Humor Is Where You Find It

And friends, this is beyond humorous!

Ever read something that makes you chuckle….and then there are stories that make you laugh out loud…..

The polls show that Obama is sliding in the approval polls…….you know that worthless momentary snapshot we get everyday from the media?  Then the pundits build the story of the day around the polls….that is what they do….make up as much crap as they possibly can and use polls to justify their analysis…..this one just makes me smile with disgust…..

(Newser) – Just how bad are things for President Obama a year into his second term? So bad that if the American people got a mulligan on the 2012 election, there’s a good shot we’d be looking at a President Romney. A Washington Post–ABC News poll reveals that if the election were held today, Obama would lose the popular vote 45% to 49%. While the Post reminds us that the Electoral College, not the popular vote, is the ultimate decider, it notes that spread roughly mirrors the 4 points Obama actually won by, and reflects plummeting support from his key demographics:

  • Obama won women by 11 points; now, his edge is down to one point.
  • He won voters aged 18-39 by 18 points; that’s down to two.
  • He won voters earning less than $50,000 by 22 points; it’s down to three.
  • He’s now nine points in the hole with voters without a college degree, after winning them by four points.
  • While he’d still win 59% of liberals, that’s down from 75%—and 20% now say they’d vote for Romney.

Obama’s approval rating has fallen 13 points this year to 42%, tying its lowest mark ever in the poll. The culprit, as you might suspect, is at least in part the Affordable Care Act rollout, which 63% think has been handled poorly. The public now opposes the law itself 57%-40%, its worst numbers yet, and 71% favor delaying the individual mandate.

Mitt could not beat Obama in November of 2012…..and regardless what the mental midgets say….he could NOT beat him today…….hindsight is 20/20……wishful thinking knows NO bounds!

Anyone who uses the daily snapshots they call polls as a fact of reality is NOT playing with a full deck……not the sharpest tack in the box….not…..well you get the point.

Make A Deal With The Devil

My grandmother use to use this term liberally…..anything she did not agree with she would label “a deal with the devil”…..I have seen many deals through the years and some I would call deals with devils but this one that I found while surfing takes the prize….

Israel and Saudi Arabia have both made no bones about their opposition to diplomacy with Iran, but a new report from the Sunday Times is suggesting that the two have been plotting in secret to start a war shortly after the conclusion of a deal between Iran and the P5+1.

“Once the Geneva agreement is signed, the military option will be back on the table,” warned a diplomatic source familiar with the planning, which is said to include a joint Israeli-Saudi attack on Iran.

There have been other reports about the two nations plotting an alliance to attack Iran for months now, but never anything this specific, nor anything to suggest that such an attack may well be imminent.

Israel has long coveted access to Saudi airspace for any potential attack on Iran, though the Saudis have denied any plan to do so. The P5+1 will no doubt object to any attack that comes as a follow-up to their diplomacy, though both nations are apparently counting on their considerable lobbying powers to prevent the fallout from being too serious.

Its those damn Saudis again…….they buy billions in modern weaponry and yet they want someone else to do their fighting….they will even do a deal with the Israelis…..would that not be a conflict of interests?  I mean they have supported the Palestinian cause for decades and now they will do a deal with the country that is giving the Palestinians the most grief…….apparently they have NO shame!  What can you expect……in all the wars in the Middle East, the Saudis have begged off and were satisfied to let someone else fight and die for their cause….what would call that?

Could the US be brokering this deal behind the scenes?  My guess is….YES!

News You Will NEVER Hear

While all the mental midgets rattle on and on about the BS that is ACA (Obamacare, for those that may be confused)…..the world and its affairs continue…and some of them are good news…..Israel may not think so…but they are good news…..

Though the details of the IAEA’s report itself have not been made public, officials familiar with it say that the Iranian government basically stopped its expansion of its civilian enrichment program after the election of President Hassan Rouhani.

The report is said to also note that the Arak heavy water reactor’s construction isn’t speeding up in any real way, and that no new components have been added to the reactor since Rouhani’s inauguration.

The report appears to dramatically undercut claims from hawks that Rouhani is using the talks as cover while he expands his nation’s civilian nuclear program, since the program itself appears to be settling down.

The announcement was quickly criticized by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, likely on the fear that it could bolster the case for diplomacy, insisting he is “unimpressed” by the report, and the question was never if Iran was still expanding its civilian program, but how to force them to scrap the entirety of the program.

We have all heard the horror stories of the Saudis and their morality police…..dudes that patrol around beating people for driving if female, talking to men, if you are a female, wearing the proper attire, if you are a female….etc….but did you know that the old Iranian regime had a similar police force?  But wait!
