I have written about the media debacle of the Nevada delegates meeting…..the media took a lie and ran with it…the DNC is pulling out all stops to try and neutralize Sanders and his supporters. Even to the point of putting a majority on the fringe because they do not support the “chosen one”, Clinton…….
This whole process that the DNC has set up will not make their candidate more attractive…..demonizing a candidate is not the way to unity.
But what can I say…..I expected nothing less from the corrupt system that we have……it is no longer what is best for the country…..rather what is best for the wealthy few….even when it comes to the party of the people….the Democrats.
There is a lot more going on here than people upset with not winning more delegates. The Democratic Party establishment, especially the party leadership at state levels, has witnessed supporters pass motions in an effort to end superdelegates, which have gone against the will of the people in multiple states where Sanders won landslide victories. They do not want Sanders delegates to organize effectively and wield the process to advance their agenda. So, leaders, who back Clinton, have decided to engage in manipulation and obstruction at conventions to diminish the influence of Sanders supporters.
This is a good piece…but it left out the lies spread by “reliable” journalists on what actually happened at this meeting……
On to Philadelphia…..oughta be a good convention……

It’s bad enough when the candidate with the most money spends their way to victory. It’s bad enough when an “anointed” candidate descends from Heaven years in advance with a virtually insurmountable lead via Super-Delegates. Bad at it is, that’s the system.
But just like the Brooklyn voter roll tampering, the video in that linked story really shows “the fix” was in. It’s undeniable the Nevada leadership was trying to rig the outcome. Just watch the woman in charge, especially when she slams the gavel and splits. She’s supposed to be the professional one ensuring the proper procedure is followed and the outcome is accurate. Then again, the “proper procedure” in Nevada is bizarre. A two-tiered Delegate selection? And voice-votes in a big, crowded, room with equally divided groups of people? What the fuck??? How To Start A Riot 101!
The tactics the Hillary-Tron 2016 has been using (even if allowed by the rules) are as offensive as they are completely unnecessary. She had this in the bag before she started…and still does! These dirty tricks haven’t just failed in beating Bernie off (there’s a mental image for ya!), they’re actually making it harder for her to win! People see it and hate it. Even supporters get a bad taste from it. The #2 Most Hated Candidate doesn’t need to encourage more people to dislike her!
Not only that, it’s leaving a group of enthusiastic, new, Democratic supporters….the thing the Democratic party needs more than anything….jaded, cynical & far less likely to vote for her…or anyone…ever again.

SIGH…. After seven days of completely ignoring politics, I can only say how ‘odd’ it all seems with a bit of perspective. I am reminded of the old joke about, “but, if you do, it only encourages them!”
The only way left to defeat the corporations, who are the real enemy (governments are merely the tool with which they distract us), is a complete boycott of their systems, returning to barter as our form of economics, which places value on human effort, not on delusional fantasies. If we didn’t pay our taxes, they wouldn’t have anything with which to threaten us, would they? How would they pay their myrmidons to arrest us all?
Capitalism must go, so must governments, and religion. Together, they have conspired to direct the entire world for the benefit of just a few, disregarding any moral considerations in favor of their narcissist, sociopathic selfishness. It’s time for them to go away, and leave the rest of us be….
That includes all the Democrats, all the Republicans, all the Popes, and Imams, and Prophets, and ALL the bankers… along with all the other assholes who sell their souls to the corporations, so they can be part of the elite….
Fuck them all, may they rot in their own version of hell, instead of giving it to everyone else….

Actually, an even keel and a smooth sail is what I’m shooting for; it will mean I’ve gotten rid of all the extraneous bullshit the world piles on, and can exist in my own sphere of peace, which will be echoed by those with whom I can share it. Getting angry, about anything, is just giving in to fear, covering it up with anger. It’s much less depressing to get past the fear, and into clear thinking….
That makes such a peaceful state seriously right….
