In case you are still nursing that hangover from the parties you attended and missed the news of the US attack on Venezuela…..
After months of jerking off at the mouth Donny has instigated an attack on Venezuela….
The United States hit Venezuela with a “large-scale strike” early Saturday and said its president, Nicolás Maduro, had been captured and flown out of the country after months of stepped-up pressure by Washington—an extraordinary nighttime operation announced by President Trump on social media hours after the attack. Multiple explosions rang out and low-flying aircraft swept through Caracas, the capital, as Maduro’s government immediately accused the United States of attacking civilian and military installations, reports the AP. The Venezuelan government called it an “imperialist attack” and urged citizens to take to the streets.
It was not immediately clear who was running the country, and Maduro’s whereabouts were not immediately known. Trump announced the developments on Truth Social shortly after 4:30am ET. Under Venezuelan law the vice president, Delcy Rodríguez, would take power. There was no confirmation that had happened, though she did issue a statement after the strike. “We do not know the whereabouts of President Nicolás Maduro and First Lady Cilia Flores,” Rodriguez said. “We demand proof of life.” Maduro, Trump said, “has been, along with his wife, captured and flown out of the Country. This operation was done in conjunction with U.S. Law Enforcement. Details to follow.” He set a news conference for 11am Saturday at Mar-a-Lago.
The explosions in Caracas, Venezuela’s capital, early on the third day of 2026—at least seven blasts—sent people rushing into the streets, while others took to social media to report hearing and seeing the explosions. It was not immediately clear if there were casualties on either side. The attack itself lasted less than 30 minutes and it was unclear if more actions lay ahead, though Trump said in his post that the strikes were carried out “successfully.” It was not clear if the US Congress had been officially notified of the strikes.
Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, posted on X that he had spoken with Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who briefed him on the strike. Rubio told Lee that Maduro “has been arrested by US personnel to stand trial on criminal charges in the United States.” Maduro was indicted in March 2020 on “narco-terrorism” conspiracy charges in the Southern District of New York. Deputy Secretary of State Christopher Landau said the military action and seizure of Maduro marks “a new dawn for Venezuela,” saying that “the tyrant is gone.” His boss, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, reposted a post from July that said Maduro “is NOT the President of Venezuela and his regime is NOT the legitimate government.” President Javier Milei of Argentina praised the claim that Maduro had been captured with a political slogan he often deploys to celebrate right-wing advances: “Long live freedom, dammit!”
Not clear who will run the country? Donny has an answer….
Speaking hours after the military struck Caracas and seized President Nicolás Maduro, President Trump announced the US will take control of Venezuela. “We are going to run the country. But till such time as we can do a safe, proper and judicious transition,” Trump said Saturday at his home in Florida, flanked by Cabinet members and the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores, are headed to New York on the USS Iwo Jima, Trump said, to be tried on drug and weapons charges, the Washington Post reports. Trump did not specify whether American troops would be deployed as an occupying force but said, “We’re not afraid of boots on the ground.”
Repeatedly during his remarks in Florida, Trump brought up Venezuela’s oil. His explanations for the US military buildup in the region and threats to Maduro’s government have shifted, ABC News points out, but oil often has been included. On Saturday, Trump talked about having US oil companies make Venezuela’s energy infrastructure, per the Times. “We’ll have the greatest oil companies in the world go in and invest billions,” he said. At one point, he said the US would have a “presence in Venezuela as it pertains to oil,” per the Times. Asked whether running another country is in line with his “America First” agenda, Trump said, “I think it is” and talked about the need for oil and other energy. Venezuela has about 17% of the globe’s oil reserves. The US will sell “large amounts” of those reserves to other countries, he said, per the AP.
And there is your answer from the horse’s ass….if you want to know about the reason behind this act….”we will sell ‘large amounts’….who is we and who gets the cash?
This smells a lot like Iraq 2.0…..
So now Donny in control can fuck up another country…..does this now mean the War on Drugs has been won? (HAHAHA Sorry I could not say that with a straight face)
In the immortal words of Yogi Berra….”It ain’t over ’til it’s over”…..after months of threatening other nations what can we expect?
After the U.S. bombed Venezuela in the middle of the night and abducted its president, Nicolas Maduro, President Donald Trump warned that more attacks could be on the way in the region.
Trump hinted at a future conflict with Mexico in particular in an interview with Fox News Saturday morning.
“Your vice president, JD Vance, said that the message is pretty clear: that drug trafficking must stop. So was this operation a message that you’re sending to Mexico, to Claudia Sheinbaum, the president there?” Fox’s Griff Jenkins asked.
“Well, it wasn’t meant to be, we’re very friendly with her, she’s a good woman,” Trump began. “But the cartels are running Mexico. She’s not running Mexico.”
“We could be politically correct and be nice and say, ‘Oh, yes, she is.’ No, no. She’s very, you know, she’s very frightened of the cartels. They’re running Mexico. And I’ve asked her numerous times, ‘Would you like us to take out the cartels?’ … Something is gonna have to be done with Mexico.”

He is not done yet….
President Donald Trump warned Friday that, if Iranian authorities kill civilians taking part in a growing protest movement, then the U.S. will “come to their rescue.”
“We are locked and loaded and ready to go,” Trump said in an early morning post on Truth Social.
The apparent threat to attack Iran comes just days after Trump met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who urged the U.S. to back a second round of airstrikes against Iran, following a series of U.S. and Israeli bombings last June. Trump appeared open to the suggestion, promising in a press conference to “knock the hell out of” Iran if it rebuilds its missile capabilities.
The latest comments could further inflame a growing protest movement in Iran. In recent days, Iranians have taken to the streets in response to the country’s economic struggles, which have sparked a “crushing cost-of-living crisis,” according to Sina Toossi of the Center for International Policy. (Economic analysts say the key drivers of this crisis are government mismanagement and punishing U.S. sanctions.) As the movement has spread across the country, some protestors have started using openly anti-government slogans in addition to chants about economic distress.

Little Pathetic Marco has weighed in and basically threatened Cuba….what a loser twat!
I even saw a piece that said Donny thinks he should get some of the $50 million reward for Maduro’s capture…..greedy little man.
Peace President my wrinkled old ass!
He had to do something to give the stupid something to take their small minds off of their dwindling cash reserves.
Stay tuned….I am sure there will be lots more for me to write about….
I Read, I Write, You Know
“lego ergo scribo”
First Venzuela, then Colombia, then Greenland, then possibly Mexico. If the world stands by and lets him get away with all of that, Canada will be on the list too. What a start to 2026! The only hope now is that he dies soon.
Best wishes, Pete.
I keep reading these tidbits about his “mental health,” but still he plunges on ever deeper into his fantasy of becoming Leader of the World!
And emperor of the ‘New America’. I like to remember ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’, and think of modern-day America as ‘Gilead’.
We all hope that Pete. chuq
