Harris’ Concern

With the 2028 election slowly crawling into the political conversation  most polls show VP Harris as the frontrunner (for now)….she recently gave a speech in South Korea condemning Biden for inaction on Gaza….

Former Vice President Kamala Harris said Wednesday that the United States should have acted to curb Israel’s “horrific conduct” in Gaza, offering a pointed acknowledgement of the failures of the Biden administration she served and harsh criticism of the Netnayahu government.
Harris said that the United States had “fallen short” of its “moral obligation to human rights and international law” in its “failure to use our leverage to curtail the Israeli government’s horrific conduct in the war in Gaza, both under the current administration – which offers Netanyahu a blank check – and our administration before, where we should have acted sooner and more forcefully.”
Her speech at the Asan Institute for Policy Studies, which mostly focused on artificial intelligence, comes as Harris weighs a presidential run in 2028, with the Biden administration’s handling of the Gaza war remaining a source of distrust among progressive voters.
President Joe Biden’s unflinching support for Israel in the aftermath of the Oct. 7 Hamas attack and subsequent war in Gaza sapped support among left-wing voters. A poll by the Institute for Middle East Understanding found that “ending Israel’s violence in Gaza” was the top issue for Biden voters in 2020 who didn’t vote for Harris in 2024.
Harris declined to distance herself from Biden’s positions on Israel during the campaign but has stated several times since losing the race that the U.S. should have placed more pressure on Israel to avoid civilian casualties in Gaza.
Sorry but is just plain bullshit!
Where was this voice during the Biden admin and after that her presidential run in 2024?
This is nothing but political positioning since most American have been falling away for their support of Israeli actions in Gaza.
Big talk no action….she will not be so supportive of this position after the election.

Is It Freedom Of The Press?

This is a subject that has been tested ever since you know who entered the White House and he seems to be doing everything he can to defeat that freedom guaranteed by the Constitution.

Donny’s latest move is to get DOJ to investigate some networks….

The Justice Department is investigating whether the major television networks — ABC, CBS, CNN, NBC and Fox News — violated federal antitrust laws when the group briefly suspended their pooled coverage of President Trump, according to six people with knowledge of the department’s action.
Officials from the Justice Department contacted networks on Friday and demanded communications and materials related to the White House TV pool, the people said. The pool is a longstanding system where the networks share the responsibility of providing footage of the president and distributing it to other news outlets.
Last month, the networks collectively suspended their pool footage of Mr. Trump for several days after the president barred CNN journalists from the White House grounds, which prevented CNN from participating in the pool. Video footage of some major events, including Mr. Trump’s greeting of President Xi Jinping of China, was not carried by any major news station.
In a statement on Saturday, a Justice Department spokeswoman, Emily Covington, described the five networks as having “proudly boycotted covering White House events.”
“Group boycotts among commercial competitors can violate the Sherman Act,” a core antitrust law, Ms. Covington wrote. “The Antitrust Division is simply investigating to determine whether these news organizations have violated the antitrust laws.”
Once again our boy got butt hurt when some networks did not cover his theatrics….and what does Donny do when he is butt hurt?  He retaliates.
It is well known that I am not the biggest fan of the MSM but in this case I will side with them and their decision.
Now did I miss something in the Constitution that says when a president gets butt hurt he can try to go after those entities that decided not to cover his antics?
I see this as yet another attempt at retaliation by Donny on those that will not feed his ego.
So this is basically Donny’s attempt to circumvent the Constitution and control what the networks can do or not do….in other words he wants sole control over the news.
Where are our Dem leaders that are willing to to go after Donny but in this case they are not that excited….
Will this report go the way of the dodo?
How long can we accept this attack on the Constitution?

Our Donny Has A Type

Donny has given the world a new White House Press Secretary, Katie Zacharia…..and she held her first press briefing….and did it go well?  Not really.

Katie Zacharia made her debut as the new White House press secretary on Tuesday, and she seems to have pleased her boss. “I thought she did excellent,” President Trump told reporters, per the AP. “She did very good.” Zacharia’s appearance lasted only 14 minutes, during which she read a prepared statement about Trump’s accomplishments and called upon three reporters from conservative outlets before wrapping things up. Zacharia also downplayed her role, saying she was there only to “amplify” the president’s actions and adding that Trump is “his own best spokesperson.” Left-leaning critics panned the debut, but the typically Trump-friendly New York Post also described Zacharia as “visibly nervous,” noting that at one point she referred to the president as her husband.

