It’s The Blame Game

All the media circus around the latest terrorist attack has the media salivating….and it has provided the politicians a chance to do what they do best….bullsh*t.

And as usual…..as with everything international……this attack is Obama’s fault…..not much is said about the sick bastard driving the truck…..

Gingrich went on to blame the attack on President Obama, saying it was “the fault of Western elites who lack the guts to do what is right, to do what is necessary, and to tell us the truth, and that starts with Barack Obama,” the AP reports. He predicted that Obama will give a press conference “in which he’ll explain that the problem is too many trucks.” Gingrich, who had been in the running to become Trump’s VP choice, told Hannity that it now appears that Indiana Gov. Mike Pence has gotten the nod, “but I’ve not been officially told yet.” Trump, who spoke to Fox’s Bill O’Reilly, didn’t go as far as Gingrich, but he said as president, he would ask Congress to declare war on global terrorism, reports the New York Times. “If you look at it, this is war. Coming from all different parts,” he said. “And frankly it’s war, and we’re dealing with people without uniforms.” (Trump has delayed his VP announcement, which had been scheduled for Friday morning.)

First Trump postponed his announcement not out of respect but rather he would not be the center of attention with this attack…..he is waiting for a lean time where he can once again be the center of the universe….

Next, so far these attacks have been carried out by citizens of the country where they occur….not outsiders…..

Finally, there were at least 100+ uniformed officers at the scene for crowd control for the fireworks display….if 100 cops could not stop this attack then Obama sure as Hell could not…Blaming him does nothing to solve the problem of these attacks.

Again the media is allowing the political toads to control the cycle….all the blame except for the a/hole that was driving the truck….

This will be my last post on this horrific attack unless something new is reported and I feel it needs more attention…..

  1. Missed this earlier, I guess. It occurs to me to wonder about their security apparatus…. If the French had thousands of people gathered for an event, where was the security perimeter set up. and how did it NOT react to such an obvious ploy?… Any police standing guard, if trained at all, would have begun whatever response was supposed to occur on first sighting that van, anywhere within six blocks of the perimeter… or, where it should be. If it wasn’t there, why not?…

I find it difficult to believe, with all the crap going on in France over refugees & terrorism, a port town police force wouldn’t be aware of necessary, and basic, security measures…. unless instructed not to use them….

      1. Because,if you don’t you will cry over the antics of politicians….my humour..don’t be concerned.. there is always more than meets the eye…:)

      2. Well, not once they let it get going; it shouldn’t have ever been able to reach the crowd at all…. Any security I set up for such an event would have planned for such a contingency… that’s my point…. The didn’t want to stop it; if they stop it, they don’t get the big reaction to the deaths…. which is the whole point of the exercise….

      3. Well, to be truthful, I’ve never quite understood the attraction of blowing stuff up for a holiday, but, most Americans seem to enjoy it. However, stopping the event is not what I am suggesting; I am suggesting the security plans they used were not adequate, whether deliberately or not. The van should never have been able to get anywhere near the crowd in the first place, much less loaded with weapons… If they had security present, what the hell were they doing? Looking for people with turbans?

Nationalism is just another way to keep people divided from each other, and all these ‘terrorist’ acts. are symptoms of how insane our culture has become….

My point here was, if you have security, it should address the issue of security…. not be merely a visual form of lip service.

      4. Maybe interstate you wrong but I sense a derogatory attitude towards French security. As if Americans would have done a better job.

      5. M-J, which I write that way only to avoid having to type the entire thing each time… *smile*,

I’ll read the article, then respond. The last part of your comment I’ll address in that response, later today… I do remember that attack, but, only what I read in the MSM reports available, as I don’t look into them deeply without some reason, simply because such events are so common in our world’s culture. There’s little point in reacting to all of them. But, I’ll see what it says, then address the comment…

      6. Okay. The attack on the Dutch royals was a completely different security issue, with a smaller target, and a perpetrator who, from what I read on Wiki (which I would remind you ANYONE can write part of…), either acted from a deep delusional root cause, or, had to have been coerced to do it somehow by another party. Those are the only two I can say from what is there. But, it isn’t the same, security wise. I don’t care which country it was, French, American; they’re all just faceless myrmidons who do what they’re told to do. The van in Nice. for any security force worth its salt, would have set off any number of bells/flags well before it got to the crowd. If they weren’t prepared for that sort of attack, why not? It’s an obvious format?

The point is, whatever is written about it will be false information, other than the number of dead and the shock witnessed; that’s what those who order such attacks intend.

Yes, any defense can be penetrated, but, that is only part of the story. If the defense is stronger than the attack, it does stop it. That is basic strategy of war; to defeat a strong defense requires a spy, with false information to direct the forces where it benefits the spy’s master, not the defender…

Each person alive is responsible for the defense of their own life; often, also for those of those they love. That responsibility cannot be given away; not to a government, not to a god, not to anyone or any thing, or any idea. So, it makes sense to understand violence, and war, and the reality of it in life, in order to defend that life as best as we can….

Or, let the oh-so-competent security forces of the world’s governments do it for you…. Your choice….

Not you. personally, except, yes, you, but, I don’t mean it in a personal sense for the sake of this comment. We all have to accept reality, and violence is part of it. Best to be ready for it, before it happens; part of that is thinking, watching, and being alert….

That’s enough on something I generally wouldn’t comment on, because this sort of thing happens all the time in a world of almost eight billion insane apes, infesting the entire surface of the planet we live on.

      7. Yeah… or, more likely, in today’s world, probably staring at their screenshots of a girl…. zombies are real, and all have smart phones…

  2. The majority of comments given here are just the same as you observed in the media. They all know it better, they all would taken different measures, and most certainly don’t try to show interest in what local preventive security measures had been taken already.
It was Quartoize Juillet, a national French holiday. It is now turned into a day with a dark cloud hanging over it..

    1. A sad day indeed…..we cannot stop the lone ,am with an agenda…no matter how we try and the measures taken…

  3. Things That Make You Go: Hmmmm
I am, and mostly always have been, a huge Obama supporter. But on this, I do believe he is ultimately accountable. He is, after all, Commander-in-chief.
Think of it this way: No one goes that over the top without a reason.
Constant warmongering from the States is having a significant impact on the rest of the world.
Yes, both France and the US are part of the UN but the States seems to lead all Sh*t Shows.
