Ben Carson: Wrong For The USA

Since the starting gun for the “Silly Season” has been fired….I will take that and run with it…….let the ignorance begin.

First let me say….and I will probably get some grief from the conservs that will support him, in the last couple of election cycles the GOP has been trotting out black candidates with the hope to dis-spell the dialog that they are losing ALL support in the African-American communities……remember Herman Cain?

For the 2016 season they will trot out Ben Carson as a viable candidate just as they did with Cain…..and like Cain he will be nothing but a diversion to keep the media busy typing their asses off…..

Carson is a doctor of some sort and one would think that he would be a bit more knowledgeable on affairs…….anyway he is forming an exploratory committee about the viability of his candidacy…….the first step to a run……

Like Cain he wasted NO time coming out of the gate with moronic statements……….

After announcing the formation of an exploratory committee for his likely presidential campaign, Ben Carson appeared on CNN’s “New Day” this morning, where he outlined his view that homosexuality is “absolutely” a choice.

“A lot of people who go into prison go into prison straight and when they come out, they’re gay,” Carson said. “Did something happen while they were in there? Ask yourself that question.”

As Carson sees it, gay people are trying “to impose their lifestyle on everyone else,” and it is up to Carson to speak up against them. In a 2013 interview with Sean Hannity of Fox News, he even went so far as to group gay people with people who want to have sex with children and animals.

I am guessing that he also thinks that a woman that is raped was done so because of the clothes she wore……
He is NOT a viable candidate and he will be devoured in any debates that he may choose to enter……a vote for him will be a vote for ignorance and stupidity.  PERIOD!

Yep….once again I found a piece written by a conservative that I found to be insightful and well written…(hint:  not a Tea Party member)……yesterday BiBi gave a brilliant performance, according to the trolls we have serving in Congress, he hit all the same high points he has been hitting since 1992….none of which has happened but I guess if you keep lying for long enough some of it will eventually come true……

The truth is that BiBi does NOT speak for the powerful Jewish Lobby in this country…..he is doing more damage to the relationship than good…..

Let The “Silly Season” Begin

A presidential election is approaching and as usual, at least for the last couple of cycles, the “silly season” will begin…..you know what I speak of…..the endless, mindless absurd stories about the different candidate….like this one is gay or that one is a socialist or ….well use your imagination…….most of them are total BS and out right lies…..but haters will give all these lies a life of their own…..and now the 2016 elections are upon us and the first bit of red meat is dangled for the haters to nibble upon……

I’ll bet you are wondering where this is going or just what I am going on about, right?

Hillary Clinton’s communications as secretary of the State Department may have broken the rules. She used a personal email account, the New York Times reports, and it seems she didn’t have a government one. The Federal Records Act says her emails should have been held on government servers, but her staff didn’t move to put them there, the Times notes. “It is very difficult to conceive of a scenario—short of nuclear winter—where an agency would be justified in allowing its Cabinet-level head officer to solely use a private email communications channel for the conduct of government business,” says a lawyer formerly with the National Archives and Records Administration, noting that he can’t remember another case in which a top executive-branch official opted to use only a private account.

Government emails are supposed to be available when congressional committees or journalists need them. But not until two months ago did staffers go through a trove of Clinton emails and provide 55,000 pages’ worth to the government; that came after a State Department request to former secretaries for records, a department spokeswoman tells Politico. What’s more, “personal emails are not secure,” notes a transparency advocate. Indeed, the Washington Post notes that a hacker revealed a Clinton adviser was corresponding with an address at the “clintonemail.com” domain—which was registered as Clinton’s confirmation hearings began in 2009. Meanwhile, fellow 2016 hopeful Jeb Bush released a vast collection of his own emails—he, too, used a personal email account, but the media could request information from it, the Tampa Bay Times notes. “Transparency matters. Unclassified @HillaryClinton emails should be released. You can see mine, here. jebbushemails.com,” Bush tweeted.

And the first to take the bait was Jeb…….he will not be the last…..and now a Congress that has done very little will waste more time by investigating…….that should provide the loud mouths ample opportunities to get on the evening news……

Anyone with a very elementary grasp of political Science will shake their heads at the utter stupidity of it all….others will see BIG news in this revelation.

Hide In Plain Sight

If you watch the Hitler Channel…..my bad…..the History Channel then you would have seen the atrocities that were committed by the Nazis…..but at the end of the war many of those that committed these crimes escaped to live here in the US and other countries….some of them were here with the knowledge of the US government……people like scientists and any one else that could have benefited the country in some way…….and then there were those that came here changed the names and went about hiding in plain sight.

Fast forward now to the 90’s and the wars in the Balkans……during this conflict there were many “crimes against humanity” committed by all sides….basically a lot of genocidal thinking.  I bring this up because there is a new report that says we may have people who committed these crimes right here….hiding in plain sight……

A Virginia soccer coach, Vegas casino workers, a dozen Phoenix residents: Hundreds of Bosnians living in the US may be guilty of war crimes, say American officials, and authorities are working to deport at least 150 of them, the New York Times reports. That number could climb past 600, officials tell the Times: “The more we dig, the more documents we find.” The effort was spawned by the 2004 arrest of a construction worker in Boston who was eventually convicted of crimes against humanity; that prompted officials to recognize that many with ties to war crimes during the 1990s were living in the US and doing little to hide themselves, the Times reports.

During that decade, some 120,000 Bosnian refugees sought US visas. Their applications required them to divulge their military histories—but officials didn’t do much to investigate the claims. This month, the US asked members of the global Bosnian community to offer up anything they knew about war crimes, the Times reports. Now, there are about 300 suspects, about half of whom may have been involved in the 1995 Srebrenica massacre, which saw Bosnian Serbs execute thousands of unarmed Muslims. It seems that the US is a prime place for criminals to come and do what they do best…..survive…..or to hide in plain sight.

As we celebrate Women’s History Month….I would like to show that women had more to do with the creation of modern Middle East than people realize…….

Gertrude Bell is a fascinating character…..that in my opinion was a more capable person than good old T.E. Lawrence……but since at that time was a woman and therefore not as important as the lying traitor Lawrence…..this woman’s story would make an excellent historical movie….but alas she will go down unappreciated by an ignorant world…..
