When You Let Morons Talk

After the last off season election and this twit from Arkansas was elected I said then that he was a flaming moron…..his time in the military did nothing for his outlook on international situations……

You probably remember this idiot…….he was the one that wrote a letter to Iran after the nuke deal was announced and tried his damnedest to incite their wrath…..of course he was not alone he brought about 40 other GOPers with him into the pit of stupidity…..and since he got “famous” because of that letter he has not shut up about things he has NO idea of what he speaks…..most namely international relations.

Most recently in an interview he went that one step further…….

Tom Cotton is trying to unilaterally get us into war with Iran again, and this time he’s putting actual U.S. soldiers in danger.

He is a paid agent for the state of Israel……working in some cases against the well being of the country he swore to protect and defend…..nothing about this person says “statesman”…..and yet the media will give him an open mic to babble his way into the hearts and minds of the morons that buys his crap……

Cotton is a dangerous person and he is in Congress where he could possible do a lot of damage…….

Time for some leadership…..someone in his party needs to put a muzzle of this moron….before he goes too far….he should leave foreign policy to people with half a brain……

Freedom At Last

The media has been all a tither when some US sailors were captured by the Iranians just a couple of days ago…….and to the disappointment of the Right these sailors have been released by Iran……all before they had time to work up the talking points for the news shows (damn the luck)……..

They’re free again: Iranian state television is reporting that all 10 US sailors detained by Iran after entering its territorial waters have been released. Iran’s Revolutionary Guard said the sailors were released Wednesday after it was determined that their entry was not intentional. The nine men and one woman were being held at an Iranian base on Farsi Island in the Persian Gulf after being detained nearby on Tuesday. The sailors were part of Riverine Squadron 1 based in San Diego and were deployed to the US Navy’s 5th Fleet in Bahrain. CNN reports that they are now on board the USS Anzio after being escorted to a rendezvous point by Iranian ships.

“Investigation shows that entry of American sailors into Iran’s territorial waters was due to mechanical problems in their navigation system,” Gen. Ali Fadavi, Navy chief of Iran’s powerful Revolutionary Guard, was quoted as saying on Iran’s state TV. Earlier, Fadavi said the American boats had shown “unprofessional acts” for 40 minutes before being picked up by Iranian forces after entering the country’s territorial waters. US officials had said on Tuesday that Tehran assured them the crew and vessels would be returned safely and promptly. The Riverine boats are not considered high-tech and don’t contain any sensitive equipment, so there were no concerns about the Iranians gaining access to the crafts.

This is great news…..the media in their charge for a story are trying to link the release to the upcoming implementation of the nuke deal…..the MSM has run out every possible “expert” to comment on this situation.

Think back to the end of December……the big story was that Iran had fired a couple of missiles close to a US warship……

An Iranian rocket came within 1,500 yards of American aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman in the Strait of Hormuz, a Pentagon official reportedly told CNN.

The incident occurred on Saturday at approximately 11:25 a.m., 23 minutes after the Iranian navy announced that it was about to conduct a live-fire training exercise in the area, Reuters reports.

According to an NBC report, multiple rockets were fired directly but not directly at the US aircraft carrier.

Cmdr. Kyle Raines, the US Central Command spokesman, referred to the event as “uncharacteristic of most interactions” between the US and Iranian navies, CNN reports.

“While most interactions between Iranian forces and the US Navy are professional, safe, and routine, this event was not and runs contrary to efforts to ensure freedom of navigation and maritime safety in the global commons,” Raines said.

This incident took place in the Strait of Hormuz in the Persian Gulf…..

Now how coincidental is it that after that near miss with missiles that the US Navy would have a tech problem on a boat going from Kuwait to Bahrain?

Interesting that the boat with a problem did not have the usual redundancies in the electronics that other ships have….what are the chances?  Why would the second ship not let the other know that they were wandering off course?

The Iranian island of Farsi is a naval base, I believe, and that is where the sailors were held awaiting freedom…..

Interesting how close the two sites were to each other….don’t you think?

What was the mission?

Kinda reminds me of those hikers captured by Iran at the border with Iraq about 5 years or more ago…..I did not believe the story then and this one either……

I do not believe for a moment that it was a boat ride…….I do not believe in coincidences….how about you?

Secret Agent Man

During the spy craze of the 70’s Johnny Rivers had a song  “Secret Agent Man” (yes…I am that old) it reminded me that some of our cracker jack Congress may be working as agents for a foreign government….no not Russia or China but rather our good buddy….Israel.

I wrote a piece about this situation after the holidays…..(a refresher if needed………I offered the reference so that you could see that I was writing about this before most…..).

I had my suspicion that the newest mouth of the South, Arkansas’ Tom Cotton….but I may have overlooked another one…..our candidate du jour….Marco Rubio……his use of terms like democracy, human rights and all that political prop stuff made me think the he was more interested in protecting Israel than protecting this country…….but read the story for yourself and you make up your own mind……..

The more I read and research the more that I am believing the stories……and I stand by my assertion that if these stories are true then these people need to be prosecuted as spies and/or foreign agents…..but we will wimp out because Israel is our friend and ally…..which in my mind is pure BS…Israel sucks off the tit of American taxpayer……the US is NOT their friend…just their enabler.

These traitors need to be held accountable for their crimes and make no mistake it is a crime…..sadly they will not….

 

Clinton rips into Sanders

Remember about 4 months ago……when the GOP candidates were tearing each other down trying to get the foothold that was needed to be the front runner…remember?

During that same period the Dems were making nicey nice to each other….Clinton had nothing but good things to say about Bernie and vice versa……

It seems that the age of playing nice has come to an abrupt end……Clinton has lost her commanding lead in Iowa……..and we know what that means….now don’t we?

Bernie Sanders was already leading in New Hampshire polls—but now, a Quinnipiac University poll released Tuesday shows him beating Hillary Clinton in Iowa, ABC News reports. The poll finds that Sanders has 49% support from likely Democratic Caucus participants, compared to Clinton’s 44% and Martin O’Malley’s 4%. That’s an increase of 9 percentage points for Sanders and his highest result in any Iowa poll so far, but the lead is still (barely) within the margin of error. It’s a drop of 7 percentage points for Clinton since the last Quinnipiac poll in the state about a month ago.

“After three months of Secretary Hillary Clinton holding an average 10-point lead among Iowa Democrats, the playing field has changed,” says the assistant director of the poll, adding that “Iowa Democrats like both major candidates personally; they just like Sen. Sanders more.” He notes that O’Malley’s “handful of supporters could be crucial” if the Sanders-Clinton vote is really close. Iowa’s first-in-the-nation caucus is on Feb. 1, followed by the New Hampshire primary on Feb. 9. Nevada and South Carolina are next, in late February, and ABC News notes that Clinton so far has maintained a “broad lead” in those states.

Time for the claws to come out….I was wondering when they would make an appearance…..and now my wait is over…….

Unpacking Russia’s New National Security Strategy

Everybody on the campaign trail is concerned about the security of the United States……some more than others……

But I ask if the US is prepared to meet the Russian concerns over security……why do I ask?

I have seen a report on this subject and Russia is preparing itself as it did in the Soviet days…..will the US take its eye off of Russia to focus on ISIS…..if so that could be disastrous…..