Some of the harsher takes:

  • “Katie Zacharia makes Karoline Leavitt seem like Winston Churchill,” journalist Aaron Rupar wrote on X, referring to the previous White House press chief.
  • At the New Republic, Malcolm Ferguson writes that she spoke “slowly and awkwardly” and that “her cadence was clunky, closer to that of a fourth grader reading school announcements over an intercom than a polished political communications professional.”
  • And at MS NOW, a White House source sums up: “Getting behind the podium is tough, but she got off on the wrong foot. She needs to get much better, fast, otherwise she’ll break Scaramucci’s record.” Anthony Scaramucci served as de facto press secretary for all of 10 days in Trump’s first term.
  • In defense: “She seemed nervous, but who wouldn’t be?” an administration official tells the Post. “People criticizing her are being a–holes considering she had the guts to come out and do something she’s never done before with 24 hours of prep.”

Israel’s New Security Doctrine

This is a doctrine from a leading Israeli think tank….to me it looks like an attempt to rival Project 2025….

Read this and tell what you think of it….my analysis is coming shortly…..

In a stunning piece published by the head of one of Israel’s most prominent think tanks, Maj. Gen. Tamir Hayman describes the reality of Israel’s new security doctrine:

A few crucial principles he describes:

1. The United States is a “declining power” and, given its ongoing social and political shifts, will soon abandon Israel in any event. This is compelling Israel to move toward greater self-reliance in order to avoid “excessive dependence” on the US since it “exposes Israel to the influence of a progressive American value system that is incompatible with Israel’s Jewish character.”

Then he concludes: “Severing ties with the United States is therefore not only inevitable, but essential to Israel’s independence and the resilience of its Jewish national identity.”

2. Primacy of Jewish Identity over Democracy: The state’s Jewish identity takes precedence over its democratic system of government.

3. Peace as a Means Rather Than an End: “A meaningful peace agreement is unattainable in the Middle East, as peace agreements are merely technical and temporary arrangements requiring constant reassessment. According to this view, peace is not an intrinsic value that generates security, but a means of achieving other policy objectives.”

4. “Rejection of the Independent Existence of Arab States: The underlying premise is that most Arab states are not genuine nation-states, but collections of tribes and ethnic groups lacking a shared history and a foundational national vision. Consequently, undermining their stability is viewed as a natural process, one that Israel can manage more effectively than it can contend with strong nation-states, and one that it should even encourage.”

5. “War as a Foundational State: War is essential to national security and cannot be replaced by a state of peace, which, as noted, is merely a means rather than an end…. War is necessary, and preventive war is preferable because it secures a significant achievement at the outset.”

6. “Absolute Priority for Initiative and Offense over Defense: Preemptive, surprise strikes are viewed as the only way to achieve victory, giving offense precedence over defense.”

And there’s more.

Important to note that Hayman does not advocate for this. Rather, he contends that this already is the new security doctrine of Israel.

He is describing reality as he sees it. And that reality simply is not compatible with a US or Western alliance with Israel – unless the West transforms into a similar entity that treats war as a permanent and desirable state of being.

Is It A “Stable Genius”?

I’m a high-IQ person, unlike some other people I can tell you about. Very, the, among the highest IQs anywhere in the world …

Donny really believes that in his tiny demented brain.

AI is everywhere and is used by just about everyone I know……then I read this article where the question was asked of AI what is Donny’s IQ….(this was not me using AI….just to be clear)

The answer did not surprise me but according to AI he may not be the “smartest person in the world”…..Read the results….

Trump – whose marriage to Melania is at its “lowest point” for a disturbing reason – told the audience that he was “very intelligent” and a “high-IQ person” unlike “some other people”. In fact, he even claimed that his was “among the highest IQs anywhere in the world”. But now, utilizing the capabilities of AI, YouTuber David has put the president’s bold assertions to the test, comparing him across seven different AI models.

Outlining his approach on I Ask AI, he said: “I mean, this video was kind of just begging to be made, and that’s why today I’m letting seven AI models estimate Trump’s IQ. I pulled the transcripts from his recent interviews, and I’m feeding the whole file into all of them and asking each one of them just to give me a straight-up number.” It comes just days after a lip reader spotted Ivanka Trump’s 3-word order to JD Vance as they whispered at the White House.

