Why Trump?

From the VOMITORIUM

First of all, this person is a creep!  He is a showman that is boosting ratings fro his lame reality show….he has been harping on the birther thing…..and all reasonable people are over this type of political crap……but the Donald keeps harping and digging a bigger and bigger hole….come on people he is NOT a serious candidate and the more he talks the more of a joke he becomes…..his newest piece of work from the WSJ…….

The grandparents put that in because obviously they want him to be a United States citizen. Because in those days, I mean people were much more proud than they are today unfortunately for being a United States citizen. So they wanted him to be a citizen of the United States, for that purpose, and also for hospitalization, for welfare, for this, for that, for all of the other assets you get from being a United States citizen. So there are very smart people who say that’s routinely done and that was done by his grandparents.

Please….shut up!  If you want us to take you seriously….then start offering up solutions for real problems and leave the theater to whack jobs like Beck, Taitz,  Malkin, etc…..

But the truly sad part is that somewhere there is a voter that will buy into this political theater and also the media is still having this love fest with a PT Barnum-esque CON MAN!

We all ready have enough STUPID in Washington!

Let’s Have “Limited Government”

Daily Agitator

Recently a reader, Terrance of Right Libertarian, (wordpress blog) had a rant on his site about abortion and Planned Parenthood and while we may not agree on a whole lot….he did give me an idea……for that I say thanx…..

We hear this daily and over and over during successive news reports…..so much it is quickly becoming nauseating……it is used for budget arguments….war arguments…..it is a useful slogan…..but sports fans, what is meant by the term?

First of all, as I understand it, is a government in which anything more than minimal governmental intervention in personal liberties and the economy is generally disallowed by law, usually in a written constitution.  Is that the way you understand it?

And then I found, “American Conservative Values….which states……

People who believe limited government are people, everyday people, who don’t want every aspect of their lives controlled by the government.

But is government intervention into a persons choice limited government?  How about telling people who is to be your nuptials partner?  How about which religion is evil and which is good?  Maybe what is proper reading material?  We could go on….but you have the idea…

So, what constitutes “limited government”?

I have said on many occasions….it is either all in or all out…..meaning either you want the government to make your decisions for you or you do not….and that means every decision…..not just the ones that you feel strongly about…..

If you are unwilling to butt out of everyone’s business, then please STOP using the term “limited government”……..So like Terrance I want to say STOP using the term you know it is a LIE…it is NOTHING but a slogan that has NO foot in reality!

Democratic Centralism

College of Political Knowledge

Subject:  Government/Political Theory/

I can hear the screams now….especially from the old farts….COMMUNIST!  And that would be echoed by mental midgets like Glenn beck and others of the brand of human (term used loosely)….democratic centralism was a spin word used to mean communists governance…..but what is it in REALITY/  (that is the key word in this post….REALITY)……

The democratic aspect of this organizational method describes the freedom of members of the political party to discuss and debate matters of policy and direction, but once the decision of the party is made by majority vote, all members are expected to uphold that decision. This latter aspect represents the centralism.   Democratic centralism consisted of “freedom of discussion, unity of action.”

Not as ominous as it was described back in the days of yore when the USSR was the “Great Satan” or some other colorful term that was used to debunk a system of governance……..

To me, it sounds like the goings-on in Washington…..there is a party line and members are almost required to follow it to the letter….yes, I know there are those that do not fit this description, but we will always have those that do not fit the description and in most case it is a planned desertion……a way to help the member in his/her standings in the home district…….to improve their standings with the people for the next election…….

I recall in my university days and taking a course on Russian history…the Prof while talking about the Duma which is the Congress of the USSR, he pointed out that their elections were a sham because 80% of the delegates won their election and return to represent the Soviet government….but if you think about it….the US Congress has an 80% or better return rate….does that mean it is a sham?  In my opinion it is….for like the Duma it does NOT reflect the needs of the people it is suppose to represent……just the continuation of the powers that be……..no matter how you try to cut it….the US deals with democratic centralism….for the POWER is concentrated in the hands of a very few…..sound familiar?
