“Get Out Of Jail Free” Card

Since Donny has been in office he has pardoned in the neighborhood of 1800 people….and that will not be the end of it…..he may have further pardons in mind……

President Trump says he could wipe his own legal slate clean—and that of his team—if he so chooses. In a Newsmax interview on Thursday, the president said he has the authority to grant himself a pardon, though he claimed he hasn’t seriously considered it because he believes he “did nothing wrong,” per People. He noted he could’ve done so at the end of his previous term but didn’t expect to be, in his words, dragged “through the mud.”

“I’m allowed to do a pardon, a self-pardon,” he added. Trump also said he’s weighing clemency for aides so they don’t endure “years of nonsense” and legal bills. No president has ever tried to self-pardon and then faced prosecution. Asked on Friday if Trump actually plans to pardon himself or his staff, a White House spokesperson pointed back to his Newsmax comments.

One person who may not be lucky enough to receive such clemency from Trump, per the Irish Star: Kimberly Guilfoyle, the now former US ambassador to Greece and former fiance to Trump’s oldest son, Donald Trump Jr. “I don’t wanna think about it,” the president told Newsmax of a potential pardon for her. “I was disappointed in what I read. … I haven’t spoken to her. I’ve known her over the years. I’ve known her for many years.” He added that she’d done a “very good job” as ambassador and that “the interesting thing is she was the toast of the town over in Greece.”

For all his ‘illegal’ doings he may have a plan to avoid being held accountable for his misdeeds.

I would expect nothing else….he sees the writing on the wall and he is scrambling to walk away from this treasure chest robbery scott free.

Is there a plan in place that cannot prevent him from escaping these misdeeds and being made to pay….and pay dearly?

What will the Dems do?  Do they have a plan to stop this from happening?

I seriously doubt it.

And what do you think?

Profit Over People

I am sure that most have heard this mantra over the years….mostly coming from the Left….sorry but it has been true for about 50 years probably longer….a recent poll (not a big fan usually is just a minute look at the issue) tells a story that has long been preached….

Most US adults believe President Donald Trump has placed his personal financial interests and those of his inner circle ahead of the country’s since returning to the White House in 2025, according to a new nationwide poll.

The poll, conducted by the Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research and released on Tuesday, suggests that public perception of the Republican president leans heavily critical: Over half of surveyed adults view Trump’s second term as self-serving by investing in his own business and commercial pursuits “a lot”. Roughly one quarter believe he focuses on national interests, but only 11 percent feel Trump represents regular Americans. Fifty-five percent of Republicans surveyed said that Trump has prioritised his personal business interests “a lot” or “some”.

Half of the respondents report that Trump has placed zero priority on people “like them”.

As Trump’s family business pulls in record funds from new ventures helped by his policies, the poll results suggest that most US adults think growing his own finances has been the north star of Trump’s presidency, at least to some extent.

Trump’s June financial disclosure revealed massive post-election influxes of foreign and corporate capital into his business empire, stemming primarily from over $1bn in cryptocurrency ventures after he loosened regulation on the industry, as well as from international real estate.

During his first year as president, the Trump Organisation – Trump’s multinational family-owned enterprise dedicated to property development and global brand licensing – made eight real estate deals with authoritarian or one-party foreign states. Some speculate these countries were highly motivated to maintain favourable relations with the US to keep Trump happy on fronts like trade tariffs, military protection and private business dealings.

First, I find it interesting that this poll numbers has not been widely reported especially with an election on the horizon.

Second I find it dubious since the voting record of Americans illustrates that few give a crap as long as his hateful message is paramount.

Third, How will this play out in the coming election?  Or will it be the lead issue before the vote?

So many questions and so few answers….the answer depends on which corporate propagandist one will pay attention to before they vote.

It will be interesting to see what the priority the voter will use before they cast the vote.

What do you guys think?

Money Cannot Buy Friends

This is a look at AIPAC and their spending in the coming election….and boy Are they spending….and boy are they spending apparently they are concerned about the rising disapproval among American voters and that must be countered in some way.

But with all the money they are spreading around on candidates hoping to gain favorable position for Israel it seems to be failing miserably….at least that is the appearance….

Less than five years after its entry into U.S. political campaigns, the American Israel Public Affairs Committee is now one of the best-funded players in the midterm elections. It has also become one of the most polarizing.
AIPAC has raised $233 million to support its friends and attack its perceived foes, even as public sentiment has shifted sharply against its singular cause: American support for Israel.
The group’s decision to become a major player in campaigns has alienated some former allies and left others ducking AIPAC’s support. Some candidates have worn opposition from AIPAC as a badge of honor. Some not only refuse money from AIPAC, but also refuse to accept money from its donors. The organization has increasingly become a campaign issue unto itself. This summer, Mayor Zohran Mamdani of New York described AIPAC as part of a group of “monsters” that he said were too powerful in American politics.
As AIPAC contends with its biggest crisis in years and second-guessing from even some allies, its leaders are unbowed, according to interviews with more than three dozen donors, former board members and political strategists who work with the group. They describe their mission as a long game: electing a Congress that will help combat what they see as existential threats to Israel from Iran and other hostile countries. And despite increased public criticism of both AIPAC and Israel, the group has continued to draw tens of millions in contributions that it can use to pick sides in House and Senate campaigns.
This is great news….candidates are starting to shy away from AIPAC because of their support for genocide…..which is a good thing….but will these people still be on the bandwagon if they get elected or will they succumb to the cash thrown at them by Israel?
Do not trust the numbers…..watch the candidate.
There is probably a covert way to feed the candidate without appearing in the news….
I am sorry but I do not trust most Dems to be honest about this cash infusion….they may talk smack but they will always be paid to have Israel’s interests at heart.
