The Roof Is On Fire–Warning: Post May Be offensive!

Before I begin I would like to apologize to any readers that this post may offend.  I am angry and I have about had enough, so if four letter words disturb you–DO NOT READ THIS POST!

The roof is on fire–Let the mother fucker burn!

Am I the only person that is this angry at the way the government is playing this damn stupid bailout?  $700 billion and who has it fucking helped?  Goldman Sachs, AIG, the rest of the big corporate cocksuckers.  American people are fucking stupid!  They allow this shit to continue and they still believe that the governm,ent is working in their best interest.  Wake up stupid!  If you are not a CEO or a large financial institution, you are getting NOTHING except a good fucking and since we are so meek about it–WE DESERVE THE FUCKING WE GET!

Look at the news–AIG gets another bailout on to the one they have–AIG has another luxury week trip to a resort in Phoenix, this time.  American Express is becoming a bank so they can rip off some of the taxpayers fucking money.  The shit sucking banks, the large ones, are milking the taxpayer of everything they are worth, literally and physically.  And the best fucking part, is they, the taxpayer, know they are fucked and they smile and give them more money.

Just how fucking stupid do you have to be?  The goddamn bailout was NEVER about helping Main Street it was always about what is good for Wall Street and FUCK THE PEOPLE!  In the rush to save a parasitic system the government is acting as an agent of Wall Street not the representative of the people.  Is this what those “Founding Fathers” had in mind?  Probably since all those cocksuckers were rich assholes from the “colonies”.

Do you feel like a cheap whore?  You should!

The American people ever find their spine, they should demand that the government back off and let the mother fuckers crash and burn.  Fuck the assholes–they made their own beds–Let them lie in them for awhile.  But first Americans must find if they have the balls to stand up for what is right–My guess is they are fucking wimps and will allow this shit to continue.  You will confront some asshole that scratches you car, but are a pussy at confronting a government that is butt fucking you silly.  One person cannot do it!  It must be the people that decide when enough is enough.  Personally that time has long past!

So you think I am being a prick?  That is cool, but name me one individual family that has been helped out by the bailout……(I will give you a moment for reflection)……Nothing, huh?

American Express Wants Money

AS reported in the WSJ.  AmEx is trrying to get some of that bailout pie.

American Express Co. which is being hit by slowing consumer spending and rising defaults, is seeking roughly $3.5 billion in taxpayer-funded capital from the federal government, according to people familiar with the situation.

The card issuer is the latest company not directly hit by the housing crisis to request cash from the federal government. While retailers, car companies and others hit by the slowdown in consumer spending haven’t gotten the government money, financial firms of all kinds are getting federal bailouts.

It isn’t clear if the application under the Troubled Asset Relief Program came before or after the credit- and charge-card giant got Federal Reserve approval Monday to become a bank-holding company.

So far, 52 financial institutions have received preliminary or final approval for about $172 billion of the $250 billion available under the capital-infusion program, according to Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, a New York firm that specializes in the financial-services industry. Another 23 companies have submitted applications for an additional $4.6 billion.

Please…what is next?  The Bank of Home Depot?  National Bank of Applebees.  The greed is getting massive, they are all scrambling trying to find ways to get the taxpayers money.  I mean it is a great deal……

An Obama Dictatorship?

Ever notice the dumbest sh!t comes from the South?  This is a good one.  The Civilian Response Corps that has been talked about by both Obama and McCain, in my opinion, is not a good idea, but my writings are of a different tact than this yo-yo.

A Republican congressman from Georgia said Monday he fears that President-elect Obama will establish a Gestapo-like security force to impose a Marxist dictatorship.

“It may sound a bit crazy and off base, but the thing is, he’s the one who proposed this national security force,” Rep. Paul Broun said of Obama in an interview Monday with The Associated Press. “I’m just trying to bring attention to the fact that we may — may not, I hope not — but we may have a problem with that type of philosophy of radical socialism or Marxism.”

Broun cited a July speech by Obama that has circulated on the Internet in which the then-Democratic presidential candidate called for a civilian force to take some of the national security burden off the military.

“That’s exactly what Hitler did in Nazi Germany and it’s exactly what the Soviet Union did,” Broun said. “When he’s proposing to have a national security force that’s answering to him, that is as strong as the U.S. military, he’s showing me signs of being Marxist.”

Obama’s comments about a national security force came during a speech in Colorado in which he called for expanding the nation’s foreign service.

“We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we’ve set,” Obama said in July. “We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.”

The Obama transition team declined to comment on Broun’s remarks. But spokesman Tommy Vietor said Obama was referring in the speech to a proposal for a civilian reserve corps that could handle postwar reconstruction efforts such as rebuilding infrastructure — an idea endorsed by the Bush administration.

Broun said he believes Obama would move to ban gun ownership if he does build a national security force.

