Do You Really Want A Scandal?

We have scandals daily…some of them have been proven to be crap or a total waste of time…but as long as the radio heads can use them they will remain…..Benghazi is a prime example…….NSA spying……I find this one humorous…they have been doing this for decades but NO one knew so we were safe and our privacy was intact…….ACA rollout is NOT a scandal….if anything it is stupidity personified!

I ask again……do you really want a scandal?

There is a scandal if one wants to really have something to scandalize!  Unfortunately to the scandal mongers this is NOT important……..typical, huh?

I will wait to see just how serious people are about a real scandal not these pussy whipped turds trying to look relevant……that situation is the sexual attacks on the military and how it is pushed under the rug by command……..NO means NO….in the military or not……

Look at these stats……

50 Facts About Sexual Assault in the US Military

  1. In 2012, surveyed Active Duty Members of the military anonymously revealed 26,000 instances of unwanted sexual contact.  This included coerced and abusive sexual contact, aggravated sexual assault and rape — all prohibited by military law.
  2. Women make up 15 percent of active-duty forces, but 47 percent of sexual assault victims.
  3. 13,900 of the victims were men.
  4. In one study, 37 percent of female veterans report being raped at least twice.

  7. About 75 percent of women who were assaulted did not report their attacks.
  8. 76 percent of men who were sexually assaulted did not report their attacks.
  9. The Pentagon estimates that 85 percent of sexual assault crimes go unreported.
  10. About 40 percent of victims in one study indicated that the perpetrator was their ranking officer.
  11. One-third of victims indicate that the perpetrator was a ranking officer’s friend.
  12. 43 percent heard about negative experiences from other victims who had reported and 50 percent thought nothing would be done.
  13. During the reported period, only 302 service members faced punishment or dismissal as the result of being charged: Less than 2.5 percent of the total suspected number of acts of sexual assaults and rape.
  14. Fully 20 percent of survivors of sexual assault and Liz Trotta think that rape is “to be expected” in the military.
  15. “I was repeatedly drugged and raped by several of my superior officers over a nine-month period. …There was no one I could turn to because, like so many victims of sexual assault in the military, my attackers were in my chain of command. So I kept my mouth shut.” –  Testimony of Trina McDonald, who was 18 when she was stationed in Alaska and assaulted.
  16. 62 percent of victims who reported sexual assault experienced retaliation.
  17. “They gave him the Military Professional of the Year Award during the rape investigation.”
  18. Military victims of violent assault or rape are 6 times more likely to attempt suicide than service members and veterans who have not experienced sexual assault and rape.
  19. Estimated number of pregnancies resulting from rape in the military: Unknown
  20. In the past 25 years, more than 500,000 people have been sexually assaulted in the military.
  21. 22 years (1981-2013): the duration of the law that denied women in the military insurance coverage for abortions while they served.  Jessica Kenyon was allegedly raped while stationed in Korea.  She didn’t report the rape because she was “was trying to ‘soldier on’ and didn’t trust [her] chain of command.” She found out she’d been forcibly impregnated when a doctor told her commanding officer, who called her into his office to say she’d be charged with adultery (she was divorced, so was not charged). She could not get an abortion on base and was discharged.
  22. 79 percent of women serving in the military during the past 40 years report persistent experiences of sexual harassment.
  23. Feel “like a ho?” Question asked by Andrew Weinstein, the lawyer for one of three U.S. Naval Academy midshipmen accused of sexually assaulting a classmate. During 30 hours of grueling questioning she was also asked, “Were you wearing a bra?” “Were you wearing underwear?” and what her oral sex technique is.
  24. “The command’s attitude towards rape is why most victims don’t report rapes…The man did not get convicted even though he had raped multiple women in [military] law enforcement.”
  25. The chances of a female veteran developing PTSD are nine times more likely if she has been sexually assaulted.
  26. Veterans with PTSD linked to military sexual trauma are significantly more likely to be denied disability compensation, especially male survivors.
  27. 66: Age of man who still has to sit with his back to a wall after being raped three times, 47 years ago at Lackland Air Force Base.
  28. 48,100 women and 43,700 men who served in Iraq and Afghanistan, responding to a survey, acknowledged suffering from military sexual trauma.
  29. Heath X reported that he was gang raped, told he was lying, threatened, bullied, assaulted again and tried to commit suicide all during his first month in the service. He left, became homeless, was incarcerated and was diagnosed as suffering “intense psychological pain.” He was taken to a Naval jail, and then returned to his post where he had to serve with the “gang of molesters” that had attacked him before. He was violently assaulted before and given the day off. He faced court-martial or dishonorable discharge. He was denied benefits because he was dishonorably discharged. He was 18.
  30. “Take an aspirin and go to bed.” – Response to survivor of assault after being raped by her superior officer.
  31. 90 percent of survivors of sexual assault in the military are involuntarily discharged.
  32. 80 percent of perpetrators and those accused are discharged with honor.
  33. “Rape is part of the job description,” “jokes” a rape survivor when discussing her assaults and the environment in which they took place.
  34. Female veterans become homeless at a rate 3 to 4 times greater than civilian women, according to a 1996 study.
  35. 53 percent of a growing number of homeless female veterans have experienced military sexual trauma.
  36. “You’re probably just a little slut.” – One of many similar responses to Kate Weber’s describing being raped on a fire escape and being then pushed off, falling two stories.
  37. Studies have found that men and women handle combat stress equally well, but that military sexual trauma — avoidable and overwhelmingly inflicted by fellow soldiers — is the only factor increasing the additional risk of PTSD among women. Military Sexual Trauma is the primary source of PTSD for women, whereas combat experience is the strongest contributing factor of PTSD in men.
  38. Black female veterans report that they experience more unwanted sexual attention and sexual coercion. Veterans who are white women report higher incidences of sexual and gender-based harassment.
  39. Enlisted women report higher rates of harassment, coercion and assault than officers do. Because, we all know that rape is about accidents and sex and not entitlement and status and the opportunity they create.
  40. “If you tell anyone, I’ll tell them you’re a dyke.” – What Michelle Jones’ squad leader told her after he sexually attacked her.
  41. “Service members must report rape to their commanders. However, if their commanders take action and prove that rape occurred, they also prove a failure of their own leadership.”- Brian Lewis, who was 20 when he was raped while in the Navy.
  42. Men make up 85.5 percent of the armed forces.
  43. By the terms of the current military legal code of justice system a general’s decision to overturn a jury verdict is the final word.
  44. Men in the military academies have a markedly higher propensity to believe in stereotypical gender roles and rape myths which typically include the ideas that survivors are lying and, if telling the truth, to blame.
  45. Men make up 92.1% of top-ranked military officers.
  46. “I have never met one person who has reported a sexual assault offense and kept her career.”
  47. Kori Cioca was serving in the US Coast Guard when she was raped by a commanding officer. He also broke her jaw, leaving her with lifelong pain and serious depression. When she attempted to bring him to justice, she was informed by her commanding officer that she’d be court martial as a liar; the man, who granted that an assault happened, but said it did not include rape was restricted to his base for 30 days without pay for a short time. Maybe a book report would have been more effective.
  48. “It is hard to be a Military Sexual Trauma spouse — not hard to be with a survivor, but hard because at times I feel so helpless to the trauma.” Kori Cioca’s husband.
  49. 55: Number of senators who have not said whether they support the Military Justice Improvement Act or not.
  50. “Sleep it off.”

