Sad News

My son-in-law passed away last night he was 50 years old…..he went peacefully in his chair in front of the TV…..so IST will be posting what drafts I have so that I can be with my daughter and granddaughter in the time of need.

The family is spread over the entire South and my daughter is a basket case….so she will need a rock to learn on….

I will return as soon as possible.

R.I.P. Philip…..

  1. My condolences, chuq. 50 is no age to die suddenly like that. At least he was at home, but that’s small comfort to your grieving daughter.
Take time with your family, we will all be here.
    Best wishes, Pete.

  2. I am very sorry for your loss.
Please do not concern yourself with us – family first and always!

  3. So very sorry for your loss. I know it is a cliche, but In Deepest Sympathy.

  4. What can I say?
    What can I do?

    Your daughter lost her husband.
    Your grandaughter her father.
    And you, a son-in-law.

Someone you all love and cherish passes away so suddenly.

    In utter disbelieve:
How can everyone just go on with their lives?
Immense pain has come into your lives.

My heartfelt condolances for you all.

  5. I’m terribly sorry to hear about your loss. Peace be with you and the family.

  6. I feel for you all!
    For your granddaughter even more.

In 1991 my father died suddenly.

One moment he was alive, the next moment he was gone.

Words can’t express how that feels.

Would you be so kind to tell your granddaughter that my heart goes out to her.

  7. So sorry to hear of your loss Chuq. My sincere condolences to your whole family and may the eternal light shine upon your son in law always. RIP

  8. I feel bad that I missed this and was unable to offer condolences and hugs when your news first came out. I hope my words offered on the 28th help. Your daughter definitely needed family to get through this time, and I’m glad you were able to be there for her.
