Please, A Little Sanity

WARNING:  I want to let anyone reading this that I am a bit pissed about the subject and I will be using wording that may offend others.  This post may be offensive!  Please read this post at your risk.  Thank you.

Goddammit!  It is way past time for this shit to cease!  American needs a statesman and all we have are scum sucking , bottom feeding, worthless fucking politicians.  One who claims to be a” maverick” and uses the same tactics as any other politician.  That is NOT a maverick.  Then we have a candidate that is the “change we need” and is doing nothing different than any other worthless parasite that is trying to reach the pinnacle of ego, the presidency.

Guilty by association?  This is just fucking stupid and pathetic!  Guys stop looking into the rear view mirror–stop letting consultants call the shots and please–please talk about the two crisis we have in this country.  We have two fucking wars and an economy circling the crapper–going down maybe for good.  Is that not more goddamn important than who knew who and when?  Pull your fucking head out of your worthless asses and get to doing the people’s work.

The American people deserve better than this.  They have suffered since the beginning of the country from shit eating pigs that want to run the country.  The current crop of candidates is doing nothing that suggest they will be anything different, so their claims of “change” are just that….claims nothing in their actions illustrate that there is any change in the words.  “Win at any cost” is the only words that we can depend on.

There is a wino in my neighborhood that I would vote for before any of these two would get it.  At least I know the wino would drink up my money, these guys are not that fucking reliable.  Tit for tat campaign ads is just silly.  But beyond that the absurd part is it works.  The American people will believe that because you know some asshole that did some detestable thing in the past, that it somehow makes you just as guilty of the crime.

All we should be asking from these dipshits is some sanity.  Is it too fucking much to ask that the concerns and desires of the American people be addressed and you assholes leave the petty horseshit in the crapper where it belongs? There is too much at stake for the American people to continue this line of attack.

I do not care if some  broad wears lipstick or is from po-dunk or if a candidate voice sounds like a cat being butt fucked by a skunk or his/her color or what mode of transportation they use to get to work…none of that matters!  What matters is which of the pricks will do the best job for the people of the United States.

Please–a little sanity and just shut the FUCK up!

Again if this offends anyone I apologize….but you were warned.

  1. This is brilliant! I couldn’t have ever said it better. At this point, we do need to tell it like it is, even if it comes across as “offensive.” I didn’t think you were offensive at all, just being real. I’m not all that happy with any of the candidates in this election, but I’m particularly disgusted by the McPalin campaign. I’ve never fully endorsed Obama, but he started lookin’ real good to me about a month ago. It’s all chock-full-o’-bullshit, though. And us Americans are indeed getting fucked in the ass, in the process.

  2. I couldn’t say it any better myself. I have been very frustrated with how presidential elections have been conducted for along as I could vote.

I thought that maybe for once we had someone that would stand above all of the BS (and being able to beat Hillary was a big plus) but when you take a closer look, he’s no different than all of the others.

I guess one of the problem is that taking the high road when someone attacks you is considered by many to be a sign of weakness and arrogance. So, in order to be competitive, everybody has to fling poo at each other and see what sticks.

As for the general American populace, what can I say? I used to think that our forefathers were arrogant to believe that we need the electoral college system but as I see how Joe Sixpack eats up these negative attacks, I now understand that there was wisdom in the system they created.

People who research the candidates and vote for in the best interests for the country are few and far between. Instead, most Americans don’t want to think about their choice. It is easier to find something wrong with a candidate and vote against him/her for that reason.

Some of the examples against Obama that I’ve personally encountered include he’s got a funny name, he’s a n*****, he’s a democrat (I don’t run into anti-McCain people very often). It is very seldom that I encounter someone who is against a candidate for a well thought out logical reason.

  3. Thanx Jenny–I am just thoroughly pissed at these two camps that I will vote for that wino that I mentioned….sad to say my state does not have write in right now…dammit all!

  4. Hello Terrant–thanx for the comment–and you are right about the voting thing…like I said I have tried to defend them as best I could, but I question their sanity now.

Funny my area the same reasons are given for not voting for Obama, only the race issue is not mentioned at all…but it is the only reason they would not vote for him.

Thanx guys…I do appreciate the participation.

  5. Lobotero, first, thank you for your great feedback on my blog (and for the side note addressing that other user!); and now regarding this election… yes, I’m a bit torn myself. I’m terrified of a McPalin win, but I hate having to vote for the lesser of two evils. Obama’s not “bad,” he’s simply tolerable. But it’s the same ol’ crap from the Democrats every time. The Democratic Party is so spineless, can’t take a real stand on much of anything. They’re so f*cking
“moderate” on everything. The GOP is just plain bad. I’m considering voting Green in the end, along my own party lines, even though the Green ticket isn’t all that great either.

  6. Thank you for linking my blog on your great site. I take that as a real compliment–and I truly mean that.

I should add to my last comment, that while Obama is indeed a “politician” first and foremost, I do at least believe that he’s extremely intelligent, and that he’s got integrity. But–he’s lacking in experience… and he’s got a massive ego. Lesser of two evils, I suppose…

  7. I meant to say “personal intergrity.” Politically, Obama still changes his game based on popularity. He still backs down from his principles, because he wants to win. He took back his policy on full, immediate withdrawal from Iraq, to say a “gradual withdrawal.” He and Biden are halfassing gay marriage. “We don’t support gay marriage, but we support gay couples’ rights.” Halfass!

  8. Jenny….there is no need to thank me…but I appreciate the participation and I think the more we help each other the better we can get the news out and hopefully get people thinking.

I see that you have the same infliction that I do….you cannot stop commenting…LOL….most of my post are a draft first and then posted…that way I can keep adding to them until I am happy.

The Greens may get my vote also…Nader is out of my choices…..I am a true progressive that leans large to the left, so I have not found anybody that I truly believe in completely…I know what you mean… the lesser of evils…it sucks.

I still do not see where Obama is a leftist that the media and McCain keep calling him….apparently they have changed the definition to suit the candidate.

  9. Haha! yes, I do have such an infliction! And really no need for apologies of any kind. I didn’t really expect you to add me to your blogroll, but I’m grateful that you did!