And there my friends is something that can accurately be labeled a SCANDAL!

Our treatment of the vets is a scandal that NO one wants to talk about….why?

Just once I would like to see a scandal be an actual scandal….not some made up crap that is political advantageous…….

Teacher Oh Teacher

Whatcha say that we move on for a couple of days……..

Last week before the world went batshit crazy over the Syria story I read an article abgout a teacher that has sex with a student….I know this is nothing new….there seems to be a teacher a month that cannot keep his/her hands off the students….but this one is just crazy…..

(Newser) – A Montana teacher found guilty of raping a troubled 14-year-old girl who later committed suicide will spend just 30 days in jail because the judge decided the girl was “older than her chronological age” and “was as much in control of the situation” as her teacher. After the girl’s suicide just before her 17th birthday made the case hard to prosecute, teacher Stacey Dean Rambold, 54, entered a deferred prosecution agreement—which he violated by missing sex offender treatment meetings and having unsupervised visits with minors, the Billings Gazette reports.

Rambold—who had previously been warned to avoid touching female students—targeted the troubled girl and violated his position of trust by beginning a sexual relationship with her, said prosecutors, who asked for a sentence of at least 20 years, with 10 suspended. His defense argued that he had already been punished enough by the loss of his career and his marriage. The girl’s mother, who testified that the relationship with Rambold was a “major factor” in her daughter’s suicide, screamed “You people suck!” after the sentence was announced.

Crazy right?  Oh but wait…there is so much more…….

