social factors—poverty, housing, and healthcare access—beyond clinical care.

What can we expect when every year the state legislature cuts spending especially to the poor and rural hospitals and clinics cannot stay afloat and close….and now some of the leadership of the state…..Mississippi is a deep red State….is scrambling to try and curb a disaster of their own making.

I am looking forward to reading about their solutions for this problem and trend…..I will bet that some other needed program will take the hit so the goofs that run this state can pretend to repair the disparities.

This is what we get when we elect idiots and Repubs….it sucks….but nearly as bad as their fake certain.

DoD: A Rebranding?

For awhile now I have been calling the DoD for what it is…..the War Department….and now even a clueless boob like Donny sees the department for what it is….

President Trump wants the Department of Defense to revert to using the name it had until he was 15 months old. On Monday, the president again raised the prospect of renaming the department the Department of War, NBC News reports. “Why are we ‘Defense?’ So it used to be called the Department of War, and it had a stronger sound.”

  • Trump, speaking in the Oval Office with officials including Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth standing behind him, said, “If you people want to, standing behind me, if you take a little vote, if you want to change it back to what it was when we used to win wars all the time, that’s okay with me. Alright?”
  • “It just sounded bad to me,” Trump said, per Newsweek. “Defense? I don’t want to be defense only. We want defense but we want offense, too.”
  • The Department of War, created in 1789, was merged with the Navy and the Air Force in 1947 to create the National Military Establishment, per Axios. It was renamed the Department of Defense in 1949.
  • Trump has discussed the possible name change before, but no official announcement has been made. He has also referred to Hegseth as the “Secretary of War” in posts on social media.

Despite the floated name change, Trump has emphasized his efforts to broker ceasefires and truces in global conflicts, pointing to successes in fights between India and Pakistan and Armenia and Azerbaijan, among others.

Excuse me but brokering ceasefires and such should that not be on the back of the State Department, after all it is suppose to be the top diplomatic arm of the government?

Personally, I think it should be renamed since it has started more wars and done less on defense…..if it quacks like a duck sort of thing….
