I have quietly waited to see if any of my conserv colleagues would have the nuts to write about one of their “super” scandals….Benghazi. I mean really……for a month or more we had moron after moron jumping on the situation that occurred in Libya as some sort of nefarious scheme by our prez and Sec of State……remember?

Since FOX, Breibart, Jones and the others have not seen it necessary to report on this situation …..I will do it for them……(you are welcome…you toads)…….
(Newser) – CBS’ 60 Minutes today backpedaled away from an attention-grabbing report on the Benghazi consulate attack that it aired two weeks ago, saying it had “learned of new information that undercuts the account” of its key source, a security officer who was protecting the US mission when it was attacked. Dylan Davies, using the pseudonym Morgan Jones, criticized the compound’s defenses, amidst an action-packed account in which he raced to the consulate, climbed a 12-foot-wall, and knocked an extremist out with the butt of his gun. He’s put out a book with the same story, published by Simon and Schuster—which is owned by CBS.
But when the FBI interviewed him, Davies said he’d sat out the attack, instead remaining at the villa where he lived, the New York Times revealed last night. That interview is “completely consistent” with the incident report Davies filed with Blue Mountain, the security contractor he worked for. That incident report was leaked to the Washington Post last week, but Davies called it a lie put out by the “big people” he was upsetting, and CBS stood by him. Now, though, the network appears to have taken down the video, and says it may yank the book as well.

It is stuff like this that tells me that most of the Right ‘news’ sources are NOT creditable in any way…….I pity…and yes I said PITY….. anyone that is ignorant enough to turn to these self-promoting pricks for news or information…..
I recently wrote to a friend of this blog, a conserv, about the lack of creditability that I find in some of the Right wing news sources…..and this is just what I was referring to when I made my comment……sorry, most of them are as worthless as tits on a boar, as far as news goes……and I gladly utter the 4 most beautiful words in the English language……I TOLD YOU SO!
Closing Note: I check all the major ‘news’ outlets for the Right and not one has this story…..only CBS has the nuts to admit they were had by this con man…..
Just as I thought……the hacks that pretend to carry news would rather stick with a lie than admit they were wrong……a lie that drives their narrative and that narrative is everything for they have NO class or feel NO responsibility for predicating the lie….as long as the agenda does not suffer. These people are cowards and liars…period!

This is essentially what I have been saying for years . . and it is essentially why some of the far-to-the-radical-right nut cases with blogs have jumped on me in times past with all kinds of accusations about what “Liars” Liberals are.

That is because they do not want the truth if it interferes with some bogus narrative….
I’m not sure what you’re driving at Chuq, but to claim all “Whistle Blowers” are liars and are exposing something just for personal gain, because of this “gentleman” is naïve at best. I see John Liming added his 1 1/2 cents but that’s to be expected. CBS and 60 Minutes didn’t vet the guy who obviously used the tragedy for his own gain. This is typical of left-leaning news outlets. IMHO the publishing of the deception is the fault of CBS and 60 Minutes … not the “radical right wing nut wad, butt munching, Obama-hating, ass finger smelling, skid-marked underwear” conservatives.

I’m sorry you feel that way Chuq, because that’s a false statement. The truth may not have come from that particular guy, but one can rest assured it never came from team Obama.
In reply to John’s being blocked from my site, that is true because he never, ever presents anything constructive, just mind-less drivel and he tries to antagonize my readers. I’ve lost quite a few readers because I allowed him free access to my site which he abused. He’s offensive, rude, argumentative and I won’t allow him to display his ignorance there anymore. My site is open to you and you’re welcome to look at some of my past posts and go to the comments section and view some of his comments.
He has a blog and he can say what he wants there. If your choose to follow his lead that’s fine with me but I honestly thought you were above that willful ignorance.

My point is that most “whistleblowers” are self-promoting…like this twat…..the only that I can think of that does not have a book or a deal in the making is Bradley Manning…he cannot profit in any way while in prison…..and after 20 years no one will give a damn…..a point was driven by the lies of this man….and many news people ran with his eyewitness account…it was all lies and so far CBS is the only apologizing for using this con man’s story…this is why I am skeptical……a point was driven and a lie was used….but it must okay as long as it fits into a narrative….
The Benghazi conspiracy isn’t about the facts, it’s about suggesting that there might be some facts that may indicate some wrongdoing. And the fact that there aren’t any facts to support the accusation of wrongdoing, only plays into the narrative of conspiracy theory – “there are no facts proving our point, because Obama covered them up”. So I would expect that those right-wing blogs you plan to visit to say “I told you so” will respond with the same “I told you so! CBS pulling the report is proof that conspiracy exists and much worse than we thought!”

I did a search and read a few. What I also noticed is that this post wasn’t the first time you were going to say “I told you so” to the Benghazi conspiracists, so it seems that it doesn’t work on them.
X that part was basically for a conserv that had visited and we had a talk about whistleblowers….I am pleased to know that I was the only one….
The problem here will always be that he spoke first, the erroneous message reached the heads of dickheads, and even though he’s now been exposed as a fraud the information package is still in the heads of dickheads.
