Another week of total crap falling from the mouth of Donny and the Toads that work for him.
There was the assassination attempt and Donny hides in a caterer’s truck….the plot was discovered by Israel….(if you believe that then I have a bridge for sale)….
He argued recent national security threats suggest the project must proceed without delay, as the ballroom is also set to include a below-ground military complex and a drone port.
“President Trump has been the target of a growing number of recent assassination attempts,” the solicitor general wrote in his appeal, citing the July 8 “threat of a missile attack against Air Force One” and other previously reported incidents.
This admission follows a report from The Washington Post this week, which revealed that the president was covertly transferred from the old Air Force One plane to an alternate aircraft via a catering truck due to a threat from Iran in July.
Seriously? The Israel thing was a fake and now it is because of his gaudy ballroom? How stupid do they think we are?

In yet another remark that triggered alarm around the world, President Donald Trump said Friday that he planned to declare the Strait of Hormuz—which Iran has blockaded for much of the past five months over his and Israel’s illegal war—a US territory.
Just two days after the latest inflation figures demonstrated, in the words of one expert, “Trump’s catastrophic mismanagement of our economy,” the president ignored the economic fallout from his war, which led Iran to restrict ship traffic through the strait, driving up fuel prices worldwide.

Trump admitted that gasoline has soared due to his war, but said: “For you to pay a tiny little bit more for your gasoline, just remember, you’re doing it so that a very evil country cannot have a—a country, really it’s the No. 1 state sponsor of terror in the world—we don’t want to have them have a nuclear weapon. So, remember that when you have to pay a little bit more, you’re at $4, it’s OK. I’ll never apologize. I did the right thing.”

An investigation has uncovered how one of President Donald Trump’s top priorities was made to look more popular by getting an artificial boost from people who had died.
More than 12,000 comments submitted to the Department of Labor in support of a plan that would fulfill Trump’s executive order expanding Americans’ retirement investments into private equity and crypto appear to have been manufactured to create the illusion of grassroots support, according to a Bloomberg report.
The submissions were devoid of personal details, such as signatures, and showed little variation in language, according to Bloomberg. Nor did they include a city, state, or email address, information included in nearly all 30,000 comments opposing the plan.
Most damning of all, some of the supposed supporters of the Trump-backed measure were no longer alive.

ICE will get a new way to abuse protesters….
The next tool in ICE’s enforcement kit may be a pair of gloves that double as a hidden stun device, the Guardian reports. The agency plans to spend up to $20 million on thousands of “GLOVE” units—electrified gloves made by Kentucky-based Compliant Technologies—by March, according to a Homeland Security notice. The gear works like standard patrol gloves until an officer flips a switch, allowing them to deliver a sharp electric jolt when pressed directly against a person’s skin. The name stands for Generated Low Output Voltage Emitter. Some jails and police departments already use them, the AP reports.
Supporters say the short, bee-sting-like shock can quickly gain compliance and avoid visible injuries. The Hill, citing KFOR, reports the device is similar to a Taser but not as high in voltage. But civil rights advocates, including the ACLU, warn that arming ICE agents with a nearly invisible pain-delivery tool invites abuse, especially amid ongoing criticism of the agency’s use of force. The manufacturer says the gloves shouldn’t be used as punishment for mere “verbal defiance or belligerence,” nor should they be used on vulnerable people including those who are pregnant, elderly, disabled, or children.

Military families expressing concerns about their loved ones aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln received a blunt public response on Friday from President Trump. Asked by journalists about reports that relatives are worried about deteriorating conditions on the aircraft carrier—deployed in the Arabian Sea since November—Trump cut off the question with, “No, they’re not,” the Washington Post reports. He added that the ship is either on the move or will be “very shortly” and will be swapped out with “a very similar ship”; the USS George Washington is on its way to relieve the Lincoln.
Pressed on whether the nearly nine-month deployment is too long, Trump replied it was “not nearly long enough.” Families have described food shortages, moldy showers, water problems, broken toilets, and mail delays that keep care packages from arriving. The Navy Times and Stars and Stripes have reported on suicide attempts. The Navy has not publicly detailed any corrective measures in response to the complaints. Democratic Rep. Jason Crow, who served three tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, criticized Trump’s comments in a post on X, per the AP. “President Trump does not care about our servicemembers or their families,” Crow wrote. Democratic and Republican lawmakers want an investigation of the conditions aboard the Lincoln, per Axios.
Spoken like someone who has no idea what it is like in long deployments and yet he still says he supports our amazing troops….hogwash (is the most polite term I could think of)….
Donny finally concedes on the Pool fiasco (sort of)….
President Trump is now allowing that the Reflecting Pool mess wasn’t solely the work of supposed vandals. After weeks of insisting that someone tore the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool’s blue lining, Trump said Sunday that “some contractor error” from rushing the renovation for a July 4 opening also played a role in the damage, the New York Times reports. After the contractor began work earlier this year, the liner began to peel and an algae outbreak turned the water green.
Prosecutors had charged at least seven people, including former Olympian David Hearn, before dropping some cases. Trump still did not let his vandalism claim drop, per ABC News. “There was substantial other damage to the Reflecting Pool, also but, unfortunately, there is no video or proof, other than the damage, itself,” he posted Sunday on social media. The pool remains drained, though Trump said it will reopen “shortly.” Hearn’s lawyers said Monday they’re “reviewing all legal remedies” for what they described as “continued harassment.”
