How About Those Savings In Energy?

Donny promised the nation that he would save us peons money by lowering energy costs….and how has that worked our after a new year of promises?

Well I am still waiting for that $2 a gallon at the pump price…..but to be fair my state has one of the lowest price for gas…..but it still is not $2…

Home energy use was suppose to get cheaper but I was informed that my power bill will be $4.44 more expensive ever month….that does not sound like the cutting of my energy bill in half that I was promised….

President Donald Trump made a bold promise that he’d slash energy prices in half within 12 months of taking office during his campaign in August 2024.

“You will never have had energy so low as you will under a certain gentleman known as Donald J. Trump,” he said at a North Carolina rally.

Nearly a year into his second term, here’s what’s happening with energy costs under Trump’s administration.

Trump recently claimed at the U.N. General Assembly in September that “energy costs are down,” but data shows costs have been rising. According to the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA), retail electricity prices have gone up since 2022 and will likely continue rising through 2026. On the other hand, as of the end of August 2025, residential electricity prices jumped 6.2% compared to the last 12 months, per the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS).

Federal Reserve data shows the average household energy cost hit $280.91 in August 2025, up from $261.57 the year before. Some regions are experiencing even sharper increases. Based on EIA data, Maine, New Jersey and the District of Columbia saw residential electricity prices spike as of August 2025. Only two states have seen a slight decline in power prices: Nevada and Rhode Island.

Multiple factors are driving electricity costs up, with the growth of artificial intelligence (AI) being a major factor. A late 2024 report from the Department of Energy’s Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory found that data center energy usage has tripled for the past decade and could double or triple by 2028.

More promises that are just more lies….why do you people keep supporting this d/bag?

The only thing Donny is accomplishing is making your wallet lighter.

Dems And Their Pathetic Party

College of Political Knowledge

DNC/Democratic Party

Paper #2

I have been warning people since the 1990s about the direction the Democratic Party has taken….in essence they have become the left wing of the conservatives.

Then in the last election when the Dems were handed their asses on a platter the word came out that they would change course and become the true party of the people. (Doubtful in my mind)

Dems have given this country all the major social successes since FDR…..then why are they so impotent?

As opposition to Donald Trump’s autocratic regime has intensified — with a majority of Americans now seeing him as a dictator — it’s been widely noted that the most important difference between elected Democrats isn’t whether they’re “progressive” or “moderate,” but whether they’re willing to fight.

But behind these two distinctions there’s a more important one, the distinction between present-oriented and future-oriented behavior, which provides insight into the Democrats’ longstanding problems and how conservative Republicans have exploited them for decades — a dynamic that ultimately brought us Trump.

I’ve been perplexed for decades by this paradox: The Democratic Party has brought us every major policy advance since at least the New Deal, but is now the party most firmly wedded to status-quo, poll-tested politics. The Republican Party, while growing  increasingly radical and backward-looking, is far more focused on creating fundamental change, if only to return America to an imaginary past golden age.

https://www.salon.com/2025/05/10/why-the-democrats-are-still-stuck-in-the-past/

This is an open letter by Richard Falk to Dems and their direction….

Ever since Trump’s electoral victory in November 2024 I have been receiving multiple daily solicitations for funds to support the Democratic Party, individual Democratic candidates for Congress or State Offices, and notification of worthy campaigns on public issues such as the protection of Social Security, Medicare, and reproductive rights, as well as on voter protection in various forms. I am personally sympathetic with resistance to this perverse Republican effort to dismantle democracy and constitutional governance in the United States by taking giant steps toward legitimating autocratic rule with fascist features.

I expect many will be critical of what I write here as a diversion from attacking the main targets of concern: a White House dangerously out of control, a subjugated Republican Congressional presence, and a Supreme Court that subscribes to the subversive Trump ethos 90% of the time and is due to be further ‘packed’ in coming years. My response: failure calls for self-criticism, and criticism from an ally can be restorative, at least indirectly.

Against this background, I find myself increasingly alienated by procedural and substantive aspects of the chosen approach being taken by the Democratic Party leadership to oppose such an undesirable and dangerous set of developments in the governance of the country. On procedural issues, besides crudely reducing electoral politics to matters of raising money for electoral campaigns, giving the impression that democratic politics is little more than a continuous funding appeal. This is the overt posture of the Democratic Party establishment. I find this turn from ideas to money deeply distressing.

After their epic failure in the last election a poll was taken of dem voters and their desire….

