Black-clad men carrying an anti-ISIS banner trampled parts of the shrine, shouting Nazi slogans. Ten were arrested and two police officers were injured. Brussels Mayor Yvan Mayeur expressed his disgust, with Belgium still in mourning over the attacks that killed at least 31 people.
“We had 340 hooligans from different football clubs who came to Brussels and we knew for sure that they would create some trouble,” Police Commissioner Christian De Coninck said. “It was a very difficult police operation because lots of families with kids were here.” People trying to pay their respects were also dismayed. “It was important for us to be here symbolically,” said a 35-year-old comedian. But, she added, “there were lots of men who were here and doing the Nazi salute, shouting ‘death to Arabs,’ and so we weren’t able to get through.” Federal prosecutors, meanwhile, said Sunday morning’s raids were linked to a “federal case regarding terrorism,” but they didn’t specify whether it had any links to the March 22 attack.
Americans seem to forget that most of us are descended from……wait for it…..IMMIGRANTS.

Those welinformed, knowing some history, don’ assume the US is always right, are able to give an opinion in a respectfull manour, and are able to respect others that have different views or religion( or non-religious). Lets not forget those that rectify when they stated something that is proven incorrect. That would really be a shocker! How would the blamer teact on that? I will never understand how reporting on the details of an action like this woman took can be considered as “Hate.” If the actions happened in the fashion reported then how can reporting on them be considered as “Hate?” Where does this obsession with defining factual reporting as “Hate” stem from?

Remember the part where I mentioned judgments? That’s where that comes in; good or bad are merely human judgments, the universe doesn’t care at all what we think. We are connected, and any insistence on differences between one human and another will be judged by the ego. The trick is to learn to control the ego, so the judgments are never considered.
The whole point is, we are NOT different; we are all much more the same. We refuse, mostly, to acknowledge that, insisting on applying our fears to the real world.

I think I get it what you mean.
We are more alike.
So that bit of superficial difference is not scary, or frightning etc. because it is our own fear and insecurities we place outside ourselves onto others.
Universal wisdom, as old as humanity. It is so simple, but yet so complicated for those that feel only safe in the difference.
Aye; the difficulty lies in the sad fact that most parents are indoctrinated to live according to what they’re told, and, pass on their own fears and attitudes to their children, who, mostly, don’t have any defense against it… thus, the illusion of ego is carried on, because no one ever THINKS about any of this, or, for that matter, about much of anything. Rather than think, they’re taught to accept what they’re told by authority figures as truth… and, none of what they are told is true.
Very few of us possess the natural defenses, so, the number of those who DO think is too small to make a significant reform possible; the social inertia of all those who refuse to use their minds is too great.

I want some amiable soul to teach me exactly how one can give an opiniono of a child molester or a serial killer in “A Respectful Manner?” I want someone to teach me how we are supposed to be respectful of an ideology who has demonstrated conclusively and consistently that their main goal is to kill us all or make us submit to their own way of believing? — How are we to coddle that? — And make no mistake about it that is exactly what is going on in the world right now!
There will be something else as soon as they find the best one for the most bang for the buck and then everyone will worry about that….I refuse to worry about something that may or may not happen….I leave that to others.
How about a little worrying about something that is happening even as we speak?

I apreciate your friendship and am grateful for it. But two things are evident more clearly with each passing day: (1) I am getting older and will not last forever … (2) Blogging is a dying medium. Who can tell what will happen in the future. But I am warmed by your words and I thank you for them from the bottom of my grateful heart.
