Cards Against Humanity: Reason’s State of the Union version! – Hit & Run : Reason.com

Tonight we will be exposed to yet another worthless endeavor….the State of the Union speech…..

I shall sum it up for you (and I refused to watch it)…….welcome….blah, blah…….guests…..blah, blah……ISIS……..blah blah….health care….blah blah….education….blah blah……minimum age….blah blah……the economy……. blah blah…..taxes….blah blah ……on and on…..like I said…..worthless.

Then there was the rebuttal from a castrating farm hand and her speech went something like this….yawn….snooze….blah, blah……another long hard yawn….GOP ideas in a nutshell…..plans that have NOT worked in 40 years.

Some will play a drinking game when certain words are uttered….or you could just play this game……try it you’ll like it!

After all it is just a game played at our expense.

  1. Maybe someone will yell, “You lie” from the peanut gallery again and the President will lose his cool, have the Sergeant-at-Arms bring the f-er up front, where he, the President, calls him a blinking blankblicker, then socks him in the nose right on national television.

    One can hope!

    As for the pig castrator, it’s bound to be lots of unintentional humor, maybe a goofy gaffe or two, and, with any luck, her eyes will cross during a closeup, a moment everyone will remember forever, unlike her speech, which will be forgotten as soon as the televisions across America are turned off.

    I don’t think you are going into the moment with the right spirit of comedy! Since we seem unable to bring change through democratic processes, we may as well enjoy the comedy of politicians trying to look sincere while promising the sun and the moon…again.

    1. No yell tonite….GOP wants to look like they have matured….tee hee…

      The pig lady….I recall when an upcoming GOP star made his way to the rebuttal, Jindal, and he was a bust….look like the “goober” he is…..she could do better but not much….

      My funny bone has lost all feeling for the politicians we have….sad part is I do not see it getting much better in the future……

      I will watch Bugs Bunny….anything is better than the pack of lies foisted on the people….

  2. I see there will be four Republican responses. I’ll fall asleep before all four are done, dang it! Nothing is worse than laughing in your sleep and waking up not knowing what was so funny.
