Do you remember Kayleigh McEnany?

Sure you do…..she was the blonde press secretary for Donald the Orange.

In a recent interview she stated and denied that she never lied to the American people.

Really?

Then let’s look shall we?

Kayleigh McEnany keeps having to emphatically deny that she lied while serving as President Donald Trump’s final press secretary. It appears to be a question that keeps coming up for her, which could be because her claim isn’t one that is believable or there are so many examples of egregious statements she made over her tenure in the press room.

Among many of the critics of McEnany was PolitiFact, which has a scorecard for the former White House staffer showing most of their checks showed her lying most of the time. In fact, 56 percent of her statements were mostly false, false, or “pants on fire” false. Just 14 percent were “half true,” and 28 percent “mostly true.” She got 0 percent of her comments reviewed that were “true.”

Here is a list of some of McEnany’s lies to remind her:

Are Kidding Me?

I have been a political watcher for many years and I thought I had seen everything stupid when Trump put in Spicer as Press Secretary……then he, Trump, install that Huckabee female……and then things got really weird when Trump gave the Press job to this one woman, Kayleigh McEnany, it pushed the dispensing of BS to a whole new level.

Her most recent piece to total moronic logic is the piece about the push to re-open schools.

White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany argued Thursday that “science is on the side” of President Trump’s push to fully reopen schools this fall. McEnany cited a study in JAMA Pediatrics that found “severe illness is less frequent” in child coronavirus patients. She said it showed that COVID-19 poses “far less” risk to children than seasonal flu, the Hill reports. “The science is on our side here, and we encourage for localities and states to just simply follow the science, open our schools.” McEnany said keeping schools closed is “very damaging,” because “there is a lack of reporting of abuse, there’s mental depressions that are not addressed, suicidal ideations that are not addressed when students are not in school.”

“Our schools are extremely important, they’re essential, and they must reopen,” she said. McEnany also said “the science should not stand in the way” of reopening, a remark which was reported out of context by numerous outlets and then retweeted by several Democratic lawmakers, leading the Washington Examiner to accuse the press of selectively editing McEnany’s remarks to “make her sound like a knuckle-dragging flat-earther.” CNN‘s Dr. Sanjay Gupta notes that while studies have consistently shown that the risk of children getting very sick from the coronavirus is relatively low, how much of a role they play in community transmission of the virus is still an “open question.”

She is a knuckle dragging flat-earther…..if she believes that “science should not stand in the way”.

There is NO one but a complete idiot that believes that the opening of schools will be safe.

In case anyone is interested…..3.6 million cases in the US and 139,000 deaths.

After 6 months of taking all the criticism that could be thrown at him…..the Trump Press sec has decided to leave while the getting is good….

Sean Spicer has resigned as White House press secretary, the New York Times reports. Per the Times‘ source, President Trump offered the job of White House communications director to New York financier Anthony Scaramucci at 10am Friday, and Spicer resigned shortly after, telling Trump he “vehemently disagreed” with the appointment.

What kind of appointment would make this staunch Trumpian person leave the admin while the getting is good……

It’s been nearly two months since Mike Dubke left the Trump administration, and his communications director role has remained empty since. That’s apparently about to change. Four sources said to be “in and close to the White House” confirm to NBC News an earlier report by Axios that Wall Street financier Anthony Scaramucci—”Mooch” to those close to him—is set to be named as Dubke’s replacement. The announcement could come Friday. A source tells NBC Scaramucci was at the White House Thursday, where he met with Trump and Ivanka Trump and was offered the job. That source adds Trump has long known Scaramucci, 53, who stumped for Trump during the campaign and has been “a good advocate for the president.” He also defended Donald Trump Jr. on Twitter regarding the latter’s June 2016 meeting with a Russian lawyer.

Still, NBC notes Scaramucci wasn’t initially Team Trump: He first lent his support to Scott Walker, then Jeb Bush in the primaries portion of the presidential campaign. Scaramucci was appointed by Trump last month to a position with the Export-Import Bank, a position he’ll vacate if the comm director one becomes official. One White House insider who was apparently thrown by the news of Scaramucci’s impending appointment: chief of staff Reince Priebus, who Axios says found out about his potential new colleague only after the decision had been made. Meanwhile, press secretary Sean Spicer, who’s been taking care of Dubke’s responsibilities since he left, is expected to remain on staff, but it’s “unclear” exactly what he’ll be doing, Axios notes.

Yet another Trump toad thrown into the grinder that is the White House…..

The Spicer Side Of Life

Okay in the last day the whole country has gone batcrap crazy over something that Sean Spicer said in his presser….it seems that he tried to compare Hitler and Assad but as usual he inserted a foot in mouth and his performance became the story of the day.

But in case you have been under your rock for 24 hours then let me help out……

Sean Spicer is being hit with a wave of criticism—the Anne Frank Center for Mutual Respect is even calling for his firing—after he said Hitler wasn’t that bad compared to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, at least in one specific area. “Hitler didn’t even sink to the level of using chemical weapons,” Vox quotes the press secretary as saying during a press conference Tuesday. CNN reports there was an “audible gasp” from reporters following the comment. Understandable, because Hitler, in fact, used gas to kill millions of Jews in the Holocaust. He also used gas to kill disabled people and other groups.