(Newser) – And the honors for most provocative op-ed go to former lawyer Betsy Karasik, who argues in the Washington Post that the nation must curb its “utter hysteria” over cases involving teachers having sex with underage students: “I don’t believe that all sexual conduct between underage students and teachers should necessarily be classified as rape,” she writes, “and I believe that absent extenuating circumstances, consensual sexual activity between teachers and students should not be criminalized.” She writes that she’s not trying to defend the Montana judge under fire for his comments about a 14-year-old victim being “older than her chronological years,” but that “tarring and feathering him for attempting to articulate the context that informed his sentence will not advance this much-needed dialogue.”

Karasik does think teachers who have sex with students should be removed from their jobs at least until rehab is complete, but she also says there is “a vast and extremely nuanced continuum of sexual interactions involving teachers and students, ranging from flirtation to mutual lust to harassment to predatory behavior.” Automatic criminal proceedings that traumatize the students involved may be doing more harm than good. Click for her full column, which makes reference to a related observation from Louis CK.

Bet you thought that it was over, right?  Tee hee!

(Newser) – Looks like Montana’s Judge Todd Baugh might be better suited to a career that doesn’t involve sentencing people. After apologizing and calling himself a “blithering idiot” for remarks he made when sentencing a teacher to just 30 days for raping a 14-year-old student, Baugh has ordered a new hearing after admitting that he believes he misread state law and the teacher should have been sentenced to a minimum of two years, the Missoulian reports.

Baugh—whose remarks sparked protests and demands that he step down—says his error means the 30 days he gave 54-year-old Stacey Rambold “would be an illegal sentence,” reports NBC. The county attorney says Baugh’s order is an “unusual occurrence” and he has been working to determine whether the case can be appealed to the state’s Supreme Court. The mother of Rambold’s victim, who committed suicide before the case could go to trial, has refused to accept the judge’s apology.

Just wanted to pass this on to me peeps…it is the week end and I will take a break from crazy….well political crazy…..

A Dreadful Wedding Story

If you have ever been married then there is most likely a story that is told at every family get together…..could be humorous or embarrassing or just plain stupid……but this guy has the worst day of just about any groom I can think of…….

(Newser) – John Azabache was supposed to be getting married Friday. Instead, he ended up getting arrested for allegedly raping one of his 16-year-old students. Needless to say, the wedding was called off, but the Journal News reports that Azabache did still utter the words “I do”—when he was asked by the judge whether he understood the order of protection keeping him away from the woman he was supposed to have married that very day. (Though he will likely see her again; the AP reports that she’s on the prosecution’s witness list.) The teen’s family told Ossining, NY, police Wednesday that the girl had sex with the 31-year-old math teacher twice over the past 4 months, and by the next night guests had been informed the wedding was off.

Says the would-have-been-bride’s spitfire-of-a-grandma, 92: “He always seemed like a nice guy. You men are all alike. You stink. I hope they send him to jail forever.” The Westchester County man, who has been with the Ossining school district since 2008 but has now been “reassigned from teaching,” pleaded not guilty. His lawyer insists that the charges don’t involve “any forcible compulsion,” but rather “an alleged incident with a minor, someone who is just under 17 years old.”

What can I say?  Maybe next time spend a less time trying to get into her pants and a little more learn about her….age would be a great place to start……..

GOD Made Me Do It!

During the week I spend most of my time reading, writing and researching the various interests of mine, politics, economic and the Middle East, and to some it is all so much boring crap….but to me it gives my higher brain a chance to expand and educate…..and then there are the weekends…..this is the time I give my brain a rest and venture into the lesser intellectual world…and this week I sink into the lowest level of intellectual pursuit….SEX!

we have all been appalled with all the pedophilia associated with the Catholic Church…..condemnation from all parts of the world….but you see that the Catholic Church is not alone with sexual predators….

A leading evangelical Christian pastor has been arrested in a Rio suburb for the alleged rape of six women, including three minors, police said.

Marcos Pereira, who has been head of Brazil’s Assembly of God of the Latter Days church for the past 20 years, was detained late on Tuesday.

“He is accused of raping six women, including three under the age of 18,” police inspector Marcio Mendonca Dugubras on Wednesday.

The pastor, who made headlines by practicing collective exorcisms of drug addicts and prisoners whom he later converted in Rio jails in the 1990s, was jailed in a maximum security penitentiary in northern Rio.

Dugubras said that Pereira would tell his victims that they were possessed by the devil and therefore needed to have sex with a “holy” person.