When The Secret Police Comes Knocking

Donny’s secret police have now raided the home of a US Representative….but no details were provided…

Federal agents searched Democratic US Rep. Ilhan Omar’s DC-area home on Monday morning as part of a criminal investigation, according to people familiar with the matter. The search was conducted by Homeland Security Investigations agents, said the people, who were not authorized to publicly discuss an ongoing investigation and spoke on the condition of anonymity. More details about the investigation were not immediately clear, reports the AP. An email seeking comment was sent Monday to a representative for Omar.

The Justice Department said in a statement Monday that HSI agents executed a judicially authorized search warrant secured by the department in the Washington, DC, area but provided no other details. “This enforcement action is part of an ongoing federal criminal investigation,” the department said. Omar, 44, represents Minnesota’s 5th District, including Minneapolis. She was first elected to the House in 2018 and has been known as a member of what’s called “The Squad” of female lawmakers known for their progressive views and pointed opposition to President Trump.

No details?  I have few ….she is a Muslim or she is an immigrants daughter or she is brown or she is a Dem and a member of the ‘the squad’ or…..

After the raid Donny had plenty to say….

President Trump told reporters on Monday he had no role in the surprise federal raid of Rep. Ilhan Omar’s residence, but he sounded a note of support about it. “I think she’s a terrible person, but that’s really up to the DOJ—I have nothing to do with it,” he said, reports the Hill. Trump added that “I understand that they’re looking at her very carefully,” without providing details. “I’ve always found her to be a totally crooked personally.” The Justice Department has said only that the search relates to a criminal investigation, but multiple reports say the investigation centers on longstanding allegations from Omar’s critics on the right that her family committed immigration fraud when emigrating from Somalia decades ago.

Trump said, per NBC News. “She’s telling us about the Constitution, and she comes from one of the worst countries anywhere on the planet.” He triggered chants of “Deport!” about her and Democratic Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed of Michigan, whom he described as a “jihadist,” adding, “They don’t belong in America. Better get them the hell out of here.”

He called her a crook…..think about that for a moment….

But this incident gives me a chance to teach a little history….back in the early days of the USSR Lenin formed the Cheka, a secret police, that would ferret out enemies of the state (or so the story goes)….

The Cheka (Vecheka) Secret Police was created by Vladimir Lenin’s Soviet government in December 1917 to ruthlessly stamp out all opposition to the Bolshevik Revolution. During the Russian Civil War, the Cheka operated without restrictions of any kind, arresting, torturing, and executing without trial tens of thousands of citizens deemed enemies of the state.  The Cheka, dissolved in 1922, was the first of many Soviet incarnations of a secret police force which involved itself in every aspect of public and private life in the USSR.

Confused?  Think NKVD or KGB….if that still has one head scratching then think Gestapo tactics.

Donny has the FBI and DHS as his personal police force….ICE as his personal attack arm all in an attempt to hold onto his ‘revolution’….he just cannot have people in opposition to his will.

So was this raid on the Rep’s home in retribution for her opposition?

Trump has not been shy about wanting to use federal law enforcement to target his perceived political enemies. He’s pushed prosecutions of former FBI Director James Comey and New York’s Democratic Attorney General, Letitia James, following earlier probes the two launched against him. Omar, a left-wing firebrand, has been a longtime target of Trump and Republicans in general.

Omar has long criticized Trump, and the president has likewise gone after her repeatedly over the years. Trump late last week alluded to possible action against the congresswoman. At a rally in Tennessee on Saturday, Trump referred pejoratively to Omar as coming from a country of “crime and squalor” and suggested that Vice President JD Vance “and our people” were investigating her.

The agents who searched Omar’s home, pursuant to a federal search warrant, were Homeland Security investigators, indicating the investigation regards immigration issues. Several Trump officials have suggested that is how they intend to pursue Omar.

Vance has suggested before that Omar committed immigration fraud. Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin last month cited an “ongoing investigation” that he suggested was examining potential fraud on her family’s immigration paperwork.

“May I Please Join The Fun”?

BiBi has overseen the crush of Israeli American dollar weapons in several countries…..Iran, Gaza, Syria and Lebanon….now he wants to extend Israel’s killing machine’s extent to Yemen.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is seeking approval from Saudi Arabia to join the war in Yemen against Ansar Allah, also known as the Houthis, Haaretz reported on Monday.

