Just this past weekend a local high school had to cancel their homecoming dance because of a gun threat.
Every time there is a shooting the same lame statements are issued by politicians….for it is easier than actually doing something.

The gun problem and the mass shooting problem will never end so long as big money and gun lobbies control the national dialogue .. the crooks believe that the loss of human life is minimal as compared to the profits being made by the runaway and unrestricted sales of firearms and in this situation, the loss of human life due to gun violence gets written off as a “Cost of doing business item” and the madness goes on.

Polls show that only about 25 per cent if people in United States are in favor of a ban on gun ownership. It is possible there may be more background checks and waiting periods, but guns will be with us for a long time. In the shooting here in Georgia the parent of the shooter has been charged with murder for letting his 14 year old don have a gun. There may be more strict enforcement of minors having guns, or of felons or mentally ill people having guns, but don’t expect a total ban.
Assault type weapons do not need to be in the public’s hands. chuq
