I do not know if any of you remember the docu-series about WW2 by the same name…..but in today’s world it is a title that is becoming more and more true……AGAIN!

After looking at the situations I thought that the area around the Black Sea and Southern Caucuses would be that location…….(Check out the map)……
I may be partially correct for the situation between Azerbaijan and Armenia seems to be a bit hostile these days…….
(Reuters) – At least three Armenian soldiers were killed and four wounded in clashes with troops from Azerbaijan on Thursday near the breakaway Nagorno-Karabakh region, but the two sides gave conflicting death tolls and disputed who was to blame.
Nagorno-Karabakh lies inside Azerbaijan but is controlled by its majority ethnic Armenians and is a regular point of friction between the two neighbors, who fought a war over it in the early 1990s.
Renewed violence this year along the border area has underlined the risk of a wider conflict breaking out in the South Caucasus, which is crossed by oil and gas pipelines.
The separatist region’s defense ministry said in a statement that three Armenian soldiers had died after Azeri commandos attacked their position. “The Armenian side forced the enemy to escape after a two hour clash,” the statement said.
Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry accused separatists of triggering the confrontation and said 20 Armenian soldiers had been killed or wounded.
But will it be more than a passing report?
We have India/Pakistan killing each other over Kashmir…….we have the total all out war in Middle East and across North Africa……Ukraine v Russia………and now we have the Saudis all but invading Yemen over some sectarian squabble……..each one is possible the linchpin that could plunge the world into yet another heated conflict that would change the face of the planet.
Could this be the reset that all have dreaded over the decades….A New World Order?
Interesting. Most Americans go along with their daily lives without much of a thought about foreign affairs. We have allowed ourselves to be insulated from events that will eventually determine whether we once again send our young men and women into harm’s way for reasons not all too clear.
Most will simply see the usual road sign: CAUTION: POWER BROKERS AT WORK Then with a shrug of the shoulders they will allow their “patriotism” to be manipulated by these power brokers so they can go on with their daily consumptive habits.
Excellent…..and the media is the instrument of that control…..
The world is in such a mess, that it’s hard to keep up with it all. A constant “breaking news” on CNN and others. Terrible. I’m in the last stages of my life, and when I should have some peace, all I get is trouble a-brewing. Bah!!
At least you are caring enough to listen……I try to keep my readers up on things that may not be “breaking news”…..it is a world in transition and we need to watch it and try to cope….there is NOT much we can do other than that……chuq
I was with my sister yesterday, and, as usual, I mentioned to her about all the hell breaking loose in the world, and she didn’t know about any of it. She uses her time and thoughts for other things. I’m wondering who is the smarter sister!!

I considered it about 2 decades ago but I have ghosts in my closet and I would tell people what they NEED to hear not what they want to hear…..after I decided not to run I had a desire to take a shower for my thoughts…..LOL