“We can’t be lulled into complacency,” Broun said. “You have to remember that Adolf Hitler was elected in a democratic Germany. I’m not comparing him to Adolf Hitler. What I’m saying is there is the potential of going down that road.”

Will Palin Run In 2012?

That is the $64 question and here is what she had to say about it on FOX News in an interview with Greta Van Susteren.

VAN SUSTEREN: I would be remiss if I didn’t ask this — 2012, you know what’s going to happen. We’re going to have a 2012.

PALIN: We are going to have a 2012. I don’t know who is going to be a part of it.

You know, I have — faith is a very big part of my life. And putting my life in my creator’s hands — this is what I always do. I’m like, OK, God, if there is an open door for me somewhere, this is what I always pray, I’m like, don’t let me miss the open door.

Show me where the open door is. Even if it’s cracked up a little bit, maybe I’ll plow right on through that and maybe prematurely plow through it, but don’t let me miss an open door.

And if there is an open door in ’12 or four years later, and if it is something that is going to be good for my family, for my state, for my nation, an opportunity for me, then I’ll plow through that door.

But I can’t predict what’s going to happen. I can’t predict what’s going to happen a day from now, much less four years from now.

VAN SUSTEREN: Would it be exciting to you?

PALIN: It would be very exciting. It would be very exciting to have an opportunity to serve in a greater capacity. But in the meantime, the state of Alaska has so much to offer this nation in terms of national security and economic prosperity because we are the wealthiest state in the nation in terms of our natural resources.

We have, within this largest state in the union, we have every resource that our country needs in order to be more self determined and more self sufficient instead of relying on foreign sources of energy.

And Alaska has it, we just need to be able to prove that up here we can do things right, ethically, responsibly. We can develop more up here, we can contribute more to the U.S.

It’s going to be win-win between our state and the lower 48 states. There is much that needs to be and can be contributed from the state of Alaska with me here at the desk in Anchorage and in Juneau as governor.

Bloomberg Gets Challenged

A new law that allows New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg to seek a third term to help the city deal with the global economic crisis is an illegal “end run” around New York voters, a lawsuit filed on Monday says.

Last week, Bloomberg signed a law increasing the term limit for elected officials to three four-year terms from two. The law runs counter to two public referendums, held in 1993 and 1996, that imposed the two-term limit.

Bloomberg, a former Wall Street trader and self-made billionaire who was elected mayor in 2001 and again in 2005, has said his financial experience would be invaluable when the city is bracing for lean times.

But in a civil rights lawsuit filed in federal court in Brooklyn, a group of elected officials and voters said that the term limits law denied voters “meaningful participation in the political process” because it overturns the two referendums by a legislative act, rather than by putting it to a public vote.

The law effectively discourages New Yorkers from voting and from participating in future voter referendums because voters can no longer be certain that their votes will count, said Norman Siegel, one of the lawyers, told reporters.

The lawsuit names Bloomberg, City Council Speaker Christine Quinn, the city Board of Elections and the board’s president, James Sampel. It seeks an injunction to stop the law from taking effect.

I believe that the law that states that a mayor could only serve two terms was voted on by the people, if so, then they should be the ones to overturn the law.  Not in some backroom filled with fat cats wanting to be in control, or shopuld I say want to remain in control?

China Joins The Bailout Ranks

Global stock markets rallied Monday after China unveiled a $586 billion stimulus package that investors hoped would help the world economy stave off a deep recession.

Beijing is the latest nation to launch a stimulus program in a bid to jump start economic growth. The U.S. pushed through a $168 billion package earlier this year and momentum is growing for lawmakers to pass a second plan.

The Chinese stimulus package includes loosening of credit restrictions, tax cuts and a massive infrastructure spending program, according to China’s Xinhua news agency.

The money will be spent over the next two years to finance several areas, including low-income housing, technological innovation and rebuilding from several disasters — namely the May 12 earthquake in Sichuan province that killed nearly 70,000 people.

The growth in China’s economy slowed for the first nine months of 2008 compared to the same period last year, officials reported in late October, but still increased by nearly 10%.

The plan was approved Sunday by the State Council.

Lobbyists Lay Low

US President-elect Barack Obama will introduce rules to restrict the role of lobbyists as he shapes his administration, says a senior official.

Transition chief John Podesta said Mr Obama would introduce “the strictest and most far reaching ethics rules of any transition team in history”.

He promised the “most open and transparent” ever handover of power.

Under the new measures, Mr Obama will not allow lobbyists actively petitioning the federal government to work with the transition, said Mr Podesta.

The guidelines will also prevent anyone who has acted as a lobbyist over the last 12 months from working on any policy area in the transition in which they had been active.

He added that anyone who works on the transition and then becomes a lobbyist will be barred from approaching the administration for 12 months in the area in which they worked.

Just how successful Obama will be is yet to be seen.  He will be taking on the powerful and the sleazy.  I wish him luck.
