There have been situations that point to the fact that racism may not be as low key as we once thought……I know some thought with the election of Obama that we could put a lot of the racist horseshit behind us……HA!

Then there is Ferguson and other cities where an inordinate amount of blacks are being killed in what seems like senseless killings…..and then there is the argument on the amount of Blacks disproportionally incarcerated……..all point to a problem within the society…(I am sure that some of my more vocal TROLLS will disagree)………

We all heard the news of the racists frat brats on some bus trip and the video that has surfaced……there is a twist in this news story……

The fraternity whose racist chant brought national scorn and ridicule to the University of Oklahoma plans to sue the university. The newly hired attorney for Sigma Alpha Epsilon tells KFOR that the school unfairly damaged the reputations of all SAE members when it shut down the frat house after the incident. Stephen Jones—described by NBC News as a “maverick attorney” best known for defending Timothy McVeigh—adds that the two students expelled over the chant aren’t racists but merely “lacked judgment in a social setting,” in the words of KFOR. Jones doesn’t represent those two, notes KOCO.

“Obviously there are issues about First Amendment rights, due process, and real estate issues, but we’re still gathering documents,” says Jones. NBC notes a small-world aspect to the litigation: Jones once unsuccessfully ran for the Senate against incumbent David Boren but got trounced. Boren is now OU president and the man who handed down the punishment to SAE.

WAIT!  WAIT!  So it is the news that is racist and not the little pricks that actually carried out the insults?  So it is NOT their fault that they sang this racist song?  These guys were leading a song that they knew was a racist one…..or maybe their parents should ask for their money back on their education….apparently it is wasted money.
