TX cops search vaginas for speeding or throwing cigs out window

I have heard a lot of stuff dealing with this subject…..Hell there was one woman that had a packet of drugs, small pistol and change for a $1000 hidden in this spot……

I understand the need to justify this type of search….but I think it is just wrong to do it on the side of the road……thoughts?

  1. … well funny that you ask this question. Its actually a reason some very close family members had charges dropped. And a more than likely felony to a misdemeanor. They were strip searched in self serve car wash latenight. I believe its ccompletely an abuse of authority… I mean how easy would it be to just take them to a government facility. As they are supposed to? I don’t think they could do too much with their hands behind their back. Seems to be policy needs a gander. And maybe a nurse m/f in facility so they don’t abuse their power. Wait! That’s just a whole new ball game toward tax. Sigh….. horrible horribleness In my opinion they should be the ones in handcuffs

      1. That instance was over a decade ago, I just thought it was funny you’d brought it up that day as My aunt was down and talking of it, because we were talking of the law. They did have a lawyer = )

      2. The law is a funny thing…..there are some cases that seem cut and dry and yet they turn it into an episode of Law and Order…..

  2. Then probable cause would come to a fore then honesty on the police officers part…. a butted ciggeretts smells similar to resin so educate the police more and hope they have a good nose. Follow the steps for DUI. Can’t go wrong with a breathaliser