The report cited an unnamed diplomatic source who also said that Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman opposed Israeli military involvement over concerns about likely domestic backlash.

The source linked Netanyahu’s desire to get involved in the war to advancing a Saudi-Israel normalization agreement, though Saudi officials in recent years have maintained that the kingdom won’t normalize relations with Israel until there’s a path toward a Palestinian state.

Israel’s intervention in the war would also serve Netanyahu’s electoral interests, as a regional escalation involving Israel could bolster his coalition’s chances of gaining enough seats in the Knesset to form a government. The Israeli elections are scheduled to take place on October 27.

Israel has launched multiple bombing raids in Yemen in recent years as Ansar Allah imposed a Red Sea blockade on Israeli shipping and launched drone and missile attacks on Israeli territory in response to Israel’s genocidal campaign in Gaza. Any more direct Israeli strikes on Yemen would likely trigger Ansar Allah attacks on Israeli territory.

So far, President Trump has declined requests from MbS for the US to launch direct airstrikes against Ansar Allah, though the US is deeply involved in the war by providing intelligence and refueling Saudi warplanes to support the bombing campaign, which has killed a large number of Yemeni civilians.

Nearly 22,000 Palestinian children killed in Israeli attacks on Gaza over three years, with more than 71,000 orphaned. Israeli military actions linked to deaths of at least 24 captives in Gaza, CNN investigation finds.

Plus the stat is in….basically it is a child killed every 71 minutes for the last 3 years….now there is something to be proud of, right?

What Happened To Safe Food?

It seems like since RFK.Jr took over at HHS we have had food crisis one after another….so with that in mind….is our food safe anymore?

A majority of Americans think not so much.

Americans are growing wary of what’s in their supermarket carts, and of who’s minding the food supply. Food Safety Magazine cites a new Gallup poll that finds 65% of respondents feel at least somewhat confident that food sold in most grocery stores is safe, the lowest level since the survey began, and down from 81% in 2019. The share of respondents who aren’t very confident or not at all confident has nearly doubled to 34%. Confidence in restaurant food looks similar, with about two-thirds expressing trust there as well. The poll followed a record cyclospora outbreak that sickened more than 12,000 people across 21 states and a string of high-profile recalls.

Trust in Washington’s oversight has slid even faster. Just 47% say they have a great deal or fair amount of confidence in the federal government’s ability to keep the food supply safe, down from 68% in 2019 and an 85% peak in 2004; a majority now express little or no confidence. The politics are stark: Confidence in the government’s role has climbed to 70% among Republicans during President Trump’s second term but fallen to 30% among Democrats. Across parties, though, behavior is shifting the same way: About 73% have skipped certain brands or foods in the past year, 45% have trashed or returned items, and 42% feared something they ate was tainted.

The Daily Beast notes that these poll results come with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. at the helm of the Health and Human Services Department, with “speculation that he could be one of the high-profile figures Trump fires following the midterms.” In the meantime, RFK Jr.’s agency is backing him up. “Secretary Kennedy’s pledge to ‘Make America Healthy Again’ goes hand in hand with keeping America’s food supply safe,” an HHS rep notes, adding that the “FDA and CDC have mounted robust responses to foodborne outbreaks … and continue working with state and local health departments to strengthen outbreak prevention and response.”

It is only get worse thanx to the policies of RFK,Jr and Dear Lovely Donny….I am very careful when buy produce but even with that I cannot be 100% sure that the food is safe.

But what can we expect from our government when taxpayer money is used for ego boosting ads for Donny?

It’s Crying Time Again

Well it looks like Donny is all butt hurt yet again for the Nobel Committee by-passed him yet again for the Peace Prize….and he is steamed!

President Trump veered far from midterm election politics during a rally in upstate New York on Friday, aiming a bitter diatribe at the Norwegian Nobel Committee for giving the Nobel Peace Prize he has long sought to South African jurist Navanethem “Navi” Pillay, a former UN human rights chief, for her work on justice and accountability for war crimes and genocide. Trump unspooled a lengthy argument explaining why the award was “an indelible stain on the country of Norway,” saying he “should have received the Nobel Peace Prize, but didn’t,” per the AP. Trump claimed, as he often does, to have ended eight wars, though some of the conflicts the president claims to have resolved were merely tensions, and his role in easing them has been disputed.

