They are back and they never shut the Hell up…..this section is to replace my old “anal statement” posts….these are quotes from people that need to grow up and learn what their job is and stop pretending to give a sh*t…….
1–This is from Rep. Duncan Hunter and I could pick the quote so I am posting the whole thing (thanx to Salon)
Forget John McCain’s “bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb-bomb Iran” — how about “tactically nuke Iran” instead? That’s the advice, at least, offered on Wednesday by Republican Congressman Duncan Hunter.
Speaking during an interview on C-SPAN, Hunter recommended the United States implement “tactical nuclear devices” in the event of an armed confrontation with Iran. ”I think if you have to hit Iran, you don’t put boots on the ground,” Hunter said. “You do it with tactical nuclear devices, and you set them back a decade or two or three.”
While Hunter said he “sure as hell” hopes there’s no war between the U.S. and Iran, he also disparaged the recent deal struck between the global community and Iran, saying, ”I don’t think this does anything, frankly.”
“Even if they stop a little bit short of being able to enrich to a nuclear capability, they’re still going to be building up their ballistic missiles.”
Despite Hunter’s skepticism about diplomacy, however, the California representative was willing to acknowledge the war-weariness among the general American public — and the troubled results of the United States’ nation-building in the Middle East. “I think America now knows its limitations in that area and what we can do,” he said. “Do we want to spend 20 years [in Iran] after we tear it down to build it back up again so that it isn’t run by a crazy tyrannical leader like has happened in, let’s say Iraq and Afghanistan again. You’ve got some crazy guys running the governments there.”
This guy is a mindless pathetic MORON! (BTW a copy of this post will be emailed to his office so that he can respond and that will also be posted here on IST)
2–One David Barton has this to say about the US…….
As anyone who hasreadanyhistoryknows, the idea that slavery was ordained by God through the Bible was an argument frequently and forcefully put forth by the institution’s most dedicated Christian defenders leading up to and throughout the Civil War.
But in the telling of modern day revisionist historians like David Barton, it is now taken as an established fact that the Bible does not support slavery and never did, meaning that it was failure to follow the Bible that was responsible not only for the institution of slavery but for every bad thing that has ever happened in America.
As Barton conveniently summed it up for Andrew Wommack recently, “the Bible is what shaped the good things in American culture; ignoring the Bible is what shaped the bad things in American culture”
I know let’s make up history to fit his ideas….another mindless academic……
3–Then we all have heard how ‘liberals’ are mentally retarded or stupid or….well you pick an insult and we have heard it…..at least I thought I had until these two opened their moronic mouths…..
Stan Solomon hosted Eagle Forum head Phyllis Schlafly to discuss his latest conspiracy theory that liberals intend to take kids away from conservatives and give them to gay people, some of whom will inevitably molest them.
Why haven’t you and I heard of this plot? Because the media is covering it up, of course!
Schlafly also criticized President Obama for “insulting” Americans when he “omitted” the word “God” from his recent recitation of the Gettysburg Address. Of course, her claim is completelyfalse: Obama was reading the first draft of the speech, which did not include a reference to God.
Solomon called Obama a “foulmouthed, homosexual, drug-using, ne’er-do-well,” while Schlafly suggested that he only became president because “he had people behind him pushing him all the way.” “I really don’t think he’s very smart,” she said. “He can only say what somebody puts on the teleprompter for him.”
I remember Schlafly from her attempts to defeat the adaption of the ERA many years ago…she was an idiot then and little has changed with age….
4–Remember when Katrina hit? A/holes like Pat Robertson called it God’s judgement for transgressions (whatever that means to toad’s like him)……and then the earthquake in Haiti was taunted in the same way….and then there is that bunch of Baptist douches that invade on soldiers funerals saying such crap as the trooper died because US is a hot bed of homosexuality…….and along those lines some Catholics have started using similar BS…..
America Needs Fatima, a project of the right-wing American Society for the Defense of Tradition, Family, and Property, is linking the tornadoes that hit Illinois this weekend to the state’s recent approval of a marriage equality bill. Robert Ritchie, the group’s executive director, is just asking the question:
Do you think the massive Illinois tornadoes are linked to the passing of the same sex “marriage” bill?
The massive tornadoes that hit Illinois after the passing of the same sex “marriage” bill, has stimulated many people to reflection.
In it, some see God’s chastisement; others see it as yet one more merciful warning from Providence; others yet deny both options and give various reasons.
5–And then there are the elected morons that should keep their mouths shut…….Sen. Rand Paul comes to mind……
Republican Tea Party Senator Rand Paul thinks we’d be doing a “disservice” to the unemployed if we extended those benefits.
He’s just thoughtful that way.
Senator Rand Paul: I do support unemployment benefits for the 26 weeks that they’re paid for. If you extend it beyond that, you do a disservice to these workers.
When will Americans have enough of the bumbling a/holes? At what point does the citizenry pull their heads out of their collective asses and tell these people to f*ck off?
Damn, there truly are some atomically F’king stupid people on the Right in America, isn’t there? How do people honestly get this dumb? That’s a serious question. How, in this age of information, can a person be so utterly senseless?
John, we feed our own ego….we look for info that reinforces our world view…seldom do we look outside our little belief system….so sad….