The victims, all of them poor, consented, thinking that by doing so they “were ridding themselves” of their sins, Dugubras told reporters.

Police had been investigating the pastor for a year and said he might have raped 20 other women since 1998.

One of the victims, a member of Pereira’s church, was said to have been sexually abused from the age of 14 to 22.

Police said the pastor was also being probed for alleged involvement in drug trafficking, money laundering and homicide.

I am aways amazed at the lengths these types of ‘religious’ people will go to….in the name of God.

May I have your thoughts on this?

4 Times The Fun?

I am always searching for interesting, humorous or weird stuff to post on weekends give me and my readers a break from the mind numbing world of politics…….I also try to find enough stuff to have a theme for the weekend….sometimes I am lucky and do just that……this weekend the theme is man’s fav pastime…..SEX!

(Newser) – Police say four women weighing about 200 pounds each raped a Toronto man last month after offering him a lift home, the Toronto Star reports. Word is he met them at a downtown nightclub and accepted a ride—but they drove him only a few blocks in an SUV before turning into a parking lot and assaulting him. Police describe the women as being about 5’4″ and in their early thirties; one had a British accent and a tattoo of wings on the back of her neck, the National Post reports.

Sexual assaults by females on males are not unheard of in Toronto, a detective tells the Post. A Canadian Centre for Justice Statistics Report found in 2003 that 8% of sexual assault complainants were male, and male victims were just as likely as females to report the crime. Like women, men are often stigmatized for seeking help: “Other men will say for example, ‘Oh, he’s so lucky,’ like that was actually a positive thing when it wasn’t,” says a rape crisis expert. “I think that that just feeds into the myth that sexual violence is something the victim wants.”

I regret that when I first read this piece my mind went immediately to the crude stuff…..like hope it wasn’t a sub-compact and what was our hero doing that gave him enough energy for all four…….I know I am a pig and a pervert…..but I cannot help it.

Any thoughts?

On Penn State

I was not going to write on this issue because I knew it would piss me off and put me in a foul mood for the rest of the day…..but somethings need to be addressed whether they piss you off or not…..

By now everybody in this country have heard the story of the PSU coach who has been accused of raping little boys for years….I know most men know of it because it involves football and that is something that they must keep track of in the their lives……more so than the country that is dying slowly….but who is in the lead in the BCS is the important issue…….

Okay, it seems that this degenerate was observed raping a small boy in the college’s football showers….the person that observed it reported it to Paterno who in turn told the AD….the punishment was the keys were taken away from the man who committed the crime……and then it was swept under the president’s rug and everyone went ton their way playing football….enough done!

What crap!  For one thing Paterno like any other winning, high visible program, the head coach is king on the campus….when he speaks the president listens and then does…..I want to know how a school that has been a champion of decency could allow this to happen….and how did anyone involved in the cover up could sleep at night…..

At what point did a sports program become more important than the rape of a minor?

Paterno has lost his job…..and with the announcement the students rioted on behalf of Paterno.  Think about that!

The loss of their head coach was more important than a known pervert had raped a minor in the school’s showers….hope the parents are proud of their children.

I do not care how pumped up a person is about their school’s program…..it is NOT acceptable to condone child rape and the firing of the coach is a minor result…personally, none of that went far enough…everybody involved in the cover up to protect the school’s football program should be confined in a federal prison…NO!  That is too good for them….they should be put in general lock-up…….

This whole situation just shows where priorities are for the colleges in this country….the sports is everything……the 10 year old is NOTHING!  The students have shown just how pathetic they can be…….and the athletic departments will do anything for the cash….no matter how perverse the act is…….

I will no longer consider PSU as one of the best colleges in this country…there is nothing that they can say or do that will make people view them as anything but a pathetic institution!

Here’s a question….how many PSU students were arrested for rioting?  Now how many OWS protesters are arrested?

But She Asked To Be Raped

From the VOMITORIUM

I do not know if people have heard this story that occurred in Texas…..a 11 year old girl was gang raped by 18 boys ranging in age to the oldest described as a young adult male…..a horrendous crime under normal circumstances but a recent event to discuss the attack sank into a wealth of blaming the 11 year old for instigating the attacks…..

This from a report in the Houston Chronicle…….

A meeting Thursday night that was billed as a way to discuss concerns some have about the investigation into a series of alleged sexual assaults on an 11-year-old girl turned into a forum that many used to blame the girl police contend is the victim of heinous attacks. Many who attended the meeting said they supported the group of men and boys who have been charged in the case. Supporters didn’t claim that the men and boys did not have sex with the young girl; instead they blamed the girl for the way she dressed or claimed she must have lied about her age — accusations that have drawn strong responses from those who note an 11-year-old cannot consent to sex and that it doesn’t matter how she was dressed.

