Once again I am going to make my readers sit up and ask if I have gone batcrap crazy. I like to keep them on their toes….makes for better attention……
I have seldom had anything positive to say about McCain’s best bud in the Senate, Lindsay Graham….I usually attack him for something that I perceived as moronic especially when it pertains to foreign policy…..after all he is a war hawk and I do not appreciate these people……
He has said very little that I agree with when it comes to international situations….however he has made a statement about the 2016 election and his party that I feel I must pass on to my readers……
Lindsey Graham spoke at the Washington Press Club Foundation Dinner Thursday night, and he really did not hold back. Gawker points out some tweets quoting Graham, including “My party has gone batshit crazy” and “If you kill Ted Cruz on the floor of the Senate, and the trial is at the Senate, no one will convict you.” There’s more where those came from, like “Ben Carson is the nice guy. He tried to kill his cousin,” plus a picture of Graham wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat.
Earlier in the day, Graham was already telling it like it is, making headlines for telling reporters that Donald Trump is a “nut job.” The Washington Post points out that Graham mentioned to reporters some of the lines were previews of the jokes he planned to deliver at the WPCF’s annual congressional gala.
I am beginning to believe that I may have been too harsh in my criticism of Graham in the past…….apparently he can see beyond partisan bullsh*t and see what the election is all about after all…..
So my analysis of Graham is….he GOOD is on his view of the election and his party….BAD on his views on foreign policy…..and speaks to the infantile Bullsh*t of the day….
Never did I imagine that I would consider Graham a sane rational politician…..my how things have changed….but I am afraid that it is for the worse…..we can only hope that sanity and rational thought returns…..but I am NOT optimistic.

So, a US Senator calls his party’s candidates ugly, if inadvertently accurate names to the press… okay. Strike one; two, and three… no dignity, or loyalty, or even honesty. All I hear is hypocrisy.
He then says they’re practice jokes? Accusing his peers of corruption, criminal negligence, insanity, and attempted murder. are jokes?

Mr. Graham is enthusiastic and sincere I am sure but —- Somehow he is beneath my radar because I have never really followed him in the role of leadership that he inhabits. Neither him nor Tom DeLay ….nor anyone of the specific genre… too low key for me ….like McConnell ….ummm…
I follow Graham because of his foreign policy issues……he is a war hawk and a friend of McCain…..they are some of the best friends the M-IC have on the Hill….