Democratic voters overwhelmingly prefer a populist program that takes on oligarchy and corporate power over the so-called “abundance agenda” that’s all the rage among many liberals as party leaders examine why they lost the White House and Congress in 2024 and strategize about how to win them back.

That’s according to a new Demand Progress poll of 1,200 registered voters “to test the resonance of the ‘abundance agenda’ being promoted as a potential policy and political refocus for the Democratic Party.”

The poll revealed that 55.6% of all surveyed voters said they were somewhat or much more likely “to vote for a candidate for Congress or president who made the populist argument,” compared with 43.5% who said they were likelier to cast their ballot for a candidate promoting the abundance agenda.

https://www.commondreams.org/news/abundance-agenda

Those results are not overwhelmingly in favor of what they think….plus there is a lot of time for this to swing in the other direction before the next election.

Their promise of changing their evil ways were just fodder for the media and those with half a brain….they are going nuts deep into the world of dark money mimicking the GOP….the return of ‘Blue Dog democrats’….that conservative, oh my bad…centrist…Democrats that love the status quo./…they were around with Clinton ….they are the big money Dems that are just as corruptible as any Repub….

The Blue Dog Coalition, a caucus of centrist House Democrats who have repeatedly blocked their party’s major legislation, will form a new super PAC to accept donations of unlimited size, as well as a new nonprofit group that will not be required to disclose its funders. The coalition’s plans were first reported by the New York Times in an article last week about their appearance at a centrist event, dubbed WelcomeFest.

The Times said that the Blue Dogs have never previously had an independent entity that could take unlimited donations, but the Blue Dogs have long been linked to a group called Center Forward that has a “dark money” advocacy group and a super PAC that has spent millions of dollars to help elect its members. Center Forward was founded in 2010 as the think tank Blue Dog Research Forum, run by a Blue Dog Coalition co-founder, former Rep. Bud Cramer of Alabama, who still chairs Center Forward’s board. The centrist group changed its name in 2012. The Blue Dog PAC has donated at least half a million dollars to Center Forward’s super PAC over the years, according to Federal Election Commission records.

The economically-conservative Blue Dogs, whose numbers have dwindled to 10 members out of 213 House Democrats, have been feeling feisty of late. At WelcomeFest, held in D.C. on June 4 and co-sponsored by the Blue Dog PAC, three Blue Dogs appeared, including co-chair Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez of Washington, with Reps. Jared Golden of Maine, who was one of its prior co-chairs, and Adam Gray of California. WelcomeFest speakers argued that centrists should have even more control over the Democratic Party’s messaging and budgets, and made the case to sideline progressive groups like Indivisible.

The Dems have not changed from their evil ways that began with Clinton and his band of thugs.

The Progressives that are attempting to put the party back on their original intent are few and far between…..the one bright spot was when David Hogg became vice chair of the DNC and he made waves immediately calling for a change and for a challenge to the rich incumbents …..well the ‘Good Ol’ Boys Club’ within the party have successfully rid themselves of the only commonsense voice the DNC had for the coming fight.

David Hogg, the 25-year-old activist who stirred controversy within the Democratic National Committee over his plans to challenge party incumbents, has announced his resignation as vice chair after weeks of internal strife and a forced re-election vote. Hogg, a survivor of the 2018 Parkland school shooting, had been planning to use his outside group, Leaders We Deserve, to fund primary challenges against sitting Democratic lawmakers, reports the New York Times. He said he aimed to raise up to $20 million to push for “generational change” within the party, per the Times.

Hogg’s moves drew criticism from party officials, with the Hill reporting earlier this week that frustration with him had reached a “boiling point.” DNC chairman Ken Martin had tried to bar Hogg from engaging in primaries and pushed for new bylaws to prevent party leaders from such involvement. Hogg was the only officer who refused to sign a neutrality pledge regarding primaries. The situation was further complicated by a leaked audio recording from a DNC meeting, for which multiple officials blamed Hogg. A complaint about the February election that initially seated Hogg and another vice chair, Malcolm Kenyatta, led to the call for a new vote. Hogg, citing ongoing disagreements and a desire to avoid further distraction, chose not to run again.

