Probably my biggest complaint with Obama is that, while campaigning to do the exact opposite, he seamlessly carried on the Bush2 Administration’s foreign policy. Sure, he tries hard to make the policies look better, but that’s just “market repositioning”. Other than Osama finally getting taken out (in a manner that assured his permanent silence) I don’t think much else has changed structurally. Same policy. New marketing & packaging. Hell, Bush took America out of Iraq and Obama has put it back in.
For a guy who is a complete pussy on the domestic front, Obama sure likes him some fighting on the foreign stage. Too bad it wasn’t the other way around.
I agree totally….and then there will be further continuation of Bush stuff if Clinton is elected…..that would be 20+ years with NO change in direction…..sad
