Chicago may be getting the DC treatment next. President Trump on Friday suggested that he planned to send federal troops to various US cities, using the same model as what’s happening in Washington, reports Fox News.

• “We’re going to make our cities very, very safe,” Trump told reporters. “I think Chicago will be our next,” he said, per the AP. “And then we’ll help with New York.”
• The president said he’s heard from Chicago residents who are “screaming for us to come.” He called the city “a mess” and faulted Democratic Mayor Brandon Johnson.
• Trump said getting crime and gun violence down in Chicago “won’t even be tough,” but the Hill sees one key difference with DC. The president has more leeway to act in Washington because of its unique laws, but he would not have as much sway with the local police department in a city such as Chicago.

Donny proclaims himself a ‘war hero’…..

President Donald Trump, who evaded the draft during the Vietnam War, declared himself a “war hero” and lauded Benjamin Netanyahu as a “good man” and fellow “war hero” during a radio interview Tuesday evening.

Speaking to conservative radio host Mark Levin, the president said he was working with the Israeli prime minister to free Hamas-held hostages, adding that Netanyahu is “a good man, he’s in there fighting.”

Despite the Israeli prime minister’s detractors wanting him jailed as a war criminal following a November 2024 arrest warrant for alleged war crimes in the Gaza conflict issued by the International Criminal Court, Trump insisted: “He’s a war hero.”

Trump, who also claims to have ended seven wars, then extended the accolade to himself, saying: “He’s a war hero, cause we worked together. He’s a war hero. I guess I am too.”

He continued: “Nobody cares. I am too. I sent those planes,” a reference to his order for June airstrikes against three critical enrichment facilities in Iran.

US President Donald Trump has claimed that he stopped a war between ‘Aber-baijan’ and Albania during a long-winded rant to conservative talk show host Mark Levin. Trump has repeatedly struggled to correctly pronounce Azerbaijan in public statements.

Trump’s comments were an apparent reference to the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia and the recent meeting he hosted at the White House between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. During the meeting, the two leaders signed a joint declaration and initialled, but did not sign, a peace treaty.

The comments came amidst a list of seven conflicts that Trump claimed he had resolved in the first six months of his second term as president.

Do you know who invented the word ‘equalize’?

Donald Trump continues to prove how his vocabulary is one of a kind.

In May, the president addressed the public during a White House press conference, where he claimed Americans would begin to pay significantly lower prices for prescription drugs — prices that would match the minimum amount European countries pay for medications.

During his speech, the 79-year-old used the word “equalize.” As he continued to make his statement, Trump ranted that he invented the word — despite it being around for over 400 years.

“Basically, what we’re doing is equalizing. There’s a new word that I came up with, which is probably the best word,” the president said. “We’re gonna equalize where we’re all gonna pay the same. We’re gonna pay what Europe’s gonna pay.”

According to Merriam-Webster’s dictionary, the word “equalize” was first used in 1599. Although Trump is the eldest person in history to be elected as U.S. president, he hasn’t been around for that long, making his claims wildly false.

President Donald Trump eerily joked about dragging the US into a war just to temporarily halt elections and remain in power past the expiration date of his second term.

Trump’s goof came during his historic meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in the Oval Office Monday as he was explaining to a reporter why Kyiv hasn’t held an election. Zelensky’ term, which started in May 2019, was set to end in May 2024 but the ongoing Russian invasion has prevented an election.

This seemed to give the commander-in-chief a sick idea. “During the war you can’t have elections? So let me just see — three and a half years from now, if we happen to be in a war with somebody, no more elections. That’s good,” he said.

Stephanie Donegan, a candidate for a state senate district in the far north of the Atlanta metropolitan area, and who is herself Black, “shared the conspiratorial clip in June, a screen recording captured by Meidas Touch reveals,” reported Josh Fiallo. “The video, which remains online, includes commentary from the MAGA-aligned rapper Waka Flocka Flame and another Black American who rejects the historical record of slavery in America.”

Republican lawmakers are apparently consorting with the dead in their search for a justifiable reason to nix mail-in ballots.

Speaking with Fox Business Tuesday, Representative Jeff Van Drew claimed that he had spoken with “large numbers” of deceased people who had received the voter ballots.

“There were multiple mail-in ballots sent to the same person. Sometimes people would have multiple ballots sent to different addresses,” Van Drew said.

“Other times, people who are passed away—these are real people I spoke to, large numbers of them, and it’s indicative of what happened around the country,” the New Jersey lawmaker claimed.
