2010 Anal-Ocity #13

I always enjoy it when someone, anyone makes a comment, anal or otherwise that flies in the face of the Constitution……this time it was yet another Repub, Rep. Duncan L. hunter of California….not that Duncan Hunter but rather his son….apples do not fall far from the tree, huh?

“Would you support deportation of natural-born American citizens that are the children of illegal aliens,” Hunter was asked. “I would have to, yes,” Hunter said. “… We simply cannot afford what we’re doing right now,” he said. “… It takes more than just walking across the border to become an American citizen. It’s what’s in our souls. …”

Repubs seem to be the ones that yell the loudest about things are unconstitutional and yet it appears that they seldom know what the document says……let me help:

14th Amendment of the US Constitution:

Section 1.
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

May I suggest that people read and understand the Constitution before you open your idiot mouths……I expect more out of a group that pretends to care so deeply about the Constitution…….

The South Does It Again!

In the last election that brought Obama to the forefront of the world, his opponent Sen McCain did poorly throughout the country with the exception of the South, where the vote was divided down racial lines.

Back then it was analyzed to death but few really talked about it a a race issue, more like that Obama was too liberal for the mostly conservative South…..made good press but it was total BS!

I wrote about it then and was laughed at, but I said then and I say now that it was because Obama was an African-American had little to do with his liberal views.  The tale going around now is that the Repubs are a party of rural whites, mostly in the South…that is accurate.

But all that is old news…..but there is some more evidence of the racists in the South.  I live in the South and I can say that my intervbiews and analysis has shown that racism is NOT dead in the South.

As I have said there is more evidence of it…..the Birthers have jumped all over the citizenship thing, but beyond that the place that it has gotten the most traction is….you guessed it…the South.

A poll recently taken on whether the Birthers haver it right found that 23% said they believed he is not a citizen and 30% say thay do not know for sure.  That is 58% of the people either say no or they are not sure.  Of the other regions polled the South had the largest percentage that answered in the two ways.

I did not see a breakdown by age but if I had to guess I would saw that the people in the older brackets are the ones that say no or not sure.  This group, at least where I live, still hold the blacks as they were in the 50’s and early 60’s.

Racism is NOT dead in the South, the bigots just find  ways to talk about it without sounding like a racist….but a racist by any other name is still a……RACIST!

I Hate A Coward!

I state it again…”I HATE A COWARD!”

But where are the cowards you ask?  That is really simple….

The “Birther” people are cowards…why?  They have locked onto something that has no relevancy whatsoever…..they are hiding behind some made up BS to hide the fact that they are RACISTS.  They are cowards because they hide behind something trivial, instead of being a man/woman and admit that they are nothing but racists.

More cowards….Blue Dog Dems…they hide behind some made up BS to oppose health care on the premise that it is too expensive…but these same “people” and I use the term loosely, are the ones that helped authorize cash for two wars without much opposition…so I guess it is somehow okay with them to send Americans to die but not help them live longer and healthier.  Their opposition has made the coalition a bunch of money..go figure.

The media is a coward because they allow such BS as funerals, arguments and car crashes and moronic politicians that have the IQ of a turnip to dominate national news.  It is easier than reporting on war deaths or deaths because of no health care or energy that is killing Americans….on and on…..we have more serious problems than what goes for major news stories.  The media is a coward…plain and simple.

There are more cowards…..governors who run and win office, that is a contract with the people of the state, and then resign to pursue a personal agenda….that is cowardice.

The there is a party of cowards, at least in a leadership position, that does nothing but attack and attack all issue proposals and offer the people nothing as an alternate…that is a coward….a mental midget of a coward.  They become a party of NO…no alternatives, no positions, no policy…..a party of NO… . .That is a coward’s way of governing.

Okay dipsticks….enough is more than enough!

I cannot believe the BS flying around about the citizenship of Obama…..I have a page entitled Rational Ignorance Effect, but these morons take the word “stupid” to new heights.  I understand the crazies on the right that have this lack of knowledge and want to believe the BS, but we now have people like The Rush, Liz Cheney, CNN’s Lou Dobbs and now we have 9 Congress people that have jumped on this bandwagon.  Why?

The more this plays the more it is looking like the GOP is playing and feeding these whackos for their own advancement.  I understand the old white guy from Alabama, Sen. Shelby, he probably still living in the pre-civil rights days.

Obama’s birth certificate has been published in many places….but it looks like that the people are most upset because of the two lines that state mother–Caucasian and father African…they can justify this any way they choose…but it is still the fact that Obama is an African-American that has them the most upset.

John McCain was born in Panama and that is no question of his citizenship …but he is white…what do I mean by that?  Would these same questions be asked of Clinton or Reagan or Bush under similar circumstances?  Of course, they would not be…why?  The are WHITE!

All this uproar is nothing more than an ugly political game been used by the Extreme Right to divide the people and feed the last remnants of racism….you have noticed that most of the people that are questioning Obama on this are old and mostly white…..how obvious must it get?

This Is Just Pathetic!

I heard of this and I tried to ignore it for as long as I could.  But thanks to the media and Conserv a/holes and their emails, I feel I must comment.

Among those filing lawsuits is Alan Keyes, who lost to Obama in the 2004 Illinois Senate race. Keyes’ lawsuit seeks to halt certification of votes in California. Another lawsuit by a Kentucky man aims to have a federal judge review Obama’s original birth certificate, which Hawaiian officials say is locked in a state vault.

Other lawsuits have been filed by Andy Martin, whose case was dismissed in Hawaii, and by an Ohio man whose case also was dismissed.

The most famous case questioning Obama’s citizenship was filed in Pennsylvania in August on behalf of Philip J Berg and sought to enjoin the Democratic National Committee from nominating Obama. The Supreme Court declined to accept the case. Earlier, a federal judge rejected it for “lack of standing”, ruling that Berg had no legal right to sue.

In cases like these, judges sometimes believe the matter is best left to political institutions, such as the Electoral College or Congress, said legal scholar Eugene Volokh of the University of California at Los Angeles.

The remaining case with the highest profile is Donofrio v Wells. Since it was distributed by Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas to other justices for conference, the case gained undue importance for people unschooled in how the court works, Volokh said.

Is it about time for these morons to return to their holes and go back to sleep….Enough is Enough!  This is wasting the time and money of the courts.  OKay let them continue and if it is not resolved in their favor they pay ALL court expenses.  And in return, they will be shown to be in error and subject to a hefty fine for wasting the time of the courts.  Sour grapes is one thing–moronic bullshit is another…may I suggest to those involved in these lawsuits….if your IQ ever reaches 100 I would sell and take the beating.

Please let the country and courts return to sanity and let them focus on “real” problems that the people are facing.
