That is what most people are saying about Bowe Bergdahl…….the media is feeding that perception and a lot of people are making their minds up by listening to the roads on the Right…..Me/  I will reserve my opinion until ALL the facts are presented…….Why am I being a dick?  Easy……after being ass deep into conflict i know what goes through a persons mind, especially if one is not prepared for the sights of war……..Is he guilty?  I do not know……but I refuse to let vindictive asswads make up my mind for me and i refuse to allow the media to it as well………

But there is a political battle going on over this incident……..

The determination to transform the release of American prisoner of war Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl into a major political bone of contention continues apace, with GOP hawks offering harsh condemnation for the prisoner exchange, and reports that the White House has “apologized” for not informing Congress 30 days before the trade.

As with yesterday, a lot of the focus continues to be on Bergdahl and his family, though Time Magazine finally seems to have come to terms with Sgt. Bergdahl’s father’s beard, which fueled rather preposterous speculation that the former Presbyterian pastor was secretly a “jihadist.”

Speculation surrounding Bergdahl himself and the circumstances of his capture continues to fly wildly around, with the Pentagon saying the 2009 investigation into his disappearance remains classified. That, typical of the secretive Pentagon, combined with claims soldiers in his platoon were ordered to sign a “non disclosure agreement,” fueled speculation about a cover-up.

Army Secretary John McHugh insisted there would be a “review” of the details of Bergdahl’s 2009 capture by the Taliban, and whether or not he was AWOL at the time, but said the first priority is to see to Bergdahl’s health and his recovery from his long time in captivity.

I have NO use for those people that are rushing to condemn and if it proves they are wrong they will NOT apologize…….Asswads and the media are making sure that this person never has a simple life from this day forward.

If he is a deserter then he should be punished…..but to make him one without evidence other then hearsay makes one a MORON!

But you know all the bolster over this issue they, meaning the twats that want to make this a political issue, is the one thing that could crap all over their premise…..the UCMJ  (post to follow)
