We bloggers on the Left have been bitching that NO one in the media is paying attention to the situation occurring on Wall Street…..Americans are protesting the Wall Street control of the economy and our lives….many people are tweeting about it and talking about it but the media is ignoring it for as long as possible……but finally…..Lawrence O’Donnell of MSNBC had a section in his show, the Last Word, on the antics of the police….please watch and see that the news gets out…….http://on.msnbc.com/riQN1a

Good evening Lobotero, the only reason the Corporate Media is paying attention is the issue of police brutality and police intimidation/arrests of journalists. The protest started 11 days ago. I find it sad and downright pathetic that only when violence occurs the CM pays attention.
But any press is good press I guess. Like the WI state house sit-in and the D’s that fled the state, if the protesters can hang in there long enough, the CM will have to give them their due…we can only hope.
What jerks my chain are so-called liberals bad mouthing the protest. I tried today to have a discussion on one such blog..real bunch of jerkwads. One ended up calling me a Rove plant or some crap..and I was the one defending the protest!

I know what you mean about so-called liberals…I have been fighting those pricks since the 60’s and 70’s…….all I do is tell them to get use to it because it is far from over….if they keep closing their eyes then the next riots will be nasty…..

Generally, this is unrelated to the real issue. But did you know that Lawrence O’Donnel wrote, along with Aaron Sorkin, many of the West Wing episodes? He’s a helluva writer.