Meanwhile, the war with Iran that he and Israel started—which Trump predicted would last mere weeks—remains unsettled and is a weight on his party as it faces a dour electorate ahead of midterm elections. An AP-NORC poll conducted last month and published on Oct. 1 found that 71% of US adults disapproved of Trump’s handling of Iran, with 28% approving. The conflict has pushed gas prices higher, and polls show voters blame Trump for the high cost of living. At the New York rally, Trump bitterly described Pillay as “a liberal person who works at the United Nations who nobody has ever heard of,” adding: “The Nobel Peace Prize has been forever discredited by a handful of radical ideologues who are anti-democracy and really enemies of civilization. And we will not forget, Norway.”

It was a lengthy deviation from an event aimed at promoting Bruce Blakeman, the Republican nominee in the race for New York governor. While Trump criticized Democratic incumbent Gov. Kathy Hochul, who’s running for her second full term, he spent as much time excoriating New York Attorney General Letitia James, a prominent Trump adversary who brought civil charges against Trump and his business. On Friday, from the stage at the Oncenter in Syracuse, New York, Trump called James “a dog.” The president has been on a series of political stops, trying to stoke loyalty among his base as Republicans work to fight off possible setbacks in their effort to hold congressional majorities on Nov. 3.

The “Z-Man” Must Go!

Since the stupid war between Russia and Ukraine has been raging the US has been a staunch provider of weapons and money to Ukraine to help in their conflict….and then we stupidly elected a moron as president and one that has this bromance with Russia’s Putin.

Recently Ukraine has bombed refineries in Russia….and the US will be paying Russia for diesel (what happened to the sanctions against Russia?)

President Donald Trump on Saturday pushed back at Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy over attacks on Russian oil refineries, warning that he “better damn well stop” and calling for Ukraine to install a new leader.

The remarks marked a sharp escalation in Trump’s criticism of his Ukrainian counterpart and came just one day after Zelenskyy accused Trump of using peace negotiations as a “smokescreen” while striking a deal with Russia to temporarily lift sanctions on its diesel exports.

“Zelenskyy could have settled this war many times. Many, many times. And he chooses not to,” Trump said Saturday. “Very difficult. It’s a war that should’ve never been started.”

Donny has now gotten more verbal in this basic hatred of Ukraine’s Zelenskyy (still would like to know why 2 ‘y’s)….and his latest rant was about the Ukraine president….

President Trump’s relationship with Volodymyr Zelensky may have just hit rock bottom. “I think it’s time for Ukraine to get a new president,” Trump told reporters on Saturday, reports the New York Times. His remark came after Zelensky criticized the new US diesel deal with Russia, calling it a “sign of weakness” by Trump, per Axios. On Saturday, Trump shot back that Zelensky “wants to make problems for the world” because of his attacks on Russian refineries, and he blamed those attacks for high diesel prices in the US.

Trump said his administration had told Ukraine: “You can do whatever you want to Russia. Don’t hit the refineries because that’s a world problem that’s caused.” Amplifying that point, a US official tells Axios that Ukraine ignored multiple US requests to stop striking the facilities. The remarks landed a day after Trump moved to open US markets to Russian diesel and eased sanctions on those exports through April. Ukraine’s foreign minister, meanwhile, said Zelensky “has the support of the Ukrainian people, and they have the right to decide.”

What a goddamn hypocrite….he thinks the Ukrainian people should decide who their leader should be but not the same is afforded here in the US…..Donny and the Guyz have done all can to make sure they win each election….but yet he spouts crap and I am sure that he has someone on the payroll that he will back if and when the time comes….

Zelenskyy has made his response to Donny’s manure packed statement….

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Sunday that he would hold elections in Ukraine if Russian President Vladimir Putin agreed to a 60-day ceasefire, comments that came after President Trump said Ukraine needed a new president to reach a deal with Russia.

Zelensky’s term expired in May 2024, but he has remained in power because no elections have been held, and he has continued to reject the growing calls within Ukraine to hold a vote.

Zelensky also offered criticism of a deal Trump announced that would involve the US importing Russian diesel, calling it a “birthday gift” to Putin that would allow Russia to “kill us, kill our children.”