For of all…….The age of consent in Texas is 17 and ignorance of a girl’s age is not a legal defense.

And now for the most tacky part…….gang raped an 11 year old…..come on morons…..what part of that excuse of the way she was dressed is sounds the most stupid?  How can anyone defend this action?  Nobody wants to be responsible for their actions……..these males are sex offenders, rapists, and should be treated as such…there is NO defense of their actions!

Put Lipstick On A Pig

WARNING:  Some may find this post will use language that some readers may find offensive….read at your own risk……

Does anyone remember this lame attempt at humor from the McCain/Palin camp during the ’08 campaign?  Well there is a PIG that needs to be brought to light…..well, there are probably more than one, but this PIG has a special place in Info Ink Hell……and will probably get an award of some sort at year’s end…..but who am I going on about?

Debbie Schlussel….a conservative talk show host, blogger, columnist, attorney and all around C**T……..I realize that women do NOT like the term C**T…but if anyone deserves the title it is this person (and I use the term loosely)………

What could she have done that makes her so distasteful to me?

By now I am sure that most people have heard about the CBS contributor that was sexually attacked and beaten on the Friday that Mubarak split from Cairo….while the people of the country are sending condolences and support to the journalist……Miss Schlussel had this to say about the person and the attack…….

As I’ve noted before, it bothers me not a lick when mainstream media reporters who keep telling us Muslims and Islam are peaceful get a taste of just how “peaceful” Muslims and Islam really are. In fact, it kinda warms my heart.

… How fitting that Lara Logan was “liberated” by Muslims in Liberation Square while she was gushing over the other part of the “liberation.”

Hope you’re enjoying the revolution, Lara! Alhamdilllullah [praise allah].

Up until this point I had not heard of this PIG and I can see why…..she is a C**T!  There are some on the Right that will listen to this rant and find some truth in her words….to those people I say…..F**K YOU!  There is nothing in her words but the ramblings of a low class, bitter and an unfeeling C**T……..even lipstick will NOT improve this PIG!

Rape By Any Other Name………

From the VOMITORIUM

My friend Terrant over at “My Corner To Vent” (blogroll will get you his site….go and enjoy) had a post on the HR3 bill in the House about the Fed funding of abortion….that the GOP is trying to redefine the meaning of the word rape….the wording is a bit obfuscated…….

‘The limitations established in sections 301, 302, 303, and 304 shall not apply to an abortion—
‘(1) if the pregnancy occurred because the pregnant female was the subject of an act of forcible rape or, if a minor, an act of incest;‘(2) in the case where the pregnant female suffers from a physical disorder, physical injury, or physical illness that would, as certified by a physician, place the pregnant female in danger of death unless an abortion is performed, including a life-endangering physical condition caused by or arising from the pregnancy itself.

But there is more…..this is from an actual case of rape…..as reported by Tracey Moore of Nashville Scene…..

But wait! How do you prove you’ve been forcibly raped? With your untested rape kit? A doctor’s note? A testimony before John Boehner? A walk of shame? Or a conviction in a court of law, which must obviously take place in time for you to terminate the pregnancy?

Worth contemplating:

One illustrative example: There was a rape case where a woman was physically thrown onto a mattress by her assailant, and in order to “prove” that physically forcing someone onto a mattress was not force, the defendant had to somehow argue that she wasn’t thrown hard enough. The question was raised of whether she bounced, when she hit the mattress. And in this case, the fact that the woman said “no” had already been admitted by the accused. The “no” wasn’t enough, and the fact that she was thrown onto the mattress wasn’t enough: She had to bounce off the mattress, for this to constitute either “rape” or “force.” The “did she bounce” standard — that is, essentially, what we’re requiring when we require “force” in order to define rape. That particular rapist walked free. He was initially convicted, but the case was overturned by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. On the basis of “did she bounce.” And this happened in 1994.

Where will they draw the line?  And why is the control of a women’s vagina an important issue?  And why are babies important to the GOP until they are born…..then they are those people seeking free rides…..when is the GOP going to get serious about the running of the country?  So many questions and not one Repub with an answer…….your vote was well placed you idiots!

All this attention to abortion and the Health care reform act……..and NOTHING about jobs and the economy……and they say Obama does not have a clue…..looks like the pot calling the kettle black (no offense intended)……
