Info Ink we give an annual “Assie” award for the most anal statement made during the year…..we have so many statements that could qualify as anal that we decided to try and eliminate some of the lesser anals and instead give “Dumbass” awards as we find them……

The first one goes to freshman US Representative from Polk County Wisconsin, Sean Duffy (R)…while holding a town hall meeting he was talking about his finances as a Rep……

I can guarantee you, or most of you, I guarantee that I have more debt than all of you. With 6 kids, I still pay off my student loans. I still pay my mortgage. I drive a used minivan. If you think I’m living high on the hog, I’ve got one paycheck. So I struggle to meet my bills right now. Would it be easier for me if I get more paychecks? He is struggling on a salary of $174,000…..and probably the highest paid person in the room would be lucky to make $50,000…….and in a state where workers and the middle class are under attack he also said that he supported Gov. Walker in his attack on the public workers and their representation…..

He lands the “Dumbass” Award for whining to working people that his salary that is about 3 times larger than theirs…….arrogant comes to mind!
