Another ‘fantastic’ day in the life of the current administration….all the news that made it to the back page of the paper or maybe not at all….

So far I have been a very harsh critic of the administration but I did give Donny his props before he was sworn in when he said that he would eliminate Daylight Savings and I have waited and waited but so far it still hangs on.

Then last week he made statement that once again I can agree with…

President Trump is reportedly pushing Congress to raise taxes on the richest Americans, which Punchbowl News describes as a “seismic shift” that many GOP lawmakers oppose. It’s all part of the ongoing negotiations with the sprawling fiscal package now underway. Trump has spoken with House Speaker Mike Johnson about the idea, and the Washington Postreports that a number of options are on the table.

• Trump suggested creating a new tax bracket for individuals making more than $2.5 million a year or couples making more than $5 million, reports the New York Timesand the Hill.

A helluva idea….the rich paying more taxes….but I will not hold my breath for in the past I have been disappointed and I feel this is just another one of those times.

Of course it is also the Congress to consider…..the bunch of wealthy loving GOPers…..they will not go along with an increase on their meal tickets.

Then there is Donny’s DNI, Tulsi Gabbard, and her approach to her gig….

Before Tulsi Gabbard was confirmed as the least qualified director of national intelligence in human history, there were rumblings around the Senate that bless her heart, the One Known As Russia’s Girlfriend maaaaaaaay not have the foggiest fucking idea what “director of national intelligence” is supposed to do in the course of their duties. (DNI coordinates all the other intel agencies. It’s a job for an intelligence expert. Tulsi Gabbard is, um, not that.)

The headlines in NBC News and other sources are about Gabbard firing two top intel officials who refused to go along with the regime’s likely entirely made-up insistence that the Tren de Aragua gang is an arm of the Venezuelan government. Trump needs to assert that’s true, because if TdA isn’t part of or sponsored by the Venezuelan government, then all his claims about Venezuelan migrants being part of a state-sponsored foreign terrorist invasion get even facially stupider than they already were. And if that happens, then even fewer judges might sign off on Trump using the Alien Enemies Act to kidnap and send people to concentration camps in third locations without due process, because of how the AEA is supposed to be for when we are actually at war, and not just when the racist cow in the Oval Office imagines we are at war because he’s terrified of slightly darker-skinned people who speak Spanish.

That’s despite the U.S. president having nothing to do with the traditional Conclave process that selects a new pope.

Finally we have a new nominee for Surgeon General, Dr. Casey Means, a wellness influencer not a practicing physician, is the name of our newest member of the elite idiot cabinet….

Some of her more interesting previous statements are going viral online, especially a screenshot from a previous newsletter that describes the process of how to ‘find love at age 35,’ and includes such points as setting up an ancestor shrine (common folk practice), group meditations to tune to ‘Spirit,’ reconnecting with spirit guides, talking to trees, and ‘plant medicine,’ which she followed with a mushroom emoji incase someone wasn’t sure what that meant.

The influencer has close ties to Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and is the second person tapped by Trump, after Janette Nesheiwat but was criticised by Laura Loomer for being pro-Covid vaccines.

Trump said in a social media post Wednesday that Means has “impeccable ‘MAHA’ credentials” – referring to the “Make America Healthy Again ” slogan – and that she will work to eradicate chronic disease and improve the health and well-being of Americans.

Vice President JD Vance has expounded upon that idea by suggesting that parents should think about how much better they’d like it if they knew that when they sent their children off to fight in foreign wars, that they were fighting with “good, American-made weapons.”

And that is how you prove how damn ignorant you are.

Almost….Finally….Reality TV is for the idiots and is mind numbing and guess what?

The Department of Homeland Security under President Donald Trump is reportedly considering a pitch for a reality show in which immigrants would compete for a chance to win citizenship in the United States.

Producer Rob Worsoff confirmed to The Wall Street Journal that he has had discussions with members of the DHS about the show idea. The outlet reported that he’s received “positive” feedback from Trump officials about the pitch.

Worsoff also reached out to networks for “preliminary discussions’ to see if there was any interest in picking up the show if the DHS were to collaborate on it.

This may have a chance since Little Donny likes to think of himself as some sort of TV genius (oh my bad….stable genius)….to me it is exploitation plain and simple and does not need a audience of millions of morons.

Then there are is ‘trips’….I look for him to make one to Asia especially Vietnam…..why?

The Vietnamese government approved a $1.5 billion development for the Trump Organization and an investment partner to build a golf resort outside Hanoi.

The real-estate project will include a golf course, hotel, and several residential areas, according to Vietnamese state-run media outlets. On Friday, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha approved the plan, according to same reports.

The development will be constructed in the Khuyen Chau district of the Northern Vietnamese city of Hung Yen, which is about 40 miles outside of the capital city of Hanoi. As currently planned, it will stretch across 2,446 acres, or roughly 3.8 square miles. Investments in the golf resort and its surrounding developments will start this quarter and continue through 2029, according to reports from Vietnamese media.

We know that Donny cannot resist the smell of a golf cart….so he will most likely have to go and take a close look at his acquisition.
