A Huge Defeat

Now that the war with Iran is officially over analysts are starting to look at it in a more clear light.

Some are saying that the US defeat is bigger than the North Vietnamese defeat….

At his second inaugural, U.S. President Donald Trump pronounced his hope “that our recent presidential election will be remembered as the greatest and most consequential election in the history of our country.” By losing his Gulf war, Trump has achieved that goal. His choice to launch a campaign against Iran was encouraged by others, but fully his own. It has led to a reversal that marks a strategic calamity far greater than the U.S. defeat in the Vietnam War.

Those are harsh words but just look at the defeat with logical eyes (now that nought to be a challenge)….

Make no mistake the US was defeated by Iran….no matter how you try to cut it the defeat stands.

  1. I’m still not sure how this is going to end. Will Bibi make Trump start it all up again? Is there still more money to be made by insider trading on oil? False flag events to make Iran appear to have broken the agreements? All out attacks by Israel on Iran without US help? Too many options still left open. And judging by the activity at the Marham and Lakenheath military airfields because of the amount of warplanes flying back and forth over my house, it still seems to be ‘bubbling on simmer’.
Plus Trump cannot dress this up as a ‘win’ for the US in any shape or form, no matter how hard he tries. Like putting lipstick on a pig, nobody is fooled.
    Best wishes, Pete.

    1. Pete that is the question….will Israel be allowed to continue its killing and stealing…..will Iran take offense? This will be the story for awhile. chuq

    2. Trump is being counseled by the “best” idiots in the nation … but his “superior” knowledge (and huge ego) about EVERYTHING is the final gauge for any and all of his decision-making. Further, when HE says it’s a “win,” all the MAGAots nod in unison.

    3. Pete, a lot of prominent politicians in Israel have already declared that they will not adhere to the terms of this agreement. They will not stop attacking Hezbollah, will not withdraw from Lebanon, and will attack any targets in Iran that they feel justified in attacking. They basically told Trump to go jump in the lake.

As for Netanyahu, he needs this war or any war to continue as long as possible because as soon as the state of emergency is over,. there’s a very good chance he’s going to be removed from office and end up in court facing long delayed corruption charges.

    1. Not as long as Israel defies humanity and keeps killing for the sake of killing and some BS from some book. chuq