Spicer only dug himself deeper when he attempted to clarify what he meant. “He was not using the gas on his own people in the same way that Assad is doing,” Spicer said. “He brought them into Holocaust centers, I understand that.” That clarification managed to invent a new term for concentration camps and possibly imply that German Jews were not real Germans. Spicer finally specified that he meant Hitler didn’t use chemical weapons on the battlefield, USA Today reports. Despite insisting he wasn’t “trying to lessen the horrendous nature of the Holocaust,” the Anne Frank Center is accusing Spicer of Holocaust denial. Spicer’s original point, now firmly buried by his invocation of Hitler, was that Russia shouldn’t continue to support Assad.

As a rational individual I believe I know what he was trying to say….no Hitler did not use gas on the battlefield but yes he did use gas on his people in the death camps…oh sorry we are calling them “Holocaust Centers” now…..

Now Spicer f*cked up…..he has walked back his screw up….now time to let it go.

The needed a new story for the facts on the missile strike was getting thin….so they needed something to fixate on and BAM!  Spicer made it happen.

But for my part Trump needs to find a new press sec because this is not the first time he has inserted his foot….Trump needs someone who can think on the fly without having to walk back everything he says daily.

He be sorry….now LET IT GO!

The Perfect Spokesman

It is nothing new that hypocrisy runs rampant in Foggy Bottom…..it just has to after all it is a town dedicated to the subject.

Americans live and breath hypocrisy all this back and forth about fake news or alternative facts is just an extension of this.

Then there are those purveyors of this are everywhere but the its use has hit the popularity chart with the election of the new man in DC and to spread this hypocrisy he has hired the perfect person as Press Secretary, Sean Spicer.

He is the perfect spokesman……for example…….the idiots on the Right gave Obama grief for doing what every president has done since the invention of TV…play golf and guess what Trump plays golf and he is taking time away from DC to do so…..but now it is not a problem….why?

Amid a plethora of headlines like the Washington Post‘s recent “How much is Donald Trump’s travel and protection costing, anyway?” Sean Spicer Monday defended President Trump’s golf habits. Responding to a question from Yahoo White House correspondent Hunter Walker about the 10 golf trips Trump has taken to Florida since becoming president—specifically, how they are any different from the golf games then-President Obama played, which were often criticized by Trump before he became president—Spicer explained that Trump himself has talked about “how you use the game of golf” for diplomatic purposes, Politico reports.

“You saw him utilize this as an opportunity with [Japanese] Prime Minister [Shinzo] Abe to help foster a deeper relationship in southeast Asia … and have a growing relationship that’s going to help US interests,” Spicer said. He added, per the Washington Post, that Trump isn’t necessarily always playing golf when he heads to the golf course; sometimes he’s just having meetings. Walker followed up by asking why, then, the media is not hearing details from these meetings, to which Spicer replied by saying, multiple times, that Trump is “entitled to a bit of privacy.”

I know that I usually shut it down for the day with my closing thought….but I just could not let this piece of crap go without something said.

You know how all the lovely Right wing defenders of the faith, Trump have been having a field day trying to decide what is fat and not…..especially the “wiretapping” bullsh*t…these micro-cephalics actually believe the silliness their master tells them……and then there is Spicer…this dude is the biggest mental midget of the WH bunch……

Trump’s press dude had to double down on his bosses bullsh*t accusation…..

Then there was this accusation that the Brits helped Obama with his nefarious wiretapping scheme……really I kid you not…..

James Bond was not working with Barack Obama to spy on Donald Trump, or so say British spy chiefs after the White House cited a report that claimed Obama had asked UK intelligence agency GCHQ to carry out surveillance at Trump Tower. The allegations cited by press secretary Sean Spicer are “nonsense. They are utterly ridiculous, and should be ignored,” says a GCHQ spokesman. While defending Trump’s wiretapping allegations Thursday, Spicer mentioned a Fox and Friends report in which Fox judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano claimed three intelligence sources had told him the Obama administration partnered with GCHQ to carry out Trump surveillance so there would be “no American fingerprints on this,” the Guardian reports.

Spicer said the Fox report and others cast “into concern some of the activities that may have occurred during the 2016 election,” BuzzFeed reports. BBC security analyst Gordon Corera says it is highly unusual for GCHQ to comment on its work—and to use the phrase “utterly ridiculous”—but “it’s a sign of just how seriously they take it. The allegations are so sensitive that the agency clearly felt they could not let them go unchallenged.” Tim Farron, leader of Britain’s Liberal Democrats party, accused Trump of “compromising the vital UK-US security relationship to try to cover his own embarrassment.”

It seems the the WH had to do some damage control for the Spicer’s bombshell……

The White House has reportedly apologized to the British government for its allegations that a UK intelligence agency helped then-President Obama to wiretap Donald Trump during the 2016 presidential campaign. An anonymous White House official tells CNN that national security adviser HR McMaster talked to his British counterpart Thursday, telling him that Sean Spicer’s comment was “unintentional” and that the UK concerns “were understood and heard and … would be relayed to the White House.” The official also says the British ambassador to the US called Spicer Thursday to discuss the matter. CNN describes the conversations Spicer and McMaster had with British officials as “what amounted to an apology,” while the Telegraph refers to them as formal apologies.

But both CNN and the Telegraph are citing anonymous sources, and the White House has not confirmed. A spokesperson for British Prime Minister Theresa May says, per the BBC, that the British government made it clear to the US that the allegations are “ridiculous and should have been ignored.” The spokesperson says May has “received assurances that these allegations won’t be repeated,” but a former UK foreign secretary tells the BBC that’s not enough: “That’s not the same as saying it was rubbish in the first place.” UK intelligence agency GCHQ had earlier slammed Spicer’s allegations as “nonsense.”

These guys in the WH are too humorous…..but the most funny are those slow speaking and even slower thinking supporters of Trump…