“It’s clear that there is a fundamental disagreement about the role of a Vice Chair,” he wrote in his resignation letter, adding that the party should focus on more important matters. Party leaders, including Martin, expressed respect for Hogg’s decision. Kenyatta is now running unopposed for the male vice chair role, with new elections beginning Thursday, per Politico. Hogg’s outside group endorsed a candidate in a Virginia Democratic primary earlier this week but has not yet targeted any incumbents. The episode illustrates the internal divisions at the DNC as it tries to regroup ahead of the next election cycle.

A shame that a voice for progress has been silenced within the DNC….but that was expected since the status quo must remain….why?  Easy Dems are stuck in the past….

The party as an organization is almost entirely focused on the first three levels, with no coherent focus on the future, and thus no experienced need to reconcile present- and future-orientations. I’m not saying Democrats don’t have ideas about the future; they do. But they are forever putting new wine in old bottles, and that’s the fundamental source of the Democrats’ recurring problems, from high-level failures of issue-framing and communication to nitty-gritty organizing failures typified by the feckless abandonment of the 50-state strategy. I’ll cite some examples of how this manifests.

https://www.salon.com/2025/05/10/why-the-democrats-are-still-stuck-in-the-past/

The Dems will continue their spineless approach to government and the people they claim to represent….the winners will be the bank accounts of the candidates and the losers will be their supporters….that would be you and me.

We have enough of spectators in our system….the only thing the Dems have accomplished is their wallets have grown and they have become fat and lazy.

It is definitely time for a new Progressive Party to actually go after the challenges of the nation….but will they ever come around and see the errors of their ways?

Doubtful in my lifetime.

Any thoughts?

+++ Today I start more doctors and such so this will be all I have for today….after spending hours at the hospital I just want to relax and try to forget all the crap to come from these cancers.+++

It’s Hip! It’s New! It’s A Con!

For decades I have been writing about the 2 major parties how both are worthless and do nothing to help the people that elected them or to move the nation forward.

There  are smaller parties on the fringe but they get little to no coverage so most voters do not know about them or they are too stupid to look beyond the two that the media covers incessantly.

The announcement has been made by Elmo now that he has left Donny’s side is now in a war of accusations between the two dullards….Elmo is starting a new political party, the America Party (clever name, huh?)

On June 5, Musk posted a poll asking netizens if it was “time to create a new political party in America that actually represents the 80% in the middle.”

On June 6, he posted the results, saying, “The people have spoken. A new political party is needed in America to represent the 80% in the middle! And exactly 80% of people agree. This is fate.”

He then said that the name of the new party would be the America Party.

“I’m sorry but I just can’t stand it anymore,” wrote Musk, who was recently accused of using drug cocktails in a New York Times article.

“Shame on those who voted for it: you know you did wrong. You know it,” he continued, arguing that the bill would “massively increase the already gigantic budget deficit to $2.5 trillion and burden American citizens with crushingly unsustainable debt.”

(the mirror.com)

Seriously?

It’s not clear how serious Musk is about the idea of breaking with the Republican Party. Later Friday, the billionaire replied “Ok” to a person who argued “the best bang for your buck” is to get involved in GOP primaries. He also seemed to entertain a post that suggested reforming one of the main parties “from the inside out” instead of starting a third party, replying “Hmm.”

Still, Musk’s musings about starting a new political party could signal he plans to stay engaged in politics, and may try to challenge Mr. Trump’s influence.

The man that helped propel the idiot we have now as president and now he wants to help the very people that he and his butt buddy (past tense) began screwing on 20 January….and now he has seen the light and he will work tireless for the 80% of the American people?

Do you believe this?

Are you stoned?

Nothing about this d/bag illustrates he haws any knowledge or care for the peons he is pretending to represent with his new party.

Just what we need yet another conservative party to ‘help’ their fellow citizens.

If this becomes a reality it will be yet another massive con by Elmo and will benefit him and not the rest of us.

It’s a con!

On Day One

Our new fearless leader made lots of promises that he would accomplish on his first day as the center of the universe…..let’s look at those promises and see what is possible…..

