The Texas attack over the weekend helped prove one point….Hate Begets Hate!
Hate For Profit pays off….it takes some time but eventually with enough hate…..their stances will be validated…..as it was in Garland, Texas……with validation comes an increase of donations and such…….hate has always been profitable….
I remember a time in the period 1941-45 when “Hate” was more defensive than enriching — except perhaps at the level where the vast industrial machine was grinding out the weapons. It must be remembered that people who do not learn to loathe touching a red hot stove may never get over the habit of burning their fingers.
Today hate is big business…..with sites like Info wars and World News Daily….and of course the morons with a radio show……it keeps Americans afraid of their own shadow and these people cash in on that fear….
Yet what would the consequences be if mice were suddenly not afraid of cats?
Dogs would take up the cause….LOL
If there is not a certain amount of fear mongering — from either side — or both sides — people would become even more apathetic than they are now — imagine, for instance, if no one thought to make those posters back in world war II about the savagery of the “Japs” or the “Nazis.” —– It is very hard to negotiate with a crazed killer with a butcher knife in their hand intent on Ollie-Ockbarring you into History. —– Imagery is defensive sometimes and plays a great role in making people aware of the dangers that face them. —– The greater danger is “Head-In-The-Sand-Ism.” in my view.
Most of the posters were actually based on information…..I think there is a wide divide from being aware thru lies and misinformation….I am not saying that it is all lies but it is more embellishment than truth…..like Hispanics…..we are afraid of those sneaking across the border and want them all sent back…..with the exception of Cubans if they make into the country without a visa they are allowed to stay……they are illegal but few want them gone……it is all because of lies and propaganda…..we do not fear the Cubans because of Castro and we will do whatever we can to embarrass….
I would like somebody to do a better job of screening but the border patrol is under-manned and under-funded, and stretched thin — so I guess if there are any radical M**lums out there wanting to sneak across with J-Had on their minds, who will discover them?
I guess they could but if it were me I would avoid any country awash with guns…..chances of success are thin at best…..
The day may come when we might be glad to see that sea of guns out there —
