A final chapter can be written on the saga of the lying bigoted rancher from Nevada…….
Anyone that has half a brain, well leaves out most of the ignorant Right, can finally say that the Bundy drama is done…….this man has proven to the world just what it is and what he is all about…….one, he is a liar and two he is a racist prick!
The lying part……Bundy has stood before the nation and told it what he is all about….that he denies the US claims and that his family and cattle have been using the land since the 1870’s…..and now the rest of the story……… Bundy’s family didn’t buy that land until 1948 and didn’t start grazing their cattle on it until 1954.
If that was not big enough to shut the mumbling multitudes up….there was his latest interview…….
“I want to tell you one more thing I know about the Negro,” he said. Mr. Bundy recalled driving past a public-housing project in North Las Vegas, “and in front of that government house the door was usually open and the older people and the kids — and there is always at least a half a dozen people sitting on the porch — they didn’t have nothing to do. They didn’t have nothing for their kids to do. They didn’t have nothing for their young girls to do.
“And because they were basically on government subsidy, so now what do they do?” he asked. “They abort their young children, they put their young men in jail, because they never learned how to pick cotton. And I’ve often wondered, are they better off as slaves, picking cotton and having a family life and doing things, or are they better off under government subsidy? They didn’t get no more freedom. They got less freedom.”
Now we know what this coward is……….a freeloader…………..he is NO patriot and above all he is a screaming racist!
And then there is the little soldier boys of the the militias……..if they stand behind this guy any longer then I will employ a method of analysis used by the Right……Guilt by association………if they stand with this guy then they are NO better than him and are all racists……..
No, I am not tired of him yet. I hope he keeps talking to reporters. I have been following these wing-nuts for years and have seen the rise of the neo-confederates. People in my own family who are conservatives have bought in to this anti-government arguments and will argue with me that these guys are “patriots” who just happen to have a different opinion. I have attempted to explain that they are the next generation of the old anti-federalist, nullifiers, Confederates and segregationist and they are far from patriots. The more Mr Bundy speaks the more he proves my point. He has also exposed the right-wing talk show hosts and the Republican elected officials for what they really are. Right now conservatives are have a hard time backing away from Mr Bundy. Please keep giving a microphone.

US District Court, Charleston, SC; Employers, mistreating Blacks with undeserved difficulty in the workplace, are not guilty of discrimination. Imagine the public outcry if a dog was mistreated?
The case now goes to the Supreme Court with this question.
1. QUESTION PRESENTED filed to the Supreme Court Justices on 4-21-2014.
“ Is it in the public interest to know that a US District Court, after reviewing evidence, ruled that a ‘group of executive White people were actually mistreating a Black employee and causing him undeserved difficulty at work’, but still did not find them guilty of racial discrimination or creating a hostile working environment ”?
Background:
1. William Lincoln filed a racial discrimination lawsuit in 2012 at the US District Court in Charleston, SC (Civil Action No. 2:11-3234-DCN-BHH).
2. An abundance of evidence was given to the Court to substantiate the claim of racial discrimination, including the replacement of 90 per cent of the Black instructors with White instructors, in less than a year. He was the only Black instructor left.
3. This is the mentality and actual ruling of the US District Court of the 4th District;
In ‘REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION OF MAGISTRATE JUDGE’ under DISCUSSION,
“The Court would acknowledge that the plaintiff may have legitimately faced some mistreatment or undeserved difficulty at work”. Some of the facts are irregular. But, there is no evidence that his experience was racially motivated.” (p4. para 1 and 2).
4. The Appellate Court in Virginia upheld this ruling.
5. So it is not your imagination that our Courts are mistreating Blacks and are extremely difficult for Black people.
6. And it is no wonder that our prison system is overflowing with young Black men and women. And White men get away with cold blooded murder of young Black men.