Donald Trump has said he wouldn’t be a dictator—”except for Day 1.” According to his own statements, he’s got a lot to do on that first day in the White House, the AP reports. Here’s a look at what Trump has said he will do in his second term and whether he can do it the moment he steps into the White House:

  • Pardon supporters who attacked the Capitol. As president, Trump can pardon anyone convicted in federal court, District of Columbia Superior Court, or in a military court-martial. He can stop the continued prosecution of rioters by telling his attorney general to stand down.
  • Make his federal criminal cases go away. Trump has said that “within two seconds” of taking office that he would fire Jack Smith, the special counsel who has been prosecuting two federal cases against him. Trump cannot pardon himself in his New York hush-money conviction, but he could seek to set it aside and stave off a prison sentence. His election interference case in Georgia will likely be the only criminal case left standing, and would probably be put on hold until the end of his term.
  • Dismantle the ‘deep state’ of government workers. Trump could strip tens of thousands of career employees of their civil service protections, so they could be more easily fired. He wants to drastically reduce the federal workforce, and “totally obliterate the deep state”—perceived enemies who, he believes, are hiding in the tens of thousands of government jobs that are not politically appointed.
  • Impose tariffs on imported goods, especially from China. Trump argues that such import taxes would keep manufacturing jobs in the US, shrink the federal deficit, and lower food prices. Trump would likely not need Congress to impose these tariffs.
  • Roll back protections for transgender students. Trump said he would roll back Biden administration Title IX changes that defined treating transgender students differently from classmates as discrimination, pledging to do so on his first day and noting he has the power to act without Congress. He’s also promised to cut federal money for any school “pushing critical race theory, transgender insanity, and other inappropriate racial, sexual or political content onto the lives of our children.”
  • Drill, drill, drill. Trump is looking to reverse climate policies aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions. With an executive order, he can roll back environmental protections, halt wind projects, scuttle Biden administration targets promoting electric cars, and abolish standards for companies to become more environmentally friendly.
  • Begin mass deportations of migrants. Trump can begin the effort the minute he arrives in office, but it’s much more complicated to actually deport the nearly 11 million people who are believed to be in the US illegally. That would require a huge, trained law enforcement force, massive detention facilities, airplanes, and nations willing to accept people. (Trump just named his “border czar.”)
  • He’s also promised to settle the war between Russia and Ukraine in one day, and he’s already spoken to the presidents of both countries.

A damn ambitious agenda for the first day….but does any of that have anything to do with making this nation great again?

I do not see a way forward.

Will he hold true to these promises?

Thoughts?

Those VA Promises

Today is Veterans Day and this will be my only post for I want to spend time remembering fallen comrades and looking back on my time in service to my country.

21+ Happy Veterans Day Pictures 2021 to Color & Draw for Facebook - Veterans Day 2021

Since my days in the Army there have been a wealth of promises to our veterans…..so far most of them have not come about…..and the Biden admin is no different…..we have new promises to do something…..

Denis McDonough was part of President Barack Obama’s administration when officials began a high-profile push to solve the problems of veterans homelessness, suicide and toxic exposure illnesses.

Now, a decade later and serving as the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, McDonough acknowledges the frustration that the topics are still at the top of his agency’s to-do list.

“I’m not asking anybody for the benefit of doubt. Talk is cheap, full stop,” he said.

“I think I have a pretty good understanding of how to get things done. I think we’re out of the block strong. But again, I’m not asking for any benefit of the doubt. I understand we need to execute on this, and that’s what we intend to do.”

Department officials in August announced that for the first time, some veterans exposed to harmful burn pit smoke while serving in overseas war zones will get presumptive disability benefits, a move that could speed up help for tens of thousands of veterans of the most recent wars.

https://www.militarytimes.com/veterans/2021/11/09/va-secretary-promises-quicker-action-on-burn-pit-benefits-veteran-suicide/

This is strong talk….but vets have had a wealth of strong talk and yet nothing has changed for our many veterans.

I doubt that this will not change a thing….I hope I am mistaken…..

Please find the time to remember our fallen heroes….

Biden’s Broken Promises

I know it is early in Biden’s presidency….but he made so many promises to us voters and I think we need to look at his agenda so far…..

And Biden is NOT alone….most Dems in Congress are abandoning us mere peasants as they always do after the vote.

First it was the minimum wage. Then student loans. Then the $300 weekly unemployment benefit. Then ditching the God-awful Trump tax cuts for billionaires. There was also the public option. Biden sure was racking up a lot of things he wouldn’t fight for, and guess what they all share? They’re all things working people care about – vitally.

Biden and the Dems may figure they can abandon workers, because who will they turn to? Ignominious Trump? The would-be Republican Reich devoted to worker destruction? Not likely. But they could stay home during the mid-terms and, even more devastatingly for Dems, in 2024. Then we’ll have a one-party autocracy, as one twitter wag put it, with giant bronze statues of Trump everywhere. Remember: Obama’s betrayal of tens of millions of workers to bail out bankers ultimately gave us Trump. And that demagogue waits in the wings. Biden’s broken promises may just give him the opening he needs.

Blaming Joe “I Just Don’t Give a Shit” Manchin for Biden’s broken promises is lame. A president like LBJ would have beaten Manchin into shape within his first few weeks of office. LBJ’s DNC would have defunded the renegade senator tout de suite. Even more pathetic is Biden hiding behind the Senate parliamentarian. When confronted with decisions from this person that they didn’t like, GOP senators earlier in the century just fired him.

Biden could have instructed his party’s senators at least to overrule the parliamentarian, when that nobody ruled against including the minimum wage in the covid relief bill. The Dems could even – oh my goodness! – have removed her. But Biden, like most Dems, doesn’t know how to play hardball. That’s because he’s got one arm tied behind his back by his Wall Street donors. Only a few Dem senators don’t. They are the only ones who display any guts when it comes to looking out for the 50 to 60 percent of Americans struggling to pay their bills, as they straggle through each week on a dicey paycheck.

Biden’s Broken Promises Spell Hard Times Ahead

We vote for this betrayal every time….thinking ‘this time it will be different’ and it NEVER is.

And since things do not improve the sheep run to the next election and give the ‘other’ party the control….and things remain the same…..

When will ever learn?

Actually I could put the voter into the file of “Can’t Fix Stupid”!

All Those Immigration Promises

I am sure that as the 2020 general kicks off then immigration will be more in the news than now…..so let’s look at the topic.

2016 election had Trump promising to end immigration and he had so many plans that he promised he would get on on day one (damn I hate that statement)…..

Does anyone remember all the promises? (Wait here for thought and an answer…..Hahahaha….like that will happen)

How many have been kept?

Yes I know he has started building a wall we do not need……but what abut the others?

Luckily you do not have to use your intellect or Google…..I have the answer ………

President Donald Trump has promised to make big changes on immigration since he was a candidate.

“The truth is our immigration system is worse than anybody ever realized,” the president said.

Among them, build a southern border wall, remove undocumented immigrants, cancel funding for sanctuary cities and other sanctuary jurisdictions, suspend immigration from certain countries, limit legal immigration, and end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program.

We’ll cover the border wall and DACA in separate stories, but here’s a closer look at some of these other promises.

“There are vast numbers of additional criminal illegal immigrants who have fled, but their days have run out in this country. The crime will stop. They’re going to be gone. It will be over,” the president said.

On the campaign trail, President Trump said he’d remove all undocumented immigrants from the U.S., especially those who had committed crimes. Pew Research estimated there were about 10.5 million undocumented immigrants in the U.S. in 2017.

https://www.newsy.com/stories/trump-has-had-a-lot-of-immigration-plans-here-s-where-they-are/

In Trump’s defense….he is NOT the only president to promise and fail to deliver…..most times it was just a way to convince people to vote for them and they never had any intention of carrying the promises forward.

Drain The Swamp!

Of all the slogans and chants from the 2016 election that one sticks out in my mind……a new face and a new call for the Swamp to be drained’

As usual this is a subject/promise that I have watched closely and even wrote about it in 2019…..https://lobotero.com/2019/10/22/drain-the-swamp-drain-the-swamp/

Sadly Trump has not drained the Swamp he is just added to it and built one of his liking…..the impeachment process has brought out all the critters in Trump’s swamp

The defense’s opening statements of Trump’s impeachment trial. Justice, however, was not one of them. Power, absolutism, corruption and denial were present, but a quest for justice certainly wasn’t, not even within the narrow confines of these stunted proceedings. The process continues in less than twenty-four hours with the likelihood that the show will continue to produce more repetition, denial and obstruction, which is how I would describe business as usual in Washington on most days. The impeachment process has just consolidated it all and put it on television. One thing I have had confirmed during my viewing is that there are a lot of lousy and overpriced attorneys who only seem smart because their clients are not.

Saturday the 25th of January the morning newspapers provided commentary on the sideshows that tend to accompany political spectacles in DC. This included coverage of remarks by the impeachment spokesperson Adam “Don Quixote” Schiff in which he referred to GOP heads ending up on a pike if they opposed Trump. Two Republican senators–Collins of Maine and Murkowski of Alaska–objected to that characterization. I think their objections had to do with the GOP’s inability to comprehend metaphor. Although, if heads on a pike was still a thing, I can certainly think of a few Senators whose heads would be perfect there.

The Swamp That Trump Built

I have written about this topic many times….simply the administration will change but the Swamp remains.

And the Trump swamp gets deeper by the month….and with a new election on the horizon we should hear more about something that will NEVER happen.

Change NEVER comes……reform is the best that this system can do…..and reforms are easily overturned by the next megalomaniac that inhabits the White House.

Drain The Swamp! Drain The Swamp!

Closing Thought–22Oct19

The chant rang out and the peasants danced.

One of Donald Trump’s promises in the 2016 campaign and yet another promise broken…..

Last year when Trump was asked about that damn swamp….he sai

President Trump on Thursday asserted that his administration is following through on his pledge to “drain the swamp.”

“From the day I took the oath of office, I’ve been fighting to drain the swamp, and sometimes it may not look like it, but believe me, we are draining the swamp,” Trump said during remarks at the White House about tax reform.

“And there are a lot of unhappy people,” he continued. “You can see that every day. All you have to do is turn on the news. Every time you see me hit, you know that I’m draining the swamp. And people don’t like it.”

Trump repeatedly vowed during the 2016 campaign and since taking office that he would “drain the swamp” and rid Washington, D.C., of lifelong political insiders and ethical quandaries.

(thehill.com)

Now after a couple of years the count has made the news…..

Trump’s first term, the liberal group American Bridge 21st Century has supplied the Washington Post with a list of lobbyists on Team Trump, and it’s formidable:

Data provided to The Post … identifies over 350 individuals who’ve worked as lobbyists who currently work in the administration, have worked in it or have been nominated to serve in Trump’s administration. Cumulatively, they’ve represented more than 2,800 companies at one point or another, according to lobbying registration documents. Nearly 200 of them now served or have been nominated to serve in divisions of government that they once lobbied.

Most of these people are not as famous (or infamous) as, say, the former oil industry shill and coal lobbyist who have serially run the Environmental Protection Agency under Trump. But 350 ex-lobbyists represent a lot of special interests. And their greatest concentration, the Post notes, is in the Executive Office of the President, where 47 ex-lobbyists toil to set policy for the entire federal government.

http://nymag.com/intelligencer/2019/03/350-lobbyists-swimming-in-trumps-swamp.html

That was in 2018…and more recently another tally of the Swamp in thew Trump White House..

…his administration has hired a lobbyist for every 14 political appointments made, welcoming a total of 281 lobbyists on board, a ProPublica and Columbia Journalism Investigations analysis shows.

With a combination of weakened rules and loose enforcement easing the transition to government and back to K Street, Trump’s swamp is anything but drained. The number of lobbyists who have served in government jobs is four times more than the Obama administration had six years into office. And former lobbyists serving Trump are often involved in regulating the industries they worked for.

https://www.propublica.org/article/we-found-a-staggering-281-lobbyists-whove-worked-in-the-trump-administration

Did you understand the statement?  The Trump admin has hired one lobbysist for every 14 appointees ……think about that!

That drain promised is not even a trickle….another campaign promise to the American people broken.

How many promises need to be broken before his base realizes he is an outright LIAR?  That he is only looking out for himself….not the country.

Another Brick In The Wall

Can you hear Pink Floyd?  Close your eyes…it’s there.

Well that is not what this is about……it is all about that wall that has been wanted by Trump…..first promise was that Mexico would build it, then it was a threat to shut down government if he, Trump, did not get the money for his wall, then a memo to cabinet members telling them to look for unused funds for the wall……none of these waffles have given him, Trump, what he wants…..”that big beautiful border wall”……

Now we have the next “brick ” in Trump’s wall song…….

President Donald Trump has repeatedly threatened to shut down the government over funding for his border wall. But as the question of money for his campaign proposal once again roils Congress, one man thinks he may have found a solution: Crowd-funding.

Brian Kolfage, a 37-year-old Florida resident who was severely wounded in the Iraq war, has started a GoFundMe campaign to complete Trump’s signature pledge. The campaign has raised over $2 million in the three days since it started, with an overall goal of $1 billion.

https://www.politico.com/story/2018/12/19/trump-border-wall-gofundme-campaign-1070788

Who will fund the wall this time?

Will the raised funds actually go for a wall or will they fall into the abyss of of other Trump charities and Foundation stuff?

Mexico?  Russia even?  Or just gullible ignorant Americans that fell for the BS the first time?
